Na nog geen 2 maanden is de anti-aanbaklaag volledig verdwenen en brandt alles aan, terwijl ik de pannen altijd met de hand heb afgewassen. De klantenservice biedt geen oplossing, behalve het advies om een melaminespons te gebruiken — wat totaal niet werkt. Zeer teleurstellend, ik raad deze pannen absoluut niet aan.

This is a horrible company. The pan chipped all around after just 2 months of light use and they would not honor their two-year warranty because the "chipping is normal" and a sign of good quality "hard" ceramic. 80 dollars for an 8 inch pan is a steep price but it is beautiful. However, if i knew it would chip immediately and that it was "normal" for that to happen, I would have never bought it. There are tons of bad reviews of this produt on Williams Sonoma that I sadly overlooked.

I bought a non stick green pan just sometime ago and have been very unhappy with it..Right from the start,everything has been sticking to it-its one of the worst non stick pans I have ever come across:(

The worst pan you could ever have!
①it heats up very slow, abuse more electricity.
② it starts to stick to the pans after two month, can never cook eggs anymore.
③hard to clean, layers drop off after a while even though already clean it very carefully didn’t even put in a dish washer.
④ overcharge, price doesn’t correspond to the quality.

Mega dårlig pande, har så meget fortrudt dette køb. skal op og have den byttet i Imerco men det er jeg spændt på efter det som andre skriver her inde. Den er skæv allerede og ting brænder fast og kan ikke få den ren.

Asked to return a rice cooker for larger size. Said they didn’t have the larger one (but on there site they do?) Sent the small one back to address provided and trying to email them but very strange keep getting the same email back. It seems to be a scam. Do not use this company, Don’t think they sell genuine products

Extremely Disappointing Quality & Support

I own 6 pans from GreenPan, all used under the exact same conditions, with the same care, oils, and cleaning methods.

Out of these, 3 pans are absolutely fine, but the other 3 have developed serious sticking issues and buildup, making them practically unusable.

This clearly shows the issue is not user error, as the usage has been consistent across all pans. The inconsistency in product performance raises serious concerns about quality control.

I followed all care instructions carefully:
Used appropriate oils

Avoided overheating

Cleaned only with non-abrasive methods

Even followed their recommendation of using a melamine sponge (which did not help)

Despite this, GreenPan dismissed the issue as “carbonization due to usage” and refused to honour the warranty, without properly addressing the inconsistency across identical products.

At this price point, I expected durability and reliability — not a situation where half the products fail prematurely and the responsibility is shifted to the customer.

Very disappointing experience with both the product quality and customer support. I would not recommend unless you are willing to take a risk on inconsistent performance.

The Tucci pan is not worth the money. You absolutely can't get the outside clean no matter what you do. After 6 months of careful use it's sticking. Rubbish product

I’ve tried buying GreenPan frying pans three times, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.

At first, I thought I had damaged the pans myself by putting them in the dishwasher, as the ceramic coating started to break into small pieces. However, the product is advertised as dishwasher-safe, which makes this very misleading.

For my most recent purchase (the Geneva line), I was extremely careful—I only used it to scramble eggs in the morning and always washed it gently by hand. Despite this, in less than two years, the non-stick coating completely wore off. Now it feels like I’m making two eggs for myself and one for the pan.

I do not recommend this product at all.

Je partage mon avis 2026. Je pense que GreenPan a du changer le revêtement de ses poeles car je n'ai pas eu de problème même après plusieurs mois d'utilisation. Lorsque j'ai aperçu une rayure, ils m'ont de suite proposé un échange. Je suis très satisfait de la qualité et de leur service client.

The 12" frying pan buckled up in the center on 1st use. That occurred while on the cook top, NOT due to placing it in water while hot. Any sautee oil now goes to the edge leaving the sautee space in a ring on the edge. That was a lot of $$ for such disappointment.

De slechtste pannen die ik ooit gekocht heb. Na een 2 maanden begint alles aan te bakken. Zelfs op laag vuur. Niks anti aanbak! Schandalig voor zulke dure pannen. Ik heb helaas zo'n 2 jaar geleden 4 pannen uit een serie gekocht en allemaal dezelfde ellende.

It’s going to take me 2 lifetimes to clean 1 egg off thing. How could you actually sell something that was worse than a piece of galvanised iron. Do the shops just accept your free alcohol and say ‘O yes, that sounds wonderful, we’ll take 100’ and do zero product testing.

Horrible pans. Don’t waste your money like I did. Everything sticks to them. The company is terrible. When I contacted them they basically told me it was my fault and told me a way to clean them. First off I did not use them incorrectly. Always medium heat and only ever used butter in the pan before adding in food. Everything sticks to the bottom!

Terrible product, and the company doesn't stand behind its warranty. Do not buy. Stick with reputable brands like All-Clad. Non-stick coating is gone in months. They provide a two-year warranty. Attempted to make a warranty claim, and they kept responding with the text below. Tried this method 3 times without success. Then, they said - you must have overheat it - .. no support whatsoever.

You have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of burned oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible at first but may turn yellow-to-orange-to brown as the layer builds up.

This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking.
Once completed, you may resume normal washing with soap and a soft sponge. Avoid use of abrasive cleaning pads and sponges or washing up brushes as the bristles are also abrasive. We have included our exterior cleaning method as well.

Interior:
Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a simmer for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a safe sturdy surface. Carefully use a Melamine sponge (Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, our Restoring Sponge or any melamine sponge) and a little plain water on the warm surface to wipe away the food or stuck on oil. This should do the trick.
The restoring sponge recommended for deep cleaning is perfectly safe. Our Product Team has tested this product for safety and durability. The sponge contains pores, which when moved around your pan, enables it to grab food and oil particles. Our cookware is coated and sealed and therefore, nothing will leach into your pan. Once the deep cleaning is complete, you may wash your pan as you normally would.

Bought a none stick pan as i was fed up of replacing cheap ones every 6 months. The pan was just like the others very none stick but after a few months it ended up just like the others. I contacted greenpan and they recommended deglazing ie boiling water for 5 minutes. Tried several times, the pan is spotless but unless you use a ton of oil it will stick after a few months. Started using stainless steel now as if i need to use oil i might as well use a proper pan

I cook on med temp (my range is about a 4-5), but with this pan everything would burn. I have the lowest possible heat <3 and the pan still burns everything! Horrible. you shouldn't have to completely alter the way you've been cooking for years to adjust to some company. Make your product better.

I've had 2 Greenpan pans, used them carefully and cleaned them similarly. Within a few months both showed signs of chipping, some areas of coating coming away in areas where not likely to get rough treatment. Whatever guarantee time was supplied when I bought the pans I wouldn't trust and won't look to replace. A waste of money and really poor quality. I'll stick ( excuse the pun )with stainless steel, cast iron or proven quality ceramic coatings.

Useless. Style over substance and performance. Non stick wears of in a matter of months. Don’t waste your money. Buy Salter non stick instead.
