Le Creuset Arvostelua 

We purchased a Le Creuset Dutch Oven pot over 30 years ago and have several other Le Creuset products.
This is our go to pot for soups, casseroles, stews etc. as we find that it produces the best results and best tasting food.
After 30 plus years of using it, for some reason the enamel started to flake off the bottom. Please understand that we use this cooking pot weekly so it gets a workout.
I phoned customer service and spoke to Tanya about what was happening. She said to send the pot to her, they paid for shipping so there was no cost to us.
After they reviewed what was happening, the immediate response was to send us a brand new one, again at no charge.
I can't say enough about the quality of the product, the way it cooks and the great customer service I received from Le Creuset.
I would highly recommend their products and the level of service they provide.

Don't waste your money. Paid £75 for non stick pan to which everything sticks from day one! I read the instructions booklet carefully! It is worse than the £5 , 3 year old pan it is replacing. Customer service was pompous, unfriendly and unhelpful.

I‘ve owned my pots for 14 years, used daily 😁
Recently (~Jan. 2024) two of the pots developed chips in the inside enamel. Called customer service for advice, left countless messages, never got a call back, wrote to the company, got two emails in reply throughout this period. The first asked for pictures, the second 1 month later was a standard copy-paste response saying that le creuset would not honour the 30-year warranty, referring to pictures not of my pots, and blaming me for the problem. I wrote back on the 8th of March 2024, asking for advice (repair etc) on my options and disputing the findings. I am still waiting (27.03) for an answer to my email.
Whilst i loved my pots, this company’s customer service support is horrendous - 1 star 🤬

Katastrophe! Dieser Service hat nichts mit einer Premiummarke zu tun. Unsere Pfannen waren nach weniger als 5 Jahren unbrauchbar, die angeblich lebenslange Garantie ist aber nur ein Marketing-Fake. Die Pfannen wurden vom Store in München in die Zentrale geschickt, wo man sich weigerte sie zu tauschen. Der Store in München bietet ebenfalls keinen akzeptablen Service: ich bat zweimal um eine email-Adresse der Zentrale, damit ich mich selbst darum kümmern kann, das war zu viel verlangt. Ich bekam nie eine Antwort, per Telefon wurde ich vertröstet. Insgesamt war der Umgang unhöflich und patzig.

Unser Le Creuset Bräter wurde nach einigem Schriftverkehr inkl. Fotos und nach Versänden zum Hauptstandort ausgetauscht, durch das entsprechende alter konnten wir keine Quittung vorweisen, dies war jedoch auch kein Problem. Merci

I've purchased two pans from them, both of which were replaced under warranty and both of which only lasted 6 months each. Never once used on high heat and always used with butter or oil. Only used on an electric samsung stovetop.

For the price of the pans, the lifespan is not there and the customer service is absolutely abysmal.

My most recent interaction with customer service confirmed...

A) The rep "ADRIAN B" openly admitted Le Creuset uses toxic "Forever" chemicals on their pans. Took 3 emails to him to fish this information out of him. If you're looking to buy pans from them and are concerned with these toxic chemicals, so please look elsewhere.

B) An abhorrent display of any centricity to the customer. This rep (same as above) accused me of using high heat on my pans...something I've never done!! I cook on low and cook simple things like fried eggs.

Extraordinary Good service and quality! I have shopped several times and i have only good experiences. I have reached out for cleaningadvice when i accidentally burned some food in my iron pan and further product information than listed and they answer very helpful and polite. It is much more service than i expect and that makes me trust the company and will gladly shop again. I did one return because of a minor thing and that was no problem. Very Nice Customer service and high quality products. Easy delivery home on my door.

They have the best customer service. Got my skillet replaced - they told was not eligible but they did by courtesy. Outstanding company. Very happy.

Ma cocotte Blanche émaillée n'a pas résisté à l'épreuve du temps et a des éclats d'émail dans le fond.
j'ai tenté de faire marcher la "garantie à vie" ventée par la marque mais après avoir été confrontée 6 fois à une non réponse de la marque, envoyé un courrier de litige et appelé à plusieurs reprises, j'ai été invitée à envoyer des photos et à répondre à un questionnaire.
Cette fois, la réponse ne s'est pas faite attendre, les éclats d'émail ne font pas partie de la garantie car preuve d'une mauvaise utilisation. Cà c'est fait !
Ce qui est étrange c'est que nous sommes une centaine dans mon cas et une centaine à avoir reçu la même réponse bien rodée ... au mot près ...

Wer mit 30jahren Garantie wirbt sollte in der Lage sein auf ein defektes Teil angemessen zu reagieren auch wenn kein Kaufbeleg aus 2013 mehr Verfügbar und der Händler auch keinen mehr hat.
Bei mir ist es ein Bräter der sein Email verliert

Terrible customer service and a company culture of not standing behind their product.

We purchased a 10 piece set. Within 6 months, the first pan started to warp. I thought it was just a one off, then a 2nd smaller pan started to warp as well. Nothing extreme however enough to take notice. I contacted customer support, they asked for a picture and said they won’t replace it. No explanation as to why. I never cook with high heat and seeing a Test Kitchen torture test (they heated the pan to high heat and immediate dipped the pan in a ice bath, only to warp the pan ever so slightly) on these pans convinced me to buy them. It’s unfortunate because of the lack of insight and support from the company that I will never give them a dime of my business again.

This is the first review I have written in years, but I feel like I have to speak up after the appalling customer service I received here. My husband and I opted to invest in a full dish ware set through Le Creuset, as opposed to the discounted price we’d get had we ordered it through our wedding registry on Zola, because we wanted to ensure we had the company warranty protection. I ordered the nearly $1,300 set on November 29, and got an email from Le Creuset a couple days later saying the item had shipped. Several weeks go by and I still hadn’t received the package. Then, 2 months after my order date I get another email asking me to review the product. I check the shipping tracking and it shows the product NEVER EVEN SHIPPED. I reached out to the company to ask what happened and they inform me that the product was out of stock. How I was allowed to purchase the set and why I received the misleading emails is beyond me. Whats worse is they didn’t even give me an option to choose another color or preorder the set I selected in the event it restocks. I am now awaiting the refund, but regardless, the discount I could have received ordering elsewhere is no longer applicable because it’s been months since those deals were available when we made the purchase. I feel totally scammed and mislead.

I bought a Le Creuset kettle in May 2022, it started rusting and I could no longer use it. I emailed Le Creuset, they responded quickly and requested that I send them photographs of the kettle and provide further details. They replaced my kettle. Fantastic after care service.

Les tasses expresso commandées sur le site Le Creuset sont de mauvaises qualité. Plus epaisses,
Plus grossieres, et sensiblement plus petites.
Est ce une copie faite en thailande?..

Nous avons commandé une tajine le Creuzet marque vantant le made in France et ses produits incassables … la tajine est arrivée fendue dans l emballage et oh stupeur en lisant le pays de provenance sur le même emballage … made in Thaïlande ! Je ne savais pas que la Thaïlande était en France ! Bref on nous prend vraiment pour des pigeons

Purchased a considerable number of items from the bakeware range. Springform tins after little use now rusting and lining coming away. As these are no longer safe to use I have disposed of them. I sent clear photos to Le Creuset Customer Service and was asked to return items for inspection when photos were perfectly clear. Not sure what has happened to Le Creuset - high price, poor value for money and customer service non existent. Years ago I had a faulty non stick frying pan which was replaced without question. I've made my last purchase with this company

SAV inexistant qui ne répond pas.
Nous avons acheté une poêle en fonte émaillé à plus de 150€ et au bout d’un mois tout le revêtement se décompose. Pas de retour du SAV.
Oser vendre une qualité si médiocre à ces prix la, des escroc !

I've had my 6 qt for over 30 years and loved it.
Suddenly I noticed flaking of the enamel at the bottom.
I applied for the warranty, sent pictures and it was determined that I caused the issue. I remember several months before making a brisket and I fell asleep and allowed the bottom to burn.
Even though it was my fault, they sent me a brand new pot!
Love this pot and this company!
