No refund for their own error
Website reset my ticket date, and i was refused a refund; or even an amendment to the correct date. The customer service agent I spoke to was incredibly dishonest about their systems; claiming that this reset was not a function that was possible on the SplitMyFare website; presumably to cover up and deny any wrongdoing.
Very disappointing experience.

Customer service was very efficient via email and after getting a doctor's note I was able to get a refund minus a £5 admin fee. Richie was very responsive. Thankyou.

I realised I had been charged twice for…
I realised I had been charged twice for a journey, when I received a bank statement.
I contacted, split my fare customer service,
Received email reply quickly, Richie was able to resolve the matter professionally and efficiently. He kept me updated, matter was resolved within couple of hours.
Very pleased with customer services and Richie’s help.

Just the best Customer Service I have ever received
I always use Split ticketing for all my travels but now I know why i'll never use another site.

I just sent a couple of e mails to Cunstomer Care and they sent me a full refund for my disrupted fare
No need to wait months for a Delay Repay claim ....
