Very pleased with the results
Very pleased with the results. Had a product that got damage within the 1 year warranty, was able to send it back, and got an entirely new boxed version of the same product; better than I expected.

Expensive 750 Watts Power supply went down under warranty, they sent me a replacement that started to make bird noise right away (refurbished not tested properly), thought it was my hard drive because the new PS looked new . Now they dont want to give me another RMA, and i have an invoice from the computer store and it's still under warranty ! Bad service !

laute Netzteile
Ich habe leider schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Kundensupport gemacht. Der Motor des Lüfter meines Netzteils macht im extra leisem Eco-Modus seltsame Geräusche obwohl er sicht nicht bewegt. Ich habe das Problem bei EVGA gemeldet und sogar eien Audiobeleg über das Geräusch mitgesendet. EVGA hat daraufhin eine RMA aufgemacht und ich musste das Netzteil auf meine kosten zu ihnen schicke. Als der Ersatz ankam musste ich feststellen das es das gleiche Problem hat. Daher gehe ich davon aus das alle Netzteile dieser Serie im Eco-Modus nicht wirklich liese laufen und kann von Kauf nur abraten es sei den man hat sowieso einen lauten PC. Ich llasse es jetzt im normalen Modus laufen. Da macht der laufende Lüfter zwar Geräusche aber die sind nicht so vervig wie die Alternative. Den Kundenserviese von EVGA werde ich nicht nochmal kontaktieren. Der Aus- und Einbau des Netzteils ist mir zu aufwendig und hackelig wen ich nicht den ganzen PC dafür zerlegen will.

They replace products with recertified and more, when I bought my PSU it showed on seller's website a warranty of 12 years and now when I go on EVGA website it shows only 7 years warranty... I'll never buy again from them, their junk of PSU caused a lot of damage on other components, I had to spend a lot of money to replace them: don't buy any of their products! -____-
Evga 850 GQ PSU
Evga 850 GQ.. Bought it and it fried various components of my fairly new computer. My PC was in very good working order until I installed the PSU.
I started an RMA. First guy I spoke to was quite nice, he apologised for the PSU and got the ball rolling for me. They avoided talking about the components their PSU fried/destroyed. I sent the PSU to them and they denied having it for weeks on end. They finally send a replacement and it's re-certified/refurbished..... Should I expect a new PSU?
All I know is that PSU cost me a few hundred £'s in broken components which I have to replace. EVGA didnt really seem bothered in my opinion.
I wouldn't buy from them again.

Reliable, Decent CS
I've bought GPUs, motherboards, ram (when they had it for a short while), PSUs, and more from EVGA for the last 5 years or more. I have never had a better customer service experience than with EVGA (except for maybe Costco). MSI: nope, ASUS: nope, Gigabyte: yeah, they're ok... EVGA though? Honestly only EVGA and Sapphire stand out to me in terms of customer service in the tech world through my experiences. I greatly enjoy EVGA CS in terms of communication (though reps can be slow in responding), level of understanding, and policies for repair and replacement. I also am very pleased that EVGA doesnt really do the "warranty void if removed" thing. Quite useful for people like me who enjoy slapping water blocks on GPUs and stuff. While I do use other companies, I tend to just cut my losses and buy a new product rather than waste my time with an RMA. with EVGA though, I can count on them 99% of the time. I would absolutely recommend them and most of their products. I suppose if you like RGB and better aesthetics, different companies would have to do, because EVGA basically has the FORD policy: "you can have any color you want, so long as its black", cause that's pretty much the only color they have. Other than that, I give them a 9/10.

EVGA Warranty Service sucks!
I bought my power supply which is 500 watt bronze power supply with 3 year warranty. My power supply took a dump after a year of usage and so I went through the warranty/RMA process. The technial/customer support guy I talked to was great as well,but the kicker is they don't cover shipping at all and to ship it to use my warranty I would have to pay almost 80 USD to ship a power supply that i paid about 55 USD for. I'm not buying EVGA anymore.

Their customer support is ok but unforgiving. Their products however are garbage. I purchased a gtx 970 4years ago when it first came out, about a year and a half later it died on me. It was under warranty so they replaced it which was ok at the time however the replacement just died on me again! And now it is out of warranty so I don’t get a replacement. It’s safe to say I will never buy EVGA again they offered nothing to help so now I have to buy another gpu which wouldn’t be such a problem if I wasn’t broke... a gpu should be able to function more than 2 years when well taken care of and not overclocked... buy a different brand. EVGA just isn’t worth it.
Overrated, Outdated
Not worth buying through, if you're interested in getting some new PC components I would absolutely avoid EVGA, their customer service is extremely overrated, their reps seem annoyed or agitated answering questions, if you were to buy a product I would go through Amazon as their process for returns is much easier, EVGA will do whatever they can to gouge you for as much money as they can, its bad when Amazon looks like the good guy. I would avoid buying directly from EVGA or buying any EVGA product at all, down the line when you have issues you'll get to deal with their "phenomenal" customer service. Its disappointing because I've heard good things but I would never purchase from EVGA again and I'd recommend others to look elsewhere for components.

Super Support. Hatte vor einigen Jahren mal eine 780 von EVGA gehabt die in den letzten Monaten der Restgarantie den geist aufgab. Leider ging mein Händler zwischenzeitlich insolvent. Bei EVGA hat man sich dennoch sofort um mein Problem gekümmert und mir wenige Tage ohne zu mucken, nach einschicken der defekten Grafikkarte eine vergleichbare Grafikkarte der Nachfolgegeneration zugeschickt.

Getting high temps up to 87c on 1st 2080 then the replacement. tried everything then they started to get passive aggressive and ignoring my emails and lying about it. Absolute soyboys. This is the UK btw I dont know about any where else
