Warning to anyone thinking of booking a…
Warning to anyone thinking of booking a holiday through click & go. DO NOT! We foolishly booked our first family holiday with them and were left horrified. We asked the representative for a family friendly clean all inclusive holiday and we got the complete opposite! Place was filthy & absolutely not child friendly
Was the worst week of our lives. When I complained to click & ho they were nothing but rude! Got their back up and basically started insulting me. I have lots of pictures of where they sent us so il try and post those now
Please see response from click & go how unprofessional advertising my personal details. I will be seeking legal advise. This company is crazy! Update this is a breach of GDPR. There was also electrical exposed wires outside our room with small children and yet no follow up done on that. Also how was a refund any good to is when click and go had told us no alternative accommodation in the region!!! He left that part out. Currently on hold to try and speak with complaints agent that published all my details below. No response. Such an unprofessional company.

We are sorry to read your review and to note how strongly you feel about your experience. We take all customer feedback seriously and would like to clarify that your complaint was fully reviewed, including the points raised about the accommodation, the property’s response, and the support provided while you were in resort on the holiday.
At the time of booking, you contacted us seeking a family holiday with a very specific budget for an All-Inclusive holiday during the Easter two week school holidays. The accommodation offered was clearly presented as a 3-star option and the package details, including flights, baggage, transfers, and board basis, were explained in advance, were sent to you in quotes and you choose to book it based on reviewing the details provided.
During your stay, concerns were raised with both the property and our holiday support team. You were offered an early checkout with a near full refund of the accommodation , which would have allowed you to secure alternative accommodation locally. That option was declined, and you chose to remain in the property until the end of your holiday.
We do not accept the suggestion that any of our team were rude, unhelpful or in any way began insulting you. We have remained available and professional throughout, responded to your correspondence, and provided a full detailed review response to your post holiday complaint.
