Easy to use; filter what type of accommodation I was interested in, also select flight departure time suitable. The package was definitely cheaper than booking separately, also easy to choose how much deposit you would like to pay

We always fly with Aer Lingus and find it so easy to book our full holiday with them. We have never had any problems with them over many years. We check in our 10kg bags free and our holidays begin in the airport.

Special needs request
I submitted a request to Aer Lingus to ask if I could get a seat next to my brother who has a disability. I was given a case number but some weeks have passed without a reply.
However, the Aer Lingus Customer Care team have since got back to me and apologised for the delay. They then promptly rectified our seat allocation and were courteous throughout.
A very satisfactory customer care experience I’m glad to say.
