Un desastre la programacion de la pagina no reconoce el usuario y no ingresa con facilidad terminada la carga de datos tampoco muestra resultado

El servicio de atencion al cliente es penoso. Solicito un documento que me es imprescincible, 20 dias llamando de seguido, y no lo recibo, es mas anulan cada vez que llamo la solicitud de dicho documento. En servicio al cliente su respuesta es que lo pasan al departamento correspondiente, y es todo lo que te dicen. No te dan nombre del departamento ni otro contacto que lo pueda solucionar

I would only award this company 1 star because you cannot award zero. Customer service appalling. Response to emails appalling. Portal not working. I am amazed they have a business at all

Experiencia nefasta y trato inhumano.
Llevo semanas reclamando una indemnización de un seguro que pagué religiosamente y la entidad solo me da largas y mentiras descaradas.
​Han llegado a inventar artículos de la normativa SEPA para no pagarme, y ahora, tras semanas de espera, dicen que 'están consultando a la aseguradora' cuando ya tienen toda la documentación entregada y aceptada. Es una táctica de desgaste vergonzosa para no soltar el dinero.
​Soy una persona con Incapacidad Permanente Absoluta y Movilidad Reducida, y a pesar de conocer mi situación, RCI Banque España ignora mis derechos y mi salud. Ya he tenido que formalizar reclamaciones ante el Banco de España, la DGSFP y su propia central en Francia, ya que se niegan a abonar los intereses legales del 20% (Art. 20 Ley de Contrato de Seguro) que me corresponden por su demora.
​Juegan con el tiempo de los clientes más vulnerables. Una falta de ética absoluta. ¡PAGUEN LO QUE DEBEN Y DEJEN DE ENGAÑAR CON EXCUSAS!
Y por favor, ahorrense el copia y pega, de que lamentan mi situación y que no me haya gustado su forma de proceder por que desde ya, dejo clara mi intención de seguir con esto hasta que me paguen hasta el último céntimo, que por ley me corresponde y que ustedes están incumpliendo las clausulas del contrato, no se ni con que fín!!
Tampoco me digan que no me tienen en su base de datos como clientepor que entonces usaré esa contestación como un agravante de su mala fé.

Malísima para un refinanciación me pedían datos muy personales se saltan la ley de protección de datos .

1 ) i could not access their app as it did not recognise my uk phone number_ response _ get a spanish mobile number.
2) i wanted to change my bank from Sabadell to Wise, reponse_ firstly i must make the change on the app i cant access, secondly it has to be a spanish bank and not a bank in europe. Totally disappointed with their blunt unhelpful responses.

Zero stars if possible. Handed my car back after a finance agreement. After a vehicle inspection, I waited for ages for inspection report. Have a text message out of the blue to call them to sort the end of the agreement, man on the phone was very rude, very abrupt and demanded that I pulled over to talk to him, despite being on Apple Car Play. He then lied saying they had sent me the inspection report and to check my “junk” folder. I then told him to send it again, of course - nothing.
I email customer services to explain situation - no response. I now receive a letter demanding payment within 14 days - I haven’t been told what is on the report and they have even added on a £225 charge for “abort inspection charge” despite being told that this would not happen. Absolutely disgraceful company.

Probably the worst customer service out of any company I've had to deal with. Ignored repeated messages and remained complained unhelpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sent the forms in 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. Rang to check that they have been received and they refuse to say, as I don't have an agreement with them. When asked how long it will take to process, they won't say. Asked to raise a complaint, to be told that because I don't have an agreement with them I can't raise a complaint. This is for the transfer of lease for the batteries in my parents car to me, as they are no longer able to drive and since filling in the forms, my father has sadly passed away. I've spent over an hour on the phone with the most useless customer services representative I have ever had the misfortune to deal with!

Justo en Septiembre de éste año termino de pagar mi Renault Megane, el cual fue comprado nuevo y tras cuatro años me ha dado muchos problemas.
Pues bien, ya llevan dos meses queriéndome cobrar la cuota mensual dos veces, a primeros y a últimos.
Me harté y fui a mi banco, me dijeron que el último recibo no podía devolverle pero sí el anterior del día 6 de éste mes.
Eso fue anteayer y hoy no paran de mandarme sms amenazando con meterme en la Asnef, llamé a un teléfono donde me dijeron que llamara más tarde porque no sabían solucionarlo... Me temo que ésto va a ir muy mal, YO NO LES DEBO NADA, tengo todas las cuotas pagadas una vez al mes como fue acordado y ahora que estoy a 6 meses de acabar de pagarlo me tocan las narices??? DENUNCIADOS VAN A ESTAR!!

Horrific. Impossible to get hold of and charge you for nothing. Should not be allowed to trade as a company.

The worst company i have ever had to deal with! Please do not work with them! I have been struggling for months to transfer my battery lease as they still try get money out of me despite not owning the car and giving all relevant information to the company for them to complete the transfer. When i call im speaking to someone completely different every time who has no idea what is going on and never helps resolve the situation, this is only when i can get hold of someone! PLEASE STAY CLEAR

Awful company. Charging over £250 for a collection to be rescheduled due a nail in tyre that I did not see and had no warning lights on the car for. I expected a charge for rescheduling but not that much. On hold for hours to speak to anyone, no clear communication on how to go about arranging the collection. Was sent a letter to say I would hear from them to arrange and when I didn’t had to go on the portal to try and find out how to sort it. Horrible company. I wanted to extend the hire as I love the car but can’t deal with this company again

Illegal and criminal con behavior within Renting department - at least in Spain… you agree to pay their FULL insurance of a crazy 1200€ per year just so everything is covered and you have no complications… at the FIRST insurance claim all these exclusions and surprise clauses (not present at all in the renting agreement) start to pop up (they say a rodent damage was caused to the vehicle and is not covered by FULL insurance) and all of a sudden you are supposed to be spending astronomical amounts on repairs of THEIR car on THEIR name… weeks and weeks with no car to go to work and they still charge you the monthly payments with no car you can use (a substitution vehicle is a lie as well), asking more money from you for repairs…the very rude lady on the phone said they don’t even have a claim opened for the number plate since they wouldn’t even contact their insurance company because a rat getting into one of their cars is my negligence!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS if you don’t want a ruin because it looks like “your negligence”will be paying for everything … our lawyers had a good laugh about the renting contract as it did not even stipulate any exclusions from the insurance, neither was the insurance contract provided upon signature therefore never agreed to… as advised by our lawyers, we will first very quickly exhaust the extrajudicial ways of mediation so we can take them to court.

Pésima atención al cliente, por no decir que inexistente, imposible hablar con una persona, siempre todo a través de e-mail.
Además de los problemas que hemos tenido a la hora de hacer las revisiones de mantenimiento y cambio de neumáticos, por la falta de talleres adheridos a esta compañía y problemas de pago de ellos con los talleres (por lo comentado por el jefe de taller donde acudíamos a realizar las reparaciones).
Ahora que hemos devuelto, por fin de contrato de renting, un renault Kadjar, y después de un peritaje claramente a favor de Mobilize, tenemos que pagar mas de 1.000 € por daños en el interior del vehículo, daños que son claramente del uso del vehículo (asientos desgastados, pequeños roces en las molduras, etc).
Imposibilidad de poder negociar con ellos este cargo adicional, ademas de amenazarnos con meternos en un fichero de impagados si no atendemos el pago de la factura de fin de contrato.
LAMENTABLE, no recomendamos esta compañía a ninguna persona que este interesada en un renting.
Actúan de forma "mafiosa" y unilateral, sin opción a replica por parte del cliente.

I was overcharged 280 euros more than 4 weeks ago. I am still waiting for a refund and an apology

Absolutely terrible experience. I waited a full month for my vehicle collection, only for it to be refused because of a missing Type 2 charging cable — a cable I was never given when I received the car and which isn’t even listed on my order form. Now I’ve been told I have to wait another month for a new collection date.

This has caused unnecessary stress and disruption, and I’ve even been warned it could happen again. Completely unacceptable.

Customer service was equally disappointing. The representative I spoke to didn’t seem to understand the issue, despite me explaining it multiple times.

I’ve done everything required of me, yet I’m facing long delays over something that was never supplied in the first place. Extremely frustrating and very poorly handled.

My advice would be do not get a PCP, explore the loan option instead.

Perhaps the worst company I have ever had the experience to have had dealings with. The lack of customer care and lack of coordination really surprised me. The themes that I would write about are covered in other reviews. Kind of wish I knew about this before I took out finance with them.

I bought a car from Renault who went through this finance company. At the end of the agreement there was either a charge to keep the car or I could return it. I decided to return it and this is where the problems began. The car was collected but I received numerous letters stating that I was in arrears for the settlement amount. I rang their customer services and was told to ignore the letters. After receiving another letter I decided to email. I would urge anyone in the same situation to not bother ringing, and to go direct to email. They emailed back a couple of days later and told me they had "reviewed my case" and there was a small charge relating to a damaged alloy outstanding and failure to pay it would negatively impact my credit report! I had never been made aware of this charge and there was no apology for the appalling handling of my case. Not impressed with this company at all and would advise anyone considering using them to go elsewhere.

I would not touch these with a barge pole, i was mis-sold the original agreement,they tried to charge for missing services and excess mileage, the services were complete and I had paid extra for additional mileage, sent all the information as proof and still got the same original bill back, Eventually apologised and cleared account. Never again !!!
