Trash don’t buy from them

I bought a RemingtonF3 (F3000) shaver in November 2022 as a backup for my normal razor. As a consequence it has hardly been used, probably around 20 times for shaves and charged perhaps 4 times.

I went to use it a week or so back and the battery was flat so I used the included charger and left it on charge overnight. The following morning when I came to use the razor the on/off switch fell off. The reason for this was the plastic underneath had melted and forced the switch off the body !

I contacted Remington who had the cheek to offer me 20% off another Remington product because it was out of warranty. I pointed out that no rechargeable product should EVER overheat to the extent that it melts the plastic case no matter how old it is.

So I am left with a useless razor, no offer of a replacement or refund despite several emails to them. Unsurprisingly, I won't be taking them up on their 20% off derisory offer.

If you don't believe me I'll send you a photo to prove how hot it must have got !

I'll never buy another of their shoddy dangerous products again.

I contacted them again as a result of their reply. Same useless reply from these clowns with an increased off of 30% off another of their crappy products. No thanks mate ! What a way to run a company where a product has dangerously overheated but they don't give a toss as to why.

Dreadful. Ordered replacement foil, was sent the wrong one. After some hurdles they said they would send out correct one within 3-5 working days - not yet arrived after that time. They take your money but nothing gets done

Everything went smoothly with Remington’s customer service. We found a solution to my issue, and it was completely fair. I’m very happy and will continue recommending Remington products. I’m a big fan . the products are great, and the customer service is truly top notch.

Achat d’un diffuseur. Au bout d’un an d’utilisation il a complètement fondu alors que je n’ai jamais utilisé l’air chaud. J’ai dû forcer pour obtenir sa prise en charge par le service client car ils voulaient me faire croire qu’il n’était plus sous garantie alors que si. Finalement, on m’a proposé un article de rechange que j’ai accepté. Par contre comme le prévoit le règlement européen j’aurai du avoir une nouvelle garantie pour ce nouveau produit. Cela m’a été refusé, malgré les articles de loi envoyés car, je cite, « sinon vous allez nous faire le coup à chaque fois et vous en aurez toujours un gratuit ! ». Notez donc que ce qui leur importe c’est l’argent, pour le reste, le client n’est qu’un voleur ! Si je l’étais, mon article n’aurait pas été pris en charge mais bon… On sait qui sont les voleurs. Mentalité à fuir !

Support from Ana was great, despite some issues uploading video. Replacement provided quickly after issue could not be resolved.

Remington warranty reliable and worked as i tended. After few time was concluded and satisfied with the resolutikn from the brand

Ich hatte bei einem Remington Fön nach 2,5 Jahren einen Schaden am Gehäuse. Nach schriftlichen Kontakt mit dem Remington Support wurde mir ein neuer Fön kurzfristig zugesendet.
Die gesamte Abwicklung erfolgte zügig und sehr kundenfreundlich.

Der Remington Haartrimmer hat nach ca. 2 Jahren plötzlich nicht mehr funktioniert. Da fiel uns auf der Verpackung die 3-jährige Garantie auf und haben uns mit dem Kundendienst in Verbindung gesetzt. Wir hatten Kontakt mit mehreren Mitarbeitern per E-Mail und vorab telefonisch. Nachdem wir die Rechnung und das Problem mit Fotos eingereicht hatten, ging alles sehr schnell. Innerhalb 1 Woche haben wir ein komplett neues Teil geschickt bekommen. Hochachtung für diesen tollen Service.

Finally after 12 days I have got my shaver it's great would certainly buy again thanks to the customer service who got my order delivered to me

Excellent service and easy transaction to purchase parts to keep my shaver going for a while longer. So glad this company does parts in a world where so much is not repairable and disposable.

Really helpful support - took time, very thorough, and sent out replacement head. Hope that does the trick

Sadly - I was told in writing I would have the ‘head’ in 3-5 working days.
I’m now on day 8 and still nothing

The Remington team were quicker to resolve the problem and send me another product than I was to simply reply to their email. I have been a customer of the brand for over 20 years, and the attentive service and speed reinforced my loyalty to the brand, because in all the years I have used Remington products, this is the first time I have had to request warranty assistance and it was promptly resolved. Thank you very much, Ana, and the entire Remington team.

My Remington hairdryer stopped working on a high speed and after contacting the retailer was given the option to get into contact with Remington as it was half way through it's 3 year warranty.
After an initial phone call I received helpful emails on what to do next from Remington. In conclusion, after detailing the problem and sending photos of invoices and the hairdryer, I have just received a new one from them. I am very pleased with their customer service and happy with the results.
