1 . Holiday booking and flights easy.
2. Paying for luggage and seats separately - what's that about?
3. I travel with a personal bag and check a luggage why is this not an option? My booking now reads as 1 x 10kg bag and 1 x 20kg bag, instead of 1 x 20kg bag checked luggage.

I booked for 4 guests (2 couples)…
I booked for 4 guests (2 couples) assuming I would get 2 rooms but the booking ended up being for all 4 of us to share 1 room!
I rang this morning to add one more room and was told there would be an extra charge of €500!

Holiday Cancelled
Hours after booking a special holiday for my son, order confirmation received, money taken, I was called to say they had to cancel the holiday. Apparently the flight was full and they had called Air Lingus to confirm. Thankfully I was able to book the same flights/holiday via Expedia. You’d expect much better from Air Lingus official travel agent. Waiting for money to be returned now.

We're sorry to hear that your booking could not be confirmed. On rare occasions, airline availability can change between the time a booking is made and final confirmation is received from the airline, resulting in the booking being cancelled and fully refunded.
