I cannot fault Remington’s customer service. Communication has been timely friendly and was above my expectations.

My product developed a fault, the information on the website was easy to follow and when this did not work the escalation was quick and easy. Decision to send me a replacement was fast. Very easy to deal with. Thank you

Sebastian was great (quick responses and looking for solutions) but the clipper combs are just badly designed so even if they send me a replacement I suspect the comb teeth will just break again in the same way.

To resolve a major issue on a minor product, i was supported continually by Cosmin, Paula, Elena, Claudia and Ioana from the customer team. Eventually my Remington Beard Trimmer was replaced. Thanks.

I had a problem with my straighteners as they kept switching off on their own. I contacted Remmington as they were still under guarantee. Alina was very helpful & told me & emailed what I should do. I sent in photo's and a short video of the problem & once they'd seen those they sent me a replacement. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Not very good service for a well known company

After contacting customer services, my problem was sorted quickly, each stage was explained, with speed and clarity. I was most impressed, and can't praise them enough.
Also most impressed with delivery, the package had been wrapped in plain paper, and the courier ran the the door bell instead of making a run for the gate.

Great customer service with efficient replacement.

My straighteners stopped working while still under guarantee, I contacted Remington who addressed the problem quickly and efficiently, they replaced the straighteners with the same model which came very quickly and I'm very happy with my replacement and the customer service.

My rotating hairbrush, still under guarantee, developed a fault and this was quickly and efficiently dealt with by Customer Support.
A replacement is being sent out to me. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Remington. First class.

Fast, easy, and smooth. I just love it! Goodbye blades, trimmers, and especially ingrown hairs.

I couldn't believe it at first. I thought it was just the same old marketing scheme, but I was wrong. It works perfectly.

My only downside is that the battery lasts just over a year, and that's it. However, it's still worth every penny.

I also want to send my gratitude to Remington's customer care team, especially George N., who was amazing, ready to respond to my request.

While visiting Europe, I purchased a Remington curling iron before embarking on a river cruise. Upon opening and trying to use it, I discovered that the barrel would not hold any hair due to misalignment of the clamping arm against the barrel. Since I left Europe after the trip, I didn't know how to get a replacement, as this was a defective iron. Reminington USA could not and did not help at all. On the other hand, Remington Europe was fantastic. They worked with me to provide a replacement curling iron and even agreed to send it to my friend in Germany, so that I could receive it later this year when I plan to return to Europe. A normal return with receipt at the store would not have worked because I was no longer in Germany and would not return for months. Remington Europe was fantastic to work with. Although I have not received the replacement iron (at my friend's address), I fully expect Remington Europe to follow through with their representations. I am very pleased and really appreciate the company's treatment of its customers!

I had an issue where the plastic handle on my trimmer began deforming due to excessive heat during charging. When I contacted them and after reviewing the problem, they promptly offered a replacement.

HOWEVER that is until the product goes wrong 😑
The warranty offered sounds great until you actually need to use this. My hairdryer started to fail after only 18 months but I knew the item was well within the warranty period so good all so I thought? Where the item was purchased took me directly to the product support page for Remington. I spent a great deal of time gathering all of the information they requested including order numbers, dates, photos etc, etc. I had numerous emails to respond to and then one saying they felt the product was unsafe to use and to dispose of. Great 👍 well so I thought ? I arranged a convenient delivery address and all was good. All the time different people responded to the emails from customer support instead of one person. The last email was to say they felt wanted now to investigate further? No problem but why not say that at the beginning? At no stage did they offer to get the product looked at which I was more than happy for them to do if they had asked and it would have been promptly sent for them to see.
I am very disappointed in this and as I said products are good but don’t rely on the promise of 3 or 4 years warranty as it is not worth the time and effort if they are not helpful?

Prompt and efficient service. No quibbling, and the matter was sorted very quickly. Highly professional customer service.
