Cassidy Travel Arvostelua

I have been using Cassidy Travel for many years to book my holidays in particular Katie in the Swords branch I get good advice and help every time cannot recommend highly enough

Thanks to Hannah in Tallaght for helping us book the perfect Orlando holiday. We appreciate everything from her and the knowledge of the places we were looking at.

The agent was very friendly and informative, his name was Dylan Quinn and he worked in the Dundrum branch,he made the booking process very easy

Staff very helpful at all times. We will you again for our holidays.

staff who know how to offer advice and understand your needs

The reason we return to Cassidy Travel each time we book our holidays is firstly the staff in particular Ms Suzanne Barry who is always helpl and takes the time to source a suitable location and accommodation which matche our needs.

Pamela was brilliant we booked our holiday and we so happy for 2027 fantastic help and Pamela from start to finish was brilliant
Thanks

Booking was easy on line ...rang the next day to confirm I did everything right but unfortunately I booked on line and the woman explained because I booked on line one of the on line staff would have to deal with my enquiry (which I understand) she put me down for a call back but unfortunately never got the call back 😢..that's the only reason you didn't get all 5 stars

Called to Cassidy sale in Leopardstown my head was in a spin as to what to do as I had to travel to Dundrum Centre o called into the Cassidy Travel shop and low and behold Gillian was there in the shop and decided to ask her advice. She knew that I now would be travelling alone and asked where was thinking of heading. I loved the Island of Lanzarote and she suggested some different from where I had been with my wife ( who has passed away this year) and on going through the various hotels suggested the H10 Princess's to include an all inclusive which I was looking
This was arranged the booking and the deposit was paid so I know that I’m off in May 2027 for a weeks break in the sunshine
The service and professional advise was top dollar and I cannot express how highly enough how much the staff in Dundrum Cassidy Travel look after their customers
