I completely understand your frustration, particularly as your reason for contacting us was to help your father during a very difficult period and to request that unwanted mail was stopped.

I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. I can appreciate how frustrating it must have been to pay for next-day delivery, only for your parcel to arrive nearly two weeks later despite making several phone calls for updates.

To make matters worse, the item you eventually received was not what you ordered. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

I'm very sorry for the confusion and disappointment caused. After you returned the size 14 and requested a size 12, receiving the same item back in a ripped bag is clearly not what should have happened.
