Great Service
When I travel by train I save money with Split My Fare.
Travelling recently my booked train was cancelled and after requesting a legitimate refund their CS team came straight back to me via email and actioned it straight away.

Flew from Bordeaux to Manchester…
Flew from Bordeaux to Manchester airport then took a train from there to Lockerbie to avoid hiring a car. First time we’ve done it this way. Booking with Split my Fare was just so simple and really cheap! All the information I was sent was clear, detailed and helpful. Opened our eyes to Uk train travel and will definitely use it again and recommend to others.

Smart Way To Travel The Rail in the UK
I got wind of #SplitmyFare app while trying to get a train ticket to some part of the UK, and the app flashed up and I was very curious to see how it works.
It did split my ticket, made my travel more interesting due to the connections provided me, and I was also able to learn more cities via this medium.
Ultimately I saved on my ticket purchase, experienced new sites which is always great travelling on the trains 🚂.

Easy booking process. Rather a lot of tickets issued, but understand why this is necessary, although, of course, no need to change trains any more than booking direct with the operating companies. Saved a fair amount on the overall journey.

Would not use this method of getting ticket ever again!
Have used before and it has been fine BUT if something goes wrong it is a massive hassle to get any sort of compensation as split my fare wash their hands of you and you have to try and claim mulitple ticket cost back from different companies

Sorry to hear you were not happy with the service received. We will issue compensation when we are able but it is often the case that the duty of compensation lies with the operators, and our hands are tied, as the operator bears the cost of the sale and we receive a small commission.

Amazing company!
Amazing company! Since moving away from London to Norfolk I regularly use split my fare to help reduce the prices of my commute to work. The customer service team are so helpful, professional and timely. Even with delays and cancellations, refunds are always paid.
Wouldn't use any other company to book my tickets with!

My mistake on booking was resolved with no hassle
I made an error with my booking and expected to have a problem sorting it out. However, it was resolved by Richie from customer services with no hassle whatsoever. Will definitely book with Split My Fare again

I couldn’t complete my journey after there was an armed response to a suspected gunman on my train, and the customer service team at split my fare were incredibly helpful, sympathetic and managed to issue us a refund. Richie in particular was fantastic.

Great service and good prices
Not only are their prices very good, but they rapidly sorted out a problem for me when I realised I had stupidly booked a train for an hour later than I intended, with only a small administrative charge. This included replies within a couple of hours even in the evening. After years of dealing with other train companies which are very happy to grab the most they can this was a great change.
