They don’t do anything to resolve queries totally useless

I had problems with the supplier regarding the warranty. Remington stepped in and replaced the faulty item. I have bought their products for years and had very few problems but they always deal with things admirably.

Hi my daughter has had a remington hair dryer for some years without any problems.Tonight it has stopped working &plastic pieces came out of the main body of the hair dryer at some speed while drying her hair
No one was hurt, just scared the life out of her!!!!
This could have been nasty.

Firstly the 5 star rating is for Eduardo a very nice friendly chap who dealt with my order quickly and sensibly. As for Remington I bought your RX7 head shaver and it's impossible to buy a replacement cutting head in the UK without resorting to fakes which will no doubt be of dubious quality! This head purchased for £29.99 has to be sent from Romania!!! I find this a ridiculous situation to be in. Please get some stock to the UK soonest. Thank you.

Bought a women's cordless shaver just over a year ago. Used no more than 10 times. The springs fell out of the head and its now unusable. Contacted customer services, just ridiculous. Lots of questions, replied. Then told I can purchase foils, that wasn't the issue. I replied. Sorry we cant help. Replied. You can purchase the head, which is actually the foils. Complete waste of time. Poor customer service and poor product.

The customer representative on the phone and the team I contacted via email were very attentive. They solved my problem immediately.

I couldn't get my Remington hair straighteners to work as the on/off switch seemed to be stuck. They were still under guarantee so I decided to give Remington customer support a call which was answered straight away. They were so helpful and asked me to email a photo of my receipt and of the straighteners. The following day I got an email back saying although they didn't have the same model they would send me my choice up to the original RRP . Three days later they arrived. The customer care from beginning to end was second to none .I have bought Remington hair dryers and stylers before and they have lasted for years. I recommend the brand and it's reassuring to know that in the unlikely event of a problem Remington Support is there to help. Many thanks

Contacted Remington regarding straighteners purchased in April 2021 which were cutting out when being used, as they were still covered by a 5 year warranty although was doubtful if, after 4 and a half years, that they would honour guarantee. However, after giving them purchase details and information regarding fault, within 4 working days, I have now been advised they are sending out replacement straighteners. Customer service received was second to none. Thank you Remington

Having problems with my Remington product I got in touch with the customer service.
The prompt action from them, meant a quick and satisfactory outcome for me.

Malgré une garantie arrivée tout juste à son terme, ma situation a été prise en charge avec compréhension et bienveillance. J’ai reçu une nouvelle cafetière en quelques jours à peine !

My complaint was dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner. The outcome being that my faulty item has been replaced. Thank you to the excellent Support Team Remington.

After one and a half years since my purchase, customer service responded to me the same day and sent me a replacement product. These kinds of actions make a real difference and distinguish one brand from another...they've earned themselves a loyal customer!

Great, fast and efficient communication. Asked me for information but nothing irrelevant or unnecessary.

Really good customer service. Emailed regarding a faulty item. Prompt replies, easy to upload and provide evidence of fault and quick resolution offered. Cannot fault the service, was a pleasure to deal with the members of staff I had contact with

On the downside, it was a rather protracted process to resolve the issue. On the upside, everyone I dealt with (mainly via email) was very kind and helpful. I would have been happy to have a replacement for the faulty piece, so I was very surprised (and also pleased) to receive a completely new device.

I am blown away by the fantastic service I have received regarding the problem with my hot air styler. They responded quickly to my email's and after sending photos and details of the issue have kindly agreed to sending me a brand new hot air styler. I wish other companies could be as professional as Remington.

Trimmer broke after 2.5 years. Remington replaced it within warranty. Thanks for the great service!
