Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen hier nicht bestätigen. Die Reklamation eines großen Bräters wurde innerhalb weniger Tage bearbeitet und der Bräter aus Kulanz ersetzt, obwohl der Schaden nicht als Garantiefall eingestuft worden war.

I have quite a few Le Crest pots and pans. I recently experienced that the enamel in my largest and most expensive pot had peeled after making soup. One of the reasons all my pots and pans are from this brand was because of the lifetime warranty so I felt safe knowing no matter what happened I would get a replacement. Well that is just not true. I used this pot just like all the other pots on my induction stove, and again I was making soup so no high heat. I contacted customer service just to receive a message back weeks later notifying me that it was misuse of the of the pot had caused the peeling. So yup not unexpectedly as so many other companies the fault was pushed back to the user. WHY oh WHY do they even use words like lifetime warranty when it really is NOT so, and you just end up feeling like a failure for not even being able to make soup without breaking the pot? Needless to say the pot will NOT be replaced by a Le Creuset pot.

vendeuse adorable très professionnel j'y suis allé pour des renseignement rien acheté pour le moment mais je compte bien y revenir pour les fètes très belle gamme de très belle couleur sa donne envie.

Sauteuse achetée chez un petit quincaillier, produit sois disant garanti à vie. ARNAQUE produit à fuir.
Au bout d'un an et demi la sauteuse est tellement bombée qu'elle est inutilisable, retour chez le vendeur, diagnostique, mauvaise utilisation pas pris en garantie.
Publicité mensongère, produit de m..... ne vaut pas la moins chère de fabrication chinoise.

Le creuset se vante de produits garantie à vie, il n'en est rien, ils trouveront toujours un prétexte comme soit disant mauvaise utilisation. Une forme d'escroquerie.

Wir haben vor 2,5 Jahren einen Braeter über einen Shop bei Amazon gekauft. Trotz ordnungsgemäßer Handhabung bildeten sich zuletzt Schlieren und Kratzer am Boden.
Eine Reklamation wurde abgelehnt!!! Wir haetten den Topf nicht richtig behandelt.
Eine Frechheit uns das zu unterstellen.30 JahreGarantie!! Ha,ha. aber wir sind offensichtlich nicht die Einzigen, die auf Le Creuset reingefallen sind.

I have many different models for the past. The current manufactured products DO NOT cook like my pots and pans that are 10 plus years old. I have 2 that look identical and did a test. In the old one, items cooked to perfection, in the new one, burnt result from the exact same use. I weighed the items , same temperature setting and not even close to older original manufactured product. The current manufactured products as of 2020 to present are not the quality for the cookability this brand was built on.

I attempted to place an order 5 separate times with two different credit cards, but the website kept rejecting my payment info as invalid and automatically canceled my purchase 3 times despite the payment being authorized by my credit card. I was really hoping to make a purchase in September in time for the two mug gift set. I even called my credit card company and had them on the phone while trying to make this purchase, and they confirmed that they aren’t blocking my card and that there shouldn’t be any issues.

I tried to reach out to Le Creuset customer support a week ago and never heard back. Instead, I received five automated cart reminder emails in that span of time, adding insult to injury. This experience surely doesn’t inspire confidence if I ever needed to reach out for warranty reasons, although at this rate I guess I’ll never own Le Creuset products anyway.

Le Crueset was instructed on where to deliver my order in Lake Forest California by me personally when I was asked to give them a delivery address. Somehow they delivered to my old home address in Westminster California when the new owner was away on business. The $1900 package was stolen off their porch. They will not as much as offer me a discount on a repurchase. I will never do business with this company again. Horrible customer service... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I am blown away by the incredible support that I received from Donna at Le Creuset, not only was she efficient and quick to solve my problem, but she went over and above to ensure that I was able to enjoy a Le Creuset product again .I cannot recommend her or the company enough and I will be sharing with everybody. I know about the incredible customer service and support I received. Thank you again Donna

I tried to order dinnerware online. One of my orders went through and the second was canceled. I called customer service and they were no help. So I canceled the first order. Too hard to place an order with!
I just tried to order again 8-27-2023. Again had my order canceled.

My product came damaged and I was told "this is normal because they come from France". The bottom and box are completely fine. It is just the top. I can't get a refund on my one day shipping because it was delivered. I also cannot use the product. I did not have the product in one day to use.

Edit: Actually you told me it was normal shipping wear and I would have to send it back, wait for it to be accepted, and then wait for a replacement. I was also told a manager would be contacting me within 48 hours for a refund of my 1 day shipping as it was not a usable product that was sent. I drove to a store to get a replacement and they agreed it looked used. I am still waiting for the follow up phone call. Worst customer service. Total BS response.

J'ai acheté une sauteuse anti adhésive Le Creuset, il y a un an sur le site Veepee. A ce jour l'anti adhésif à l'intérieur se décolle au niveau supérieur. Je n'ai jamais vu ça sur aucune autre poêle, aussi bien téfal que Agostini. Extrêmement déçu. Je n'achèterai plus cette marque.

Il a été constaté dans le fond intérieur de l'ustensile des microfissures qui ont engendré des sauts d'émail. Une mauvaise régulation de la température lors de la cuisson est à l’origine de ces dégradations.
Les chocs thermiques ou surchauffe sont provoqués par une montée rapide ou trop forte en température (chauffe à haut thermostat) ou une descente rapide en température.
Ce type d’utilisation crée de fortes contraintes entre l’émail et la fonte, qui réduisent la résistance de l’émail avec des distorsions provoquant des sauts d’émail.
C’est pourquoi, le guide d’utilisation conseille une utilisation thermostat bas ou moyen pour une montée lente en température, et de toujours laisser refroidir l’ustensile avant de le nettoyer, de le rincer simplement à l’eau très chaude.
Nous vous informons que la garantie à vie sur les produits en fonte Le Creuset couvre tout défaut de fabrication ou de qualité du produit utilisé dans des conditions domestiques normales et dans le respect des instructions d'utilisation et d'entretien contenu dans la notice fournie avec le produit. Bonjour et merci pour ces précieuses informations, la plus grosse contrainte thermique qu'a reçu cet ustensile est le déglaçage. Je ne vois aucune utilisation anormale dans cette pratique. J'en conclue donc que soit votre ustensile n'est pas adapté à une utilisation normale, soit la garantie a vie est une fumisterie. Merci de m'éclairer ?

I bought the tea mugs and the 350ml mugs of le creuset from a well known shop in South Africa. However, on the tea mugs it says "Made in China". Only on the 350ml mugs are the customary logo printed underneath. Will they still be the original product?

Really disappointed and dissatisfied with their range
Pots and pans no matter how careful i was to look after they just deteriorated and now rendered useless
Had these about five years and would've expected these to have lasted longer

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I placed an order on May 21st for a tea kettle that was in stock as well as a crock utensil. This was for a birthday gift. Says it would arrive in 7-10 business days. It is now June 2nd and I have the utensil crock and no tea kettle. I have called 4 times and spoken to 4 different people. First person said there was a loading number and it would ship the next day. 3 days go by, nothing. I call again and this woman says it should ship any day and she will change it to 1 day shipping. Nothing. Call again talk to Kimberly she said she would call the warehouse and call me back, nothing no call. Call again talked to Dru who was condescending and rude. She said there was nothing she could do for me and she said there was no 1 day shipping noted anywhere so the second person lied. I’m honestly furious!! This is a joke. I ordered this as a gift and will not receive it in time even though I ordered it two weeks in advance. I will be buying my new pan set from all clad.

Why do you havre such horrible customer service reps. I placed an order on May 2nd and nothing has shipped. They said my order did not import correctly and a supervisor was woking on it. More calls and I was told I can't cancel the order and the "supervisors" are too busy to talk to me and may call me in a few dats. One even hung up on me. This was part of a birthday gift package. So you can't ship it and I can't cancel? Shame on Le Creuset. Order #01211974. Reporting this various places so I can get a resolution .

I wonder what is going on with this once-storied company — their customer service borders on deception and fraud. When you go to their website to process a return, it tells you you must call their customer service line, which is already an unusual requirement. But when you call their customer service line, a recorded message instructs you to use the Contact Us section of the website to file a return request! And it gets worse: I did both, file a return request through their website AND through a customer service representative, and neither was processed. Only when I called again a week later did a representative finally send me a return authorization number and instructions in an email. But return postage isn’t covered and reading the other reviews here I’m concerned that it will be a battle to get any refund. Highly recommend never buying from this company. Staub is a great alternative.
