Pésima atención al cliente, largos tiempo de espera, falta de empatía y desprecio por la atención el cliente.
Nunca más con ésta financiera y nunca más con el grupo Renault y menos con Dacia... será por marcas que si cuidan al cliente.
Acaban de perder un comprador, y eso que era el segundo Dacia que compró en 4 años.
Le doy una estrella porque no se pueden dar cero
Contraté una financiación con RCI Banque (actualmente Mobilize Financial Services) para la compra de mi coche, ya que se me ofreció un descuento de 1.650 € condicionado a financiar con esta entidad.
Tras abonar las cuotas durante un año y medio, decidí realizar una cancelación anticipada de la financiación, cuya duración inicial era de 3 años. En ese momento se me informó de que la cancelación implicaba la devolución íntegra del descuento aplicado en la compra del vehículo.
Dicha condición figura en el contrato, pero únicamente reflejada en una nota dentro del anexo correspondiente al plan de amortización, sin que fuera explicada de forma clara, destacada ni comprensible en el momento de la firma.
En mi experiencia, el descuento está sujeto a condiciones que no resultan evidentes para el cliente medio y que pueden suponer un coste significativo en caso de amortización anticipada. Recomiendo leer detenidamente todo el contrato y sus anexos antes de firmar una financiación con esta entidad.

En onbereikbaar per email. Zeer slecht communicatie, je moet overal achteraan gaan en komen afspraken nog niet na. Heb hier zeer veel stress van. Verkeerde en teveel bkr registraties en na einde contract worden bkr registraties gewoon niet gestopt. Ben maanden bezig om mijn bkr beëindigd te krijgen.

Really didn't want to have to leave this review but SO unbelievably disappointed with this company.
The people I've spoken to on the phone have actually been very friendly and helpful but I fear that this is just an exceptional illusion of caring about customers.
For almost two months now I've been without my car (that I'm still making payments to Mobilize for) because of a manufacturer defect that the manufacturer and dealership (Vertu Renault Bradford) refuse to take ownership of and help me with.
I thought Mobilize would be able to help (given their potential joint liability under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974) and my case handler, James, initially seemed very keen to help. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case.
I have received ONE email from him despite emailing him evidence, concerns and updates from my case. Once I referenced the Consumer Credit Act, he has gone completely silent on me and is refusing to answer my emails.
I was also told that he had passed on my details to the dealership and was working with them to make things right. The General Manager told me that Mobilize had passed on no information.
I am absolutely disgusted with this company and this whole operation. I do not understand how companies can do this to people and get away with it.
I am currently preparing a case for the Financial Ombudsman.
They cannot continue to treat people this way.

Para un segundo de prenda, nos dieron opción de elegir que tipo de seguro en que compañía, pero cuando lo hicieron tomaron otra cosa. A pesar de multiples reclamos, no responden, no dejan adjuntar documentación que demuestra el error, no te comparten la información, un desastre

If possible I would award them no star! I can't believe this Company is still trading.They changed the name to mobilize from RCI Finance I do wonder if the reputation problems triggered this.
Attempting to contact anybody sensible is impossible you are passed from one "team" to another after listening to music for at least 20 mins each time.Avoid them at all costs!

Avoid this company!! Got a prepaid Mobilize charge pass with £250 on it as part of a EV deal from buying a new Renault. Constant problems trying to use this charge card at charging stations. So, ended up paying full price at charging stations despite having paid monthly subscription for the card!! And Ended up not being able to use remaining £60 on card.
Complained to Mobilize customer service and they are useless! Said they would ‘investigate’ but then ignore follow up contacts about your complaint.

It's just not fit for purpose. Lack of user information. Lack of real support. It's obvious that Renault (Mobilize) have not done enough validation with home charging & Battery systems. Left to the customer to search on the Internet and u-tube to find any information.
Also They point the finger at everything else that's causing set up problems.
Do not use this company
Do not use this company. Lease car has developed a serious fault meaning it is in the garage for many weeks. Mobilize don't/won't provide a loan vehicle but still want paying.

Quite possible the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The advisers lie to you. They Mis lead you. They fob you off. They pass the buck to varying depts. make it difficult to complain. How they think it’s ok to treat customers the way the do is unbelievable. A company that allows advisers to lie. Nice!

Ignore literally every email, don't call back when promised, nobody has a clue what's going on, they've been an absolute waste-of-time nightmare to deal with in every way since the start and should be banned from being in business.

They collected the vehicle two months ago and charging me (£250) for alloy wheel scratches despite having insurance which is still valid for more than one year. The reason for the charge given is: because I have not made any claim. Although, everything (car, insurance, finance ...) was sold by the same showroom, I purchased the car.

Someone took out a car agreement using my address — even though I had nothing to do with it. I reported this issue to the company multiple times over several years. Each time, they assured me it would be resolved, but nothing changed. Eventually, I received a letter thanking me for the “final payment,” which suggests the matter may have finally closed — though no one ever confirmed that to me.
What’s worse, the company repeatedly sent me this person’s bank details, including sensitive financial information, to my home address. This is a serious breach of privacy and shows a complete lack of customer protection. The lack of communication, ineffective action, and years of stress caused by someone else’s contract tied to my home address were unacceptable. I do not recommend this company.
Horrendous
Horrendous! Arranged to end my pcp 3 yrs 2 in (4yr pcp). Had paid enough money, miles were well under allowance. Inspector came out. Found one service missing (2022 - the one the dealer should have done when I purchased the car) so was told to disagree with the £210 charge. Heard nothing for 6 weeks. Then received a letter saying I owed £210. Rang and explained it was the original dealers service missing so was told they would write off. Checked online account and balance was zero. Received a letter 3 wks later saying I owed £210. Rang again to be told it was 2023 & 2024 services missing even though the inspector was offered to take these at the time but he told me no need as he had taken copies. Luckily 8 wks after handing the car back I still had the services so emailed them over only to get a shitty reply threatening to send my case to solicitors!!!! Rang yet again and sat on the phone until they sent me an email confirming my account was now closed!! Absolute disgrace! Oh did I mention that I saw the car advertised two weeks ago with a full service history - before they had asked me for 2023/2024 services!! They will try and rob you! Need reporting to the financial ombudsman!!!!

I have never been so badly treated by a company. I leased a brand new Dacia Spring which started having faults within weeks. The driving display goes off at random times which feels unsafe, the rear seats are incorrectly fitted and therefore I am unable to safely carry rear passengers. Warning lights come on for no reason and the boot will not open. I have been trying to book the car in to have these faults seen to for more than 7 weeks. The closest they have come is a garage 2 hours away from my home by public transport. No courtesy car. They don't care.

Un coche de mi empresa tuvo un siniestro, el juzgado condeno a un particular a reparar los daños ( que esta de acuerdo en pagar) y mando un requirimiento a overlease a que presenten presupuesto de reparacion , no hacen caso .
El juzgado manda un segundo requerimiento , no hacen caso . El taller propio de Renault dice que tampoco los hacen caso ... un autentico desastre

Tengo dos coches en la familia, Renaults, financiados con Mobilize con un acuerdo de 2 cambios de ruedas gratis. Ruedas de la misma marca, o superior, que las que lleva el vehículo al salir de fábrica... Cuando he ido a mi concesionario Renault a hacer uso de ese seguro, me dijeron que la marca sería, efectivamente, primera marca, Continental -o similar- . Al recoger el coche... sorpresa mayúscula, dos ruedas marca "nisupu". Pregunto en Renault y me dicen que, efectivamente, son ruedas mediocres por orden de Mobilize... Que me queje a ellos... Llevo intentando hacerlo desde hace varios meses y se están riendo en mi propia cara... Eso sí, ya me ha llegado una propuesta para la próximo "financiación"... "Que les den mucho viento fresco"! Sigo con mis pesquisas judiciales...
