Es la peor compañía
Es la peor compañía, sus tasas de interés son de las más altas, sus lineas de teléfono pueden tardar hasta 2 horas en contestar, al hacer el pago TOTAL de la deuda, te salen con otro cobro sin sentido.
Si tienen la oportunidad de usar este, es mejor que la pierdan. Nada bueno tiene esta empresa.
Nunca responden los correos a tiempo, nadie te da información clara, siempre es una respuesta diferente.
Outrageous company
Outrageous company ! I phoned to check when the lease expired as I had been very ill. I was shocked to learn it was in 3 days . I phoned and asked why I had received no notification . I asked for a purchase price to sell the vehicle to a third party . I was given a price verbally of £11,070. This was to followed up with an email . The email never came . I found a local dealer who offered £11,000. I contacted them again 2 days later to find out the next steps , however they sent another quote for £12,900. despite many phone calls i received no explanation as to the increase. Still not resolved .

Trying to pay a final payment to keep my car has got to be one of the toughest transactions I have ever made.
Due to the amount owed I had to make 3 transactions due to Mobilize maximum payment system of £4999, so I was charged multiple times through my Credit Card.
I spoke to several people at Mobilize, which was tough as there seemed to be a language barrier.
Then I asked for a refund of a PENDING TRANSACTION on my credit card and I advised I can pay via DEBIT CARD, and was told this CAN NOT BE DONE.
Then the next day the PENDING Transaction cleared and they called to tell me they have requested a refund , I told them not to bother AS THE PAYMENT HAS CLEARED and keep the final payment.
I have paid the total owed and I asked them to close my account.
THEY JUST COULDNT LET IT GO.....and was persistent on giving me a refund for me then to pay them again.....MAKES NO SENSE
They speak over you on the phone and will not listen, I found this experience to be really frustrating and to top it off - then I was told I have paid too much money and Mobilize owe me 5k
I ENDED UP THANKING THEM & PUTTING THE PHONE DOWN.

If I could put a zero I would. This company is completely incompetent. I changed finance providers after not being to access any of my finance documents, not being told what date the direct debits were coming out of my account and the general poor service overall. I received a letter to say the finance has been cleared and my other provider confirmed this had been completed. I then get an email from mobilize (which was a reply to a query from weeks ago) saying I can't re-finance... I obviously can as I have already had y of this change, so not only do they have no idea what is going on with their customers but they are blatantly lying to them too! Avoid at all costs!!

Absolutely diabolical I’m surprised this company is still In business. My late father leased a battery for his electric Renault Zoe. My dad passed away in December 2024, I sent death certificate and told company we would sell the car with a battery transfer. They have still been trying to take direct debits even though car was sold to a garage in February and they signed transfer form! Today a letter arrived addressed to my late father asking why direct debit cancelled! Also asking if he was in financial difficulty. My advice to anyone avoid this company at all costs 😡

This company have took a lot of money from our account. Knowing we part exchanged the car. So basically they have had two lots of money. Every timey husband phones they say it's being reviewed. They said we would have money in our account today it hasn't happened. Now saying it needs reviewing again. So another 10 days. We are not talking a few pounds . To me this company have stolen from us. Don't know how well known garages can use Mobilize absolute disgrace. And you can never speak to a manager.

Absolutely shocking. Van broken down 3 times in 4 months (bought new) then threatened with my “agreement” after being offered £7000 for a van I’ve had 4 months and cost 20K. Stay well clear of this lot!!

Vergonzoso. Para comprar un coche de 19000 eu financiado, me cambiaron las condiciones sobre la marcha y me pidieron un avalista, un seguro de garantía de pagos, una entrada del 25% ...unas condiciones absolutamente abusivas.Teniendo un trabajo seguro, del que no te pueden echar, y un avalista sin cargas que tiene unos ingresos anuales de más de 90000 meses exigían dar entrada de 4500 eu y contratar el seguro de pagos de 800 eu.

Why is company still in business!!! Look at the reviews should be shut down we have returned a car we bought from Renault (cannot believe the garage use these) we had it 3 years only did 23000 miles we had it on 10000 miles per year and they sent us a bill for £834 for excess mileage quite concerning that they cannot do simple maths!!! My husband called them weeks ago and they guy laughed and said don’t worry we remove these as clearly an error! This is still showing on his account he has tried for days to get through on the phone but to no avail we have sent several e mails only to receive a response back that they are EXTREMELY BUSY and someone will get back to him well this has been going on weeks!! We are now in the process of writing to the complaints commission worst company we have ever had to deal with AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DO NOT BUY A CAR ON PCP!!!

No puedes olvidar pagar una cuota, porque 1 semana después te están amenazando con cobro jurídico y recuperación. Es como si literalmente quisieran quedarse con tu vehículo. Saqué un crédito por el 20% del valor total y me arrepiento de haberlo asumido con ellos. Nunca en mi vida volveré a adquirir una obligación con ellos

Still waiting for a car we had financed with them to be collected. We've been trying to organise it for weeks and weeks and no one ever answers the phone, or if they do they are useless. I fail to beleive this is a legit business.
We are currently contacting a solicitor for advice after sending them a formal letter of compliant.
One star
I have rated mobilizer as one star as I can not give them zero stars.
Towards the end of last year I was diagnosed with cancer and on realising that I would probably have to stop working I contacted Monilize to try set up a payment plan which would allow me to keep the car whilst Mobilize would receive the balance I owed albeit over a longer period. The woman I spoke to laughed and said that was not possible and my only option was a voluntary termination but only after I had paid 50% of the money owed. As I had reached the 50% I reluctantly set the wheels in motion. I contacted Mobilize finance and explained my situation again and they agreed to pick up the car with the understanding I would have an early termination fee to pay which would also include excess mileage and any damage.
Out of the blue I received an email explaining that they had agreed to waive all monies owed due to my circumstances. I thanked them for their kindness and thought that was the end of the matter. How wrong was I.
I has since received several letters demanding the full amount with no reference to the money being waived. Last month I contacted them and explained about the agreement to waive the monies owed. Whoever I spoke to looked into the matter and having found the agreement to waive the monies owed, apologised. As a token gesture he agreed to pay ten pounds for the inconvenience. Today I received a further demand for the money. My cue to contact my solicitor.

Horrendous company to deal with. Slow and unhelpful. Asked for evidence of service as the dealer had not stamped the book, provided required evidence (from main dealer!) and next correspondence was a solicitors letter to retrieve monies! Avoid

Terrible company
Terrible company, tried to scam me into paying for invisible damage. When I said there was no damage they just ignored me. Finally got them to agree there was nothing for me to pay but only through threatening to take the claim to the BVRLA who’s guidance clearly shows what damage they can charge me for. Scam company, avoid at all costs.

Nosotros compramos un Renault Captur de segunda mano y cuando nos dimos cuenta nos habían metido seguro de vida,de neumáticos,de vehículo de sustitución y de averías (más no porque no habían) y cuando nos dimos cuenta ya no nos dejaron (somos afectados por la Dana). Unos aprovechados.

Basically no one will answer the phone. Ask numerous automated security questions after having to press several key pad numbers and then left to listen to plinky plonk for ages. They seem to have been frightened to speak post the commission scandal even to unrelated matters. Worse still they asked me to call. Do not deal with them.
