Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Couldn’t fault them in answering any questions I had and were very helpful in getting the kids seat sort it, thus making sure it was suited for the bike! Will buy from them again!

I ordered a Trek Domane+ with extra set up with no fuss
I ordered a Trek Domane+ (ebike) and had it sent to the Dulwich store. The staff there were busy but very helpful. I spoke mostly to Julian but also dealt with Mark, John and Jason at some point. All wonderful people and they helped me get my bike ready. Things they got sorted for me before picking it up were getting the brakes bled, added mudguards, a quick rack and GP5000 tyres. No fuss and they were so polite. Basically I would 100% recommend the store based on my experience with the staff.

Bike took five days to service
Bike took five days to service. Somehow it wasn't checked in by staff correctly and effectively became lost in the system. It's getting very expensive for a service at Balfe's. £276 for a new chain, general service, and cassette is more than 25% of the cost of the bike (also from Balfe's) and seems disproportionate to me.
