Ik heb de tuinset SAPRI metaal donkerbruin gekocht en deze past helemaal in de vibe van mijn romantische tuin. Eenmaal in elkaar gestoken was het meteen genieten. Stoelen zijn ook groter dan verwacht wat wel fijn was.

Deuxième livraison renvoyée ..J'ai payé la prestation "colis amené dans la pièce de votre choix" et je tombe sur des chauffeurs, seuls, qui ne veulent pas le faire.
Sauf que j'ai payé 79€ et qu'il me serait impossible de porter 45kgs dans un escalier.

À l'époque où des commandes arrivent de chine en quelques jours et où Amazon livre en 48h !!

26 Februari 3 sets tafel+stoelen voor mijn Bakkerij besteld. 27 Februari dat bestelling verzonden was. 12 Maart klantenservice via chat gesproken met de vraag waar de bestelling gebleven was, toen krijg ik te horen dat ie geleverd was, terwijl ik geen melding op voorhand over de bezorgdatum/tijd kreeg. Toen moest ik het DPD formulier invullen en verklaren dat bestelling vermist was. Dezelfde dag, ging ik eens in de site kijken naar de datums van mijn bestelling enzovoort, tot mijn verbazing stond er dat op 12 Maart de bestelling was teruggestuurd naar de logistiek en dat er een nieuwe datum bekend zou moeten worden. Telefonisch contact geprobeerd te maken maar er werd alleen Frans gesproken. Op mijn mails krijg ik geen reacties terug tot vandaag de reactie dat ze hun beste zullen doen om zsm de bezorgdatum bekend te maken terwijl ik aangegeven heb dat de opening van mijn winkel op de 27ste is. Ik heb de vertrouwen verloren doordat ze heel slordig werken.

I ordered a bed for my daughter and wasn't too sure because it was the first time ordering from Beliani. It arrived on time, even after I asked to change the date and it was super easy to put together. It looks amazing, the velvet of the bed feels incredibly soft and I am very happy with it. My daughter loves it, so I do too. Will definitely shop at Beliani again.
