Mum used to buy from Damart
Mum used to buy from Damart, and I have now started to buy from them too. Delivery is within a few days, and I think it would be faster if they chose to use a different delivery company. They have a good range of clothing, which for the most part seem to be well made, although I do have one major niggle - unlike other companies they do not include hangers or loops on clothing, which makes hanging them on hangers more difficult. Something to think about Damart, perhaps? That issue does put me off buying from them as who wants clothes landing on the wardrobe floor?

Still waiting for my delivery. They email me regularly to let me know they are still out of stock and I can cancel, but this was a very suitable present for someone, so I continue to hold on.

If you had an option for was a zero to minus stars you wouldcm have received a 5 minus. I tried to use your telephone line to order 2 pair of jeans. He was that slow, my phone provider cut the call off when I'd reached £8. I didn't know why until I received my mobile bill with an additional £8 cost. Every ompanies on line order service is free but Damart. Your line is Premium rate. I ordered your jeans by post, still a cost for postage involved, your sale jeans are now getting expensive. The jeans came, the size shocked me I am a size 12 every where I shop, your jeans were way too big. I completed the small on line return label and sent them back for an exchange to a size 10. I receive an email telling me my order was dispatched and saying my stone jeans were being sent in a size 12, exactly the same size as I had just sent back as too big. The chocolate ones being exchanged for a size 10, hallelujah.
I contacted Lucy at customer service by email as I couldn't afford your exorbitant telephone costs. She checked, yes, the wrong size had been despatched. She also said, I was being given a free return BUT she couldn't give me a time other than a 13 hour time slot. More money lost waiting in as I don't have a safe place for a drop off. So, I have now requested that I be taken off your mailing list and I will never use Damart again and I will ensure every one I know will be told of my experience. The money and time lost have made your sale jeans the most expensive I have ever bought. Disgraceful.
