Gave good advice; good value
Gave me good advice. Better overall value than buying the product elsewhere even though I could have bought it (without advice) for a lower price. Balfe's advice saved me time and overall saved me money

Amazing service!
Such an exceptional service provided by Balfe's (East Dulwich). Yas first helped to fit a kids' mudguard (free of charge) and then to choose a new set for another bike, fitting these, too. In a world where everything seems to come at a cost, Yas and Balfe's really proved themselves a wonderful exception. Thanks again, guys!

Great service
I had my gears adjusted a few weeks after a service and Balfe’s did a great job. I called up in the morning and they let me come in straight away. An hour later the job was done. They couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful, and even offered some advice on how to fine tune cable tension myself. There was no charge for this as I had the earlier service done at Balfes.
A couple of weeks later they helped me seat a very stubborn tubeless tyre, again at no notice and with a smile! This was especially helpful as I had a big ride planned the next day which I would otherwise have had to miss. Great service all round.

I brought my electric bike in.
I brought my electric bike in as one of the pedals lost a bolt and it kept falling off while I was riding. The staff were very friendly and polite. They made time for me quite quickly and ordered the part I needed straight away. The part came a week later and they fitted it for free!! (As they said it didn’t take long). The employee who helped me is called Yaz and honestly he was amazing. Thank you Yaz and thank you Balfe’s Bikes.
