One star because it won't let me give zero. Ordered 2 pairs of trousers via Amazon. Delivery is supposed to be next day by prime. Chums use the clowns at EVRI. EVRI failed to deliver and say it might be 6 days. I do not like being LIED to.

Ordered a pair of trousers my usual size but when I received them they were hopelessly out. Returned them for an exchange but am still waiting.

I have explained via email, online form on the chums website back 2 days ago. They required more information to get in contact with me.

Basically the parcel was delivered by Evri, they delivered it by the communal door in the block of flats I live in. This is on the ground floor and I live on the second floor. By the communal door are three signs, one even Evri’s name on it requesting not to leave parcels by the stairwell. Evri ignores this every delivery.

I have informed chums that I have not received my package and I have emailed my parcel did not arrive, also using their online form and via Trustpilot.

So far, I got a response via TrustPilot asking for more information which I did provide well over 24 hours ago. Since then, I have not heard back from Chums except offering me 30% off men’s trousers and asking how well they did.

I have explained I wanted a refund and they have not dealt with my request and have not dealt with the complaint.

I would not Chums as they use a useless delivery company and if you have a complaint, they will ignore you. All they are interested is getting your money. They not bothered if you don’t get your items and there does not seem to be a telephone number for them.

They are a bunch of cowboys.

The goods were delivered in good condition and in good time.

I phoned the enquiry line for help with their sizings as the bras I ordered were too small and I thought I had ordered my size. The enquiry line told me they do not deal with sizing so instead of doing an exchange I sent the items back.

The quality of Chums clothing is excellent, great fitting and they wash well and keep their size,maybe a tad more expensive than other brands but well worth the extra in my opinion.

I ordered online three lined jersey skirts (colours being mink, wine and navy-print), two white 'Heatguard Pointelle' thermal short-sleeved vests and a 'Panasonic Micro Hi Fi' Music System from 'Chums' on 16th July 2026. These ordered items were delivered efficiently to where I live on 18th July 2026.

During the online ordering on 16th July 2026, I was only able to secure 'Free Delivery' of the ordered items via making use of a Discount Code: CHPPFD that the Company had already sent to me. Unfortunately, I had been trying to obtain 15% off the total amount of money requested at the online checkout by trying to activate a Discount Code of: FL155W that the Company had also already sent to me. This specific Discount Code FL155W failed to activate itself during the online checkout transaction. Therefore, the total monies I paid had been higher than I had anticipated earlier that same evening.

I am thoroughly pleased with the three soft lined jersey skirts and the two 'Heatguard Pointelle' thermal short-sleeved vests. The sizing and measurements are generous, especially with the skirts; and therefore the skirts have been comfortable to wear.

The 'Panasonic Micro Hi Fi' Music System had not been difficult to 'set up' after following the instructions in the paper manual enclosed. This particular Music System has already played some of my favourite Compact Disc singers beautifully. I was also able to find a number of FM Radio stations and listen nicely. The sound of the Music System is quite clear.
