Le Creuset Arvostelua 

A cup for my husband's b-day arrived smashed. I contacted them by email 3 times in a month. When they did contact me, they were rude, demanding, and could not guarantee the color I wanted (the birthday boy wants orange). Good customers don't deserve this kind of treatment.

I responded to your "Thank you for ordering..." email, and the emails went directly to Consumer services.

Seit dem 24.02.23 versuche ich einen Bräter zu reklamieren wo sich die Emaillierung am Boden gelöst hat. Telefonisch kommt man in Kirchheim nicht durch. Per Mail erhält man erst nach mehreren vergeblich Erinnerungsmails die Auffoderung Bilder zu machen und einige Fragen zu beantworten… nach weiteren 6 Wochen immer noch keine Antowrt. Beim Versuch das Thema bei Les Creuset in Frankreich zu reklamieren wurde man darauf verwiesen dass sie nur Bürger aus Frankreich bedienen. Kundenorientierung oder -Zufriedenheit scheint dort keine Rolle zu spielen. Denke ich werde mal die Medien drauf ansetzen.

Man kann nur dringend vom Kauf der Produkte von Le Creuset abraten! Bei unserer Pfanne (Stückpreis > 130€) begann sich nach ca. 2,5 Jahren die Antihaftbeschichtung zu lösen. Der Kundendienst hat auf diverse Kontaktaufnahmen nicht reagiert. Wie andere Kommentare schon sagen, sind die 30 Jahre Garantie ein reiner Marketingschwindel!

Brought a complete set of cast iron saucepans. I was so disappointed I boiled some noodles and they stuck and Burt how can you boil noodles in water and burn it with water.
Then later my son made spag bowl and the spaghetti stuck to the bottom and I still can't remove it.
Then the big joke of all was I'm sat in my wheelchair warming up bake beans and yes they caught at the bottom and burnt . I do not expect to pay hundreds of pounds out for every thing I cook in them too stick then to be told over the phone come in and we're give you some tips in how to cook in them , I'm a ex chef don't think I need a young lady telling me how to cook in a saucepan.

The quality of enamelling is poor, chips off easily. Also noticing rust on the inside of the kettle.
Poor value for money. definitely wouldn't recommend buying.

Dårlig kvalitet gryder og elendig kunde service - ja faktisk er det hele min skyld. Jeg har aldrig oplevet så dårlig kundeservice, dårlig kvalitet produkt og manglende garanti på noget så forholdsvis dyrt. Selv Imerco opgav lidt på forhånd velvidende at der faktisk reelt ikke er garanti på Le creusets ting. Jeg har investeret i to gryder med glas låg fra le creuset for ca 2 år siden der efter ca et år er blevet uklare i glasset. Men med tre års garanti så skulle det jo ikke være et problem!!! Jeg købte samtidig gryder med glas låg fra Ikea som ikke fejler det mindste. Men jeg havde åbenbart vasket dem forkert, ladet gryderne stå uvasket i dage, ikke puttet salt i opvaskemaskinen osv. Men jeg har jo ikke behandlet dem anderledes end mine Ikea låg var mit svar. Nå men så kunne jeg jo bade dem i citronsyre og hvis det ikke hjalp gøre det igen og igen. Efter 14 dages frem og tilbage og deres utallige forsøg på at gøre det til min skyld blev de enige med sig selv om at det var glaspest og at det var min skyld på trods af at intet andet glas i husholdningen ser sådan ud. Så jeg køber aldrig fra dem igen og jeg vil anbefale folk bare at købe alle andre gryder.

Pfanne weißt noch 2-3 benutzen, einen Materialfehler auf. Der Versuch den Service zu kontaktieren blieb erfolglos. Man wird nach ca. 5 min. aus der Warteschleife geworfen. Mails werden ignoriert.

J'ai acheté la crêpière en fonte Le Creuset en février 2023. Quelle escroquerie! Payer 245 $ pour cela, c'est du vol! Tout colle dans cette poêle. Pas moyen de faire des crêpes et pourtant c'est une crêpière! J'en ai acheté une à 30 $ par la suite et elle va beaucoup mieux. Ne faites pas la même erreur que moi!

They have one of the worst customer services I've seen in a while.
No care for the people who might care and buy their stuff.
The customer service did not help when I asked why an email or notification was not sent and the representative on the other end abruptly interrupted me and then proceeded to close the phone on my face.

I was shocked and disappointed by this behavior. As a loyal customer of Le Creuset, I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism from your customer service team. Closing the phone on a customer is not only unprofessional but also incredibly rude and disrespectful.

Never again will I use their website by any means and will let others know of that situation.

My advise, if anyone really wants a le creuset, try to get it from other companies who value their customers rather than getting the product directly from them.

Bought a bakeware from Williams Sonoma it works well
My complaint is the piece was made in China. Quite frankly I could buy something much cheaper i.e.,Aldi for 14.99
So disappointed in le creuset and reading these reviews I’ll just keep it but it will be my last purchase from le creuset

I had an issue with a Dutch oven that I got as a wedding gift in 2001.
The customer service was exceptional. I couldn’t have hoped for better service.
I own at least 10 Le Creuset cookware pieces that are over 20 years old and I use them everyday. Not all at once, that would be crazy. 🤣

I'm only giving LeCreuset one star because I'm not allowed to give them zero. My wife purchased a LeCreuset skillet for me as a Christmas gift, from a LeCreuset store in Cherry Creek CO. The salesperson informed her that there was no timeline for returning an item, so given the fact that we were to be out of the country for the two weeks after Christmas, we weren't in a rush. Fast forward: tried the skillet. It was horrible. The food stuck to the pan and was impossible to get off, leaving behind a stain. We live an hour outside of Denver, so we packed up the skillet and lid and drove to the Cherry Creek store.

To our surprise, the store is now permanently closed. We drove to the other store at Colorado Mills; the clerk told us that she wouldn't accept a return for that store, and that we were past the return date. The store is closed through no fault of our own and there is no way to prove what the clerk told us...she must have known they were closing. I might also add that had the clerk accepted our return, which is what good customer service would do, we would have made another purchase. I believe the awful skillet we bought was $199. Would gladly have upgraded to a beautiful blue skillet that I had my eye on, at $300+.

Contacted LeCreuset directly. What a joke. CS rep told me that they would not accept a return because we did not buy from them. Funny how one thinks that LeCreuset online and LeCreuset store are the same entity.

I will NEVER buy another LeCreuset product. I'll instead buy the Sur la Table Brand or Staub. I used to think the only difference was just paying for the name LeCreuset. But there's more than that. The product and their customer service are awful. I would highly recommend re-thinking your purchase if you're considering LeCreuset.

Ordered an item on Black Friday and some time later was informed by phone that it was no longer available and my order was cancelled. A few weeks later the item arrived and my card was charged, but I had already purchased the item from a third party.

Contacted Le Creuset customer service four times before I received a RMA. The item was shipped and received 30 days ago, but they have not yet issued the refund. I contacted customer service and was told 10-14 days for refund processing. It has been one month and I am now forced to do a chargeback.

This my worst purchase experience in a very long time. Guess Staub gets my money in the future.

Preparing my chargeback dispute, I counted that I have been in contact with customer service 13 times. First, multiple times to obtain a RMA and then again to obtain a refund for an authorized return received on 01/17/23. This is excessive for an order that Le Creuset called an informed me that they could not fulfill.

Update: I received my refund after this review was posted. It required about 2 months from the time I first contacted the merchant to initiate the return to the time my credit card was refunded.

J'ai acheté à l'usine le creuset 3 plats céramiques pour le four. Je l'utilise pour la 1ère fois à Noël et là... Stupéfaction le plat est fendu en deux, la sauce a envahi le four... très Déçue (nettoyage,) .... 3 plats (1grand, 1 moyen et 1 petit) au prix de 78€. Ils veulent me faire un échange alors que je demande depuis le début le remboursement. Je suis très déçue par cette marque, soit disant made in France.... Et surtout pour le prix.....

We placed a large order for Christmas. Somehow we got the same order twice. We were told that was our mistake when it could not have been because we only received one order confirmation to our email. They will not send a return label and it has been over a month and we still have not gotten a refund. I have been hung up on once and told that no one returns these items. We will never order from Le Creuset again.

cocottes DOUFEU Le Creuset
1ere Cocotte DOUFEU ovale achetée en fonte émaillée. Cuisine régulière et soin de la cocotte, pourtant éclats du fond émail. 2ème cocotte ronde achetée. A nouveau éclats du fond émail. Après 2 courriers envoyés avec photos au PDG et Service consommateur. Réponses sav: Envoyer les cocottes pour examen. Vu le poids des cocottes en fonte, l'envoi coûteras un bras. C'est se moquer du monde,
Pour les personnes faisant vraiment la cuisine je déconseille l'achat de cette marque. "Sauf pour faire joli" Eu égard au prix optez pour une marque concurrente une cocotte traditionnelle noire et non émaillée.

Please be aware when ordering from this company. I placed an order for a stockpot well in advance of a trip I’m taking. Received my order on time to find out not only was the pot the wrong size but the wrong color. I called and was told to send it back and immediately when they see the pot is in route, they will ship out the correct pot. Well of course that was a lie, I’m getting the run around and being told there is no management on duty who can speak to me. They are acting like they are doing me a favor by replacing this pot that’s wrong! Hundreds of dollars on cookware in this economy is not a necessity and the customer service is despicable. I will never ever order from them again. The customer service doesn’t line up with this “high end” cookware image they present to the world.

Vendor canceled my order. I went to their outlet stores and made my purchase. A week later after my purchase they sent me my canceled order and now I have two of the same. I have email documentation from their home office stating they canceled my order. They refuse to pay for shipping when they made the error, the product is cast iron and will be expensive to ship back to get credit. I now have a dispute with my credit card company. It has been 4 weeks and no satisfaction. Maybe a good product but their customer service is the worst.

J'ai acheté sur un revendeur une bouilloire tradition.. reçue avec un éclat d'email, du coup inserviable, le carton le Creuset n'est pas abîmé donc le produit est parti de chez le Creuset avec ce defaut.. pour eux les diverses garanties et retours ne s'appliquent pas.. 90 € de perdus et pas de cadeau a Noël n'achetez pas cette marque ça coute trop cher.. la seule consolation c'est que nous etions 25 constater que cette marque est à fuire..

I give this company a zero but you have to click on one of the Stars above this was withoutout a doubt the worst company in my entire life that I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with I canceled my order before it even arrived it's been back in there warehouse for 2 weeks and they still haven't refunded me my money I can't believe this. I have called them repeatedly and they keep giving me the same thing which is a new ticket number here's your new ticket number here's your new ticket number every single day. They don't respond, you can't reach them by phone, and they owe me $134.62 I called the bank I got my money back still waiting to hear from Le Creuset company
I doubt I will their customer service is the worst in the industry I wouldn't buy anything from them I wouldn't even take anything from them if they gave it to me that's how mad I am at their company and the way they do business. Le Creuset is without a doubt the worst company in the USA
