Le Creuset Arvostelua 

I love their products but failed to deliver plates for Christmas and now lost and no refund lost over $300. Will never buy their products again after being a loyal customer.

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Ich habe im November einen Bräter bestellt und Anfang Dezember den Widerruf erklärt und den Brüter zurückgeschickt. Dieser kam am 07.12 laut UPS bei Le Creuset an und wurde entgegengenommen. Seitdem habe ich nichts mehr gehört. Keine Rückerstattung, keine Benachrichtigung, NICHTS. Ein Supportticket habe ich vor 20 Tagen erstellt, keine Antwort. Seit Wochen geht beim Support immer nur der AB dran. Bei so hochpreisigen Artikeln einen solchen Kundenservice zu haben ist eine absolute Dreistigkeit. Im Notfall muss man hier anwaltlich vorgehen, wenn man sein Geld zurückhaben will. Ich habe schon vieles Online bestellt, aber so etwas habe ich selbst bei Billigprodukten noch nie erlebt!

Wir haben beim Küchenwarenhändler unseres Vertrauens einen schwarz emaillierten Wasserkessel mit Pfeife gekauft für knapp 130€. Der Kessel ist nie runtergefallen oder ausser zum Wasser erwärmen auf dem Induktionsfeld verwendet worden. Nach knapp 2 Jahren ist nun Rost im Inneren und die Emaille ist an mehreren Stellen flächig abgeplatzt. Das haben wir über den Küchenwarenhändler reklamiert und lediglich als Antwort bekommen, dass Le Creuset sagt dass es kein Garantiefall ist. Und das ab Bildern die sie zugeschickt bekommen haben. Ein komische Art mit Kunden umzugehen. Sehr enttäuschend.

Ich bin absolut schockiert von Le Creuset und seinem (nicht existenten) Kundenservice. Für ein Abendessen mit Freunden habe ich im Online-Shop kleine Förmchen bestellt, die leider viel zu spät angekommen sind. Auch habe ich nie eine Versandbestätigung erhalten, sodass ich keine Sendungsnummer von UPS bekommen habe. Diese brauche ich aber nun, um die Ware zu retournieren. Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme schickt mir Le Creuset weder die Sendungsnummer, noch alternative Retourendokumente zu, sodass ich die Förmchen schlicht nicht zurückgeben kann. Eine absolute Frechheit! Ich rate jedem vom Kauf im Online-Shop ab.

Le Creuset salt and pepper grinders via the White Company are useless. They look nice but no pressure or grind strength in them - not worth the cost at all of £38 each, much better products out there

I PLACED AN ORDER THE 25th OF NOVEMBER, AS THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT. RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING IT WILL BE DELIVERED 7 -10 WORKING DAYS. I CONTACTED THEM START OF DECEMBER ASKING THEM FOR A UPDATE ON MY ORDER. THEY COULDN'T FIND MY ORDER , SO THEY REORDERED MY ITEM. MY ITEM DIDN'T ARRIVE BEFORE XMAS SO I CALL AGAIN ASKING FOR A UPDATE ,ONLY TO BE TOLD THE COLOUR I HAD ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THAT I CAN PICK A DIFFERENT COLOUR, WHICH I HAVE. MY ITEM HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED. WHEN I GOT IN CONTACT AGAIN!!!!! I HAVE BEEN TOLD IT IS STILL IN THE WAREHOUSE. IT IS NOW 6TH JANUARY I HAVE BEEN TOLD I WILL RECEIVED THIS IN 5 DAYS. WE SHALL SEE IF IT ARRIVES.
WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!

I ordered the 11 piece ultimate cookware set in blue on 11/21/23. On 12/20/23 an email was sent that stated the wet is not in stock. I inquired about a wait list or the possibility of it being back ordered but was then told I could get it in another color. But I didn’t want another color. No refund was issued and no other communication took place. However on 12/29/23 I saw that that blue was back in stock and asked that it be shipped to me. I didn’t get a response until 1/5/24 which said blue was still unavailable but it is available on the website. This is very disappointing and frustrating and I don’t understand how, when it is in stock, it is not automatically shipped since it was paid for 6 weeks ago! Even now on 1/5/24 at 11:01 am it is in stock on the website. Can someone send the cookware?

Do not purchase from Lecreuset.ie if based in Ireland. I placed an order on November 21st and received a customs request for nearly €700 despite Le Creuset saying that no customs are payable!! I still have not received the goods 6 weeks later even after contacting their helpline and emailing numerous times. Avoid!!!

I had purchased a dish with lid in person in their York,UK store. The item was in the box and sealed but upon arriving home and opened it, there’s black deep spots and deep scratches. I called the store but their customer was ridiculous specially the manager. I called the main customer number and complained but though I was told I will received an email after the conversation, I haven’t. For a big company like them, this poor customer service is really disappointing. I looked on them very high as I heard from people they have good products but with this kind of experience, I wont bother to buy again from then and I’ll even inform my friends not too. Worst company!

El 26 de noviembre realicé el pedido de una cocotte. La compañía de transporte UPS no da opción de recibir el pedido por las tardes. Sólo de 10 a 14 hs, argumentando que ese es el servicio contratado por Le Creuset. A fecha de hoy (14 de diciembre) sigo esperando el pedido. Mucho me temo que: o pido un día de vacaciones en el trabajo para esperar en mi casa a recibir el pedido, o la cocotte volverá a Le Creuset porque UPS es inflexible en sus horarios de entrega. No volveré a comprar en la web de Le Creuset ni a contratar los servicios de UPS.
Me he animado a escribir aquí para que otros clientes sepan a lo que se enfrentan.

Bought a mug for my sister-in-law’s birthday. I understand that this company is expensive but the order took ages to arrive (even though p&p was very expensive) and when I received it, it was dumped in a large box with a couple of sheets of bubble wrap. For a £20 mug, I’d expect it to at least have its own box. Really disappointing

Sent in a stock pot for replacement over a month ago. It was recieved back at their warehouse over 3 weeks ago and the replacement has not been sent yet. I have emailed numerous times and no one has emailed me back. Ridiculous!

My husband and I were gifted a Dutch oven for our engagement party. I was browning meat in it and the enamel started chipping off. I submitted a ticket and was told I would not receive a replacement as there were 'signs of burning', which is not in line with the care and use requirements. What is the point of a cast iron Dutch oven that cannot be used to brown meat? For the price of the cookware and the fact it is a Dutch oven, it makes no sense for it to only able to be used for 'low to medium' cooking.
I then wrote a review on the product, which was not put up due to it being negative. Ergo, they obviously only publish positive reviews on their site, giving a false impression of the product to their customers.

Disappointed! Order as Xmas gift for my family, that status haven’t change since I paid.. no updates on dispatch.. 2 weeks before is need it and still will not come ! So expensive and such a rubbish customer service. I have email they sent standard response that I have to wait up to 3 days for any contact ! Not helpful when you trying to revive your goods on time ! Wil not order online ever again from them.

Attention à la mention Garantie A Vie dont Le Creuset fait grand état. Nous venons de recevoir concernant deux cocottes fontes abimées une réponse type automatisée critiquant nos techniques de chauffe. D'après photos ils font même mention d'une descente trop rapide de température. Un peu comme celle j'imagine que la cocotte subit lorsque l'on coupe le feu 😂😂😂. Toute ma famille était cliente de cette marque, je vais hélas devoir me tourner vers d'autres marques Made In France pour la suite. Staub ou Fontignac, je ne sais pas encore.

Be cautious of the 'Lifetime Guarantee' that Le Creuset proudly advertises. We have just received an automated response regarding two damaged cast-iron pots, criticizing our heating techniques. According to the photos, they even mention a too rapid temperature drop, somewhat like what I imagine the pot undergoes when the fire is turned off 😂😂😂. My entire family was a customer of this brand; unfortunately, I will have to turn to other Made In France brands in the future. Staub or Fontignac, I don't know yet.

I also had a problem with the paint on my lid .it looks delaminated with only soap and water washing.lid has never even been in the oven .inquiry #379308.rep LATOYA WASHINGTON #379308 I sent pictures and was told as others have been that it was my fault and referred to misuse.looks like identical standard reject response others have received ,i was gifted this by my employer so luckily for me im not out any money and the pot is totally usable,it just looks like crap. So exceptionally poor workmanship and even worse customer service( if you could even call them that).buy a different brand there are many out there just as good at way better prices.

I ask that you look past the pretty colors and the well made cookware. Customer service comes first. Not the product. Please take this from someone who has went to managers and the people over managers and leadership about the horrible customer service. I have tried to explain how that impacts a customer every time they look at the product. They do not care. I have spoken to leadership before. They have been dishonest and love to blame the customer. Stop buying. That is the only way they will wake up and pay attention.

Made an order for products through and add for a cookbook and get a cookware set for free "just pay shipping ". The money was taken from my account but never received anything, not even the cookbook. Promotion said ships out in 2 to 7 days but I never received anything. It has been over a year now and I have moved to another state, but it was over 6 months before I moved. Not sure if they are worth getting, but watch carefully if buying through an add on the internet.

The website says ‘free gift with purchase’ among other statements such as ‘free shipping over $99’.

When I received my order, there was no gift . What they said implies all purchases. That’s really sneaky and false advertising. Where’s my gift? I want to return. First time shopping with LC USA but I’m disappointed. I have 4 other pans and many other crockery in storage in europe and I got this to try and feel at home but I have never been so disappointed opening a box of a LC product 👎🏻 way to under-deliver. I should go to retail ombudsman over false advertising.

Le Creuset Wasserkessel 2,1 Liter.
Circa gerade mal ein Jahr alt, fängt der Kessel am oberen Rand an zu rosten. Dort, wo der Ausgießer mit dem Kessel verbunden wurde rostet es ebenfalls. Mehr als nur enttäuschend. Marke, Preis, Garantieversprechungen, Qualität, alles nicht vorhanden, nur auf dem Papier. Also von "vererben" kann da keine Rede sein. (Werbung des Herstellers) Es sei denn, man stellt ihn nur hin zum angucken, nicht zum gebrauchen. Ich schätze, da wäre ein "billig Wasserkessel" die bessere und sicher auch haltbarere Alternative gewesen.
