Paid for next day delivery
Paid for next day delivery, didn't happen. Parcel arrived nearly two weeks later, in spite of several 'phone calls. Eventually a parcel arrived, but it was not what I ordered.

I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. I can appreciate how frustrating it must have been to pay for next-day delivery, only for your parcel to arrive nearly two weeks later despite making several phone calls for updates.
To make matters worse, the item you eventually received was not what you ordered. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

This company is a total disgrace. Ordered an item at first for a size 14, which ended up as too big. So made arrangments for the return and in its place requested a size 12. Great...... NOPE they sent the same item back in a ripped bag. Completely clueless

I ordered a blouse not just one but a couple both the same size but one was way to small . So I sent it back and requested an exchange as it was a pretty pink printed blouse. Yes I got my replacement pretty quickly and am pleased to say it fits
