After 2 months of sending my documentation they still without releasing my rent guarantee. We have sent several emails with 0 response. It looks and it feels like a SCAM company. To avoid at any cost

Er voor zorgen dat de huurder en de verhuurder hun geld terugkrijgen is een heel ander geval. Administratieve rompslomp die ik aan niemand zou aanraden.

Verschillende emails verzonden naar dit bedrijf "geen enkel antwoord met originele toegevoegde documenten van de beëindiging huurcontract met de waarborg van 1600€ die moet terug betaald worden"
Vandaag 13/12/2023 bijna 2u aan de telefoon gehangen zonder resultaat!
Geen enkele persoon die maar ook antwoord geeft of reactie.
Vandaag dan maar met aangetekend schrijven, morgen zelf naar korfine met papieren in Kortrijk.
Als dit niet helpt zal het met een advocaat en rechtbank worden!
Het is mijn geld en niet hun eigendom.

Wacht al een maand op mijn huurwaarborg.
Ze omschrijven zichzelf als "snel".

Misere na dood van mijn vader voor het terug krijgen van de huurwaarborg. Heb zelfs bewijzen moeten geven dat mijn moeder ook overleden was twee jaar daar voor. Medeleven hebben ze niet Meerdere keren moeten bellen nadat al de nodige documenten reeds lang in orde waren , er zat op dat moment zelfs al een nieuwe huurder in het appartement waarvan ze waarschijnlijk de nieuwe huurwaarborg hadden gekregen. Meer dan twee maand na het overlijden van mijn vader heb ik waarborg terug gekregen en niet met opbrengst zoals ze zelf verkondigen maar met administratiekosten er nog eens van af .

Onbereikbaar, slechte communicatie. Eindeloze wachttijden. "Alle medewerkers in gesprek" Hoeveel zijn er? een(1)? of twee(2)? Verstopt zich achter knullige amateuristich opgestelde juridische regels en achter andere partijen als Ergos Bank.
Eindeloze afhandeling. Ruim twee maanden voor "vrijgave"
Geen enkele transparantie
Zeker NIET mee in zee gaan. Elke (groot) bank doet dat beter. Zeker KBC

We zijn nu 21 september; heb email gestuurd op 1 september om vrijgave huurwaarborg die huurder had betaald maar die blijkbaar nog steeds in "voorstel" stond, alhoewel we het ondertekende contract verschillende malen hadden bezorgd. Heb vorige week proberen bellen, na 11 min aan de telefoon nog steeds niemand. Dan maar het probleem uitgelegd via hun contactformulier. Na een week nog geen respons. Ben nu terug aan het bellen, reeds 15 minuten, nog steeds niemand aan de lijn. ONGELOOFLIJK SLECHTE SERVICE

Slechte communicatie. Duurde heel erg lang om contact te kunnen opnemen. Telefonisch en per email. Rampzalig.

Terrible service. It took KORFINE 10 months to process the release of my rental guarantee deposit. There is no customer service. Once in a while, a KORFINE employee writes an email claiming that they cannot open the pdf rental guarantee release document (I sent it about 10 times to them). Try to find alternatives.

first of all KOFINE does not give a s**t about its costumers. I have been there for 6 months (almost a year). I have been trying to get my money back since December 01/12/2022.
Now we are 13/04/2023.

1. They do not answer to you question. or help you further with the correct documents. They will send you documents. When filled in and send back to KOFINE you will get a response after 3 weeks maybe a month. But how they respond is shildish. They will say it is the wrong document. You tell them it is from them you got the mail and documents so they send it again (the same files) you do everything again. And the same happens over and over and over for 6 moths now.

2. If they do not want to help you, they say: we will help you. And send the correct files. They don't do that and when you send the documents back they will say this is the wrong file it is to small or to big or they say you can only put 1 name in there. They know there cutomers they have my documents before them why else would they asked for my name....
To look me up on Facebook !?
No too look at the document we sign and some information about us and the contract.

It has been 5 almost 6 months with multiple people (5) sending emails and calling they know who we are but they do not give a s**t and will try and keep the money as long as possible..... Believe me that's there strategy else you would have gotten your money long back.

Then lay down the phone when you trying to call them. They even get mad behind they pc/laptop/phone and then they say this is you problem goodbye. What a service....
I do not understand how you still exists as a company Korfine.
If I would give the same support as your workers. I would live on the streets....

If I could, I would give them 0 point but this is not possible.

NEVER GO TO KORFIN !!
Got to a bank much better services and help + they wil not drop the call or get mad and or yell at you.

This is my personal experience.
Even my parents do not understand how they do businesses.
My friends and the owners that where here with me as well. This is unprofessional KOFINE does not earn the right to where they are now....

Make sure you do beter KORFINE....

This company is specialized in holding your money on their accounts as long as they can. Verification steps, not answering emails, a week to do a bank transfer etc etc etc.. As I found the same kind of complaints over 2 years old, I am convinced this is Florine's strategy and does not care at all about customer service..

Unreliable service for deposits
I bought a house. The renters left after two months. We submitted all requested materials (including a letter from the notary and the sales contract of the house showing new ownership). Korfine only sent one message noting that the signature of the owner was wrong and never responded to any follow up request explaining that this could of course not be the same given the change of ownership. Customer service is it seems to me intentionally unresponsive. Aweful. I do not recommend working with them, they appear to be set up to ensure renters will never get their money back-- and I am saying this as an owner who had no stake.

Garanția pentru închiriere.Presupui că corect ar fi sa primești 1 euro dobândă pentru suma care o ai acolo blocată și folosita de ei ani de zile.
Dezamăgire,tu i plătești pe ei.
Suma totală care trebuia să o primesc era cu un minus de 6,89 euro.Dupa aproape 5 ani de depozitare.
Trebuie sa specific că dosarul a fost trimis pe 1 septembrie 2022 incomplect de la agenția imobiliară.Nu sa obosit nimeni să mă informeze sa completez dosarul.Dezinteres clar. Eu mi am recuperat banii in 30 Noiembrie 2022.deci după 5 luni după încheierea contractului.

I used Korfine for a bank guarantee for my rent at the proposal of the owner. Initially I had a very good opinion because of the web platform and how fast and easy it was to deposit the money. The issue arrived when I finished my rental contract. I asked in advance what I have to do in order to recover the money, as on the website there is no such option. I received no reply. I managed to find on another website a document to fill in for the end of contract. Unfortunately for me, I forgot to fill in the box to receive all the money back as the owners agreed with it. After sending the documents I received the first response after one week and since then, I submitted the document again I haven’t received any reply. So it was a fast deposit of 4600€ but the withdrawal is indefinite.
