I don’t usually leave reviews unless a company genuinely impresses me, but Spiral.co.uk absolutely deserves one. From start to finish the experience was spot on.

Before ordering, I contacted their social media team because I was a bit worried about delivery times. We’ve got a holiday coming up and I really needed the bags to arrive before we travel. A lot of companies either ignore messages or send generic replies, but Spiral’s team replied really quickly, were friendly, helpful, and actually gave honest advice about whether the order would arrive in time. Based on what they told me, I decided to place the order.

What happened next honestly surprised me. The bags arrived the very next working day! In a world where “fast delivery” often means waiting around for several days, this felt genuinely impressive. Everything was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

As for the bags themselves, I’m really pleased with the quality. I bought the rucksack for £39.99 and got the messenger bag worth £24.99 free as part of the offer. Both bags genuinely look and feel like quality products, not cheap promotional extras. My order came so quick and I was able to track its progress to my door. Due to a mishap on my behalf, I had reason to contact Spiral customer service via their online login . They immediately replied to my query and within 3 hours, the issue was resolved. I will definately recommend to anyone who wants a quality product and service.

I purchased a 30l back pack and love it, just what I need for work. Roomy, secure and comfortable to put on. The review could wax lyrical about how it’s the best back pack I’ve bought … and it is … but this review is about an issue I had with the free crossbody bag. The customer service in sorting the issue was absolutely amazing, can’t fault it.

First of all a mention on the speediness of delivery. Next day delivery i wasn't expecting. I forgot to add the shoulder bag as a freebie and they were quick to help out and sent it same day also. The quality of the bag is great, really nice material and comfortable. Nice amount of pockets also. Highly recommend

I made an honest mistake when ordering my bag and did not receive the crossbody free bag which looks like was totally my fault. Ordered a back pack and didnt realise that a free cross bag with my order but it had to be added to basket at check out. My oversight, but contacted customer service and they were fantastic. Very pleasant and updated my order straight away.

I ordered an olive back pack but didn't read the instructions properly......I thought the crossover bag (Promo) would be added automatically to my order. Hence, when my backpack arrived there was no crossover bag.

I contacted Spiral admitted my mistake and asked whether there would be any chance of getting the Crossover bag sent through. I would have fully expected a company, in this instance to say "no" as it was my fault and a mistake could not be rectified afterwards.

However, I had a reply within an hour saying that a crossover bag would be sent out to me.

Looks great, arrived immediately. They had a promo of bag and shoulder bag. Wasn't clear that I had to add the crossbody with the order so had assumed it would just arrived as a combo (my mistake). Emailed customer support after I had ordered as I realised no side back was in the order. They immediately replied and told me that I should have added it in the order and entered the promo code but they just shipped me the side bag separately immediately. Great service so far!

Amazing product and great price. They even went above my expectations when I didn’t add on the free bag on the offer so I emailed them to ask about it and they still agreed to post it too me with no questions asked.
