Damart is an excellent company.
Damart is an excellent company selling beautiful, well made and well priced clothing, among other things. I would happily award them 5 stars but for the fact that they use Evri as their delivery service. They are the worst courier company in the country (ask anyone) and, if I could collect my parcels from a pick up point, that would be great. However, when I try, I am advised that this service is not available in my postcode.

With Damart you get a very good selection of quality goods plus Damart do the in-between sizes as well .l have shopped with Damart for a lot of years .l have never had any problems . Very pleased with summer weight cotton trousers. Delivery went awry - after waiting a week beyond estimated arrival date, finally got a message from deliverers, saying the parcel had been irreperably damaged. Wasn't neccessarily their fault, but Damart nobly replaced it very promptly - including a free gift offered with them

Great Service
There were some complications with our previous order. I was able to get through to a person on the telephone, who was very understanding and quickly sorted things out. Also, I had a special delivery request with our new order (where to put it) and this was carried out as requested. Great service!

Trousers two different prices
Bought some trousers for£24-99 plus delivery, then I see a brochure in the daily newspaper where they are £14-99 with free delivery. Not happy about this. Also as soon as you place an order it says dispatched, so there’s not much you can do to cancel. Judging by the time it takes for Evri to receive the order I doubt very much if they dispatch that quickly. I don’t like the way they work.

I don't like that you have to pay for returns as well as delivery, so I only buy offers which are free postage. I would buy more otherwise.

I did email again and was told that this accounts person would contact me today by midday. It is now 2.15 pm and no sign of any contact and no refund in my bank account.
This is absolutely unacceptable and appalling service. I do NOT recommend this company and good luck if you expect your refund. I have been waiting over 2 weeks when I was promised 3 days.
I am still awaiting the screenshot accounts paid this money to- it obviously wasn’t mine.
I will be posting on here until my money is refunded.

Wait For Damart Discount Sales for Bargain Dressing!
I have been a Damart customer for many years as I have always been impressed by the quality of their goods. Many of the clothing items are fashionable and in pleasing colours. However, I do sometimes find the website difficult to negotiate, as the search engine does not always show the items for which I have searched. As Damart prices are quite high in comparison with similar goods for sale in the online marketplace, I usually wait for the items I would like to buy to be reduced. I confess to being disappointed the Damart discount codes no longer work on sale items!
