Awful experience, avoid at all costs. Minibus is not safe and awful condition, 49 minute wait at Heathrow. Can’t stress enough how bad they are.

This company is providing a great service, Mr Kumar and Mr Dinesh are high level managers, parking is safe, accurate, no car damage, I am not a friend of these people, my review is true

DO NOT USE HEATHROW PARK AND RIDE
I used their service from 31st March to 19th April 2022. when I picked up my car the front passenger's side was mangled. Either someone has hit it or they have hit it against a wall or another car.
I immediately drew the attention of the staff on duty and i was told they will look into it and give me a ring.
I have rung six times, sent an email and i have not had a response from anybody. They keep telling me the admin team will take care of it but when i ask for a contact person to speak to they say they cant provide me with one.

This cowboy outfit don't even deserve one star! Total and utter shambles - fortunately we found out before we travelled - call it women's intuition, but we decided to use the AA route planner to see how far/how long the journey would take when we discovered we were going to park in a public multistorey carpark! Again, good fortune on our part, as we were only parking short-term 7 days so paid just £40.00. However cancelling 7 weeks prior to travel we understood we would forfeit an admin fee of £20 so expected a £20 refund - joke! Don't bother wasting your time with these cowboys - just wish we had looked at TrustPilot before we booked! Lesson learned there! Feel so sorry for others whose horror stories we have since read.

2. charged extra 5 pounds because they need to pay for drop off, we was on the mini bus 6 people so they made 25 pounds profit
3. on return waited 52 minutes outside on the rain

My Father who is a 77 year old man, together with my mother (75) arranged parking with your company on 13th March. On approaching the airport my father called and was told to head to park and ride on level 4 at Heathrow
on his arrival finding there was no one there to greet him he called again and was told - in a tone which can only be described as condescending and dismissive that it was level 3 he should go to.
After a rude chat with your telephone operator the employee begrudgingly came to collect the car. He mentioned he needed money to pay the barrier fees and was given £10 in cash.
Not only was the attendant rude and bullying to my father he then did not pay the barrier fee and pocketed the £10 which has resulted in a fine for my dad.
My father has written to you on numerous occasions with little response and has taken the view he should pay the fine rather than go to court as anyone would.
However i am utterly disgusted by the way your staff a) would treat an elderly man, b) would dishonestly pocket the money c) from a corporate perspective to allow this to happen and expect your customers to foot the bill - this is nothing short of fraudulent

my intention here is not only to ensure you compensate my father, but to warn you that whilst your service relies of reviews to get business the details of this abuse will be posted to every social media and rating website from now until you rectify this

How dare you bully and elderly man

i personally have used your service as a single mother and been treated very similarly and given the choice of service providers at Heathrow will never use you again and i suspect once i start posting this on social media you will find many others feel the same.

Shocking company. Unprofessional cowboys.
Difficult to find, poor signage. No toilets. Rude unhelpful staff.
On return to Heathrow it took over 30 mins for someone to answer the phone. When the driver did arrive he was rude, and gave no assistance to load cases.
When collected car, was given a code to use to exit car park, but still had to pay!
Will never use again, not worth the few quid you save by going for the cheaper option.

Awful. Left us stood at Heathrow for almost an hour and a half. Told us to wait for them (outside) at terminal two and every time we called to find out what was going on, they told us the driver was “ten minutes away”. Our flight landed at 8:30pm and it was 11:30pm before we finally got back to the car. Avoid.

Left stranded at Heathrow for an hour and a half after a very long flight with a 2 year old. Constant calls with very rude workers, along with constant ‘be there in 10 minutes’ and never any arrival. Do not use

DO NOTT use this company! we left our car there for 4 days when we returned there was scratches and massive chips all over our vehicle. The staff there told us no one had driven the vehicle other then for a second to bring it to the front to greet us. They told us nothing could be done other then send an email it’s been almost a week and not a single person has got back to us. when you call the number the people are disgustingly rude and hung up the phone. I will be taking this further and have this properly investigated

Nothing but positive things to say about the service despite worrying after booking due to some of the negative reviews. A cheap price, relatively easy to locate. Waited 15 minutes before being dropped off the terminal. Upon pick up, phoned after a long wait in Passport Control and the gentleman was with up within 10 minutes. Helpful staff throughout. Would use again

Abysmal - left us hanging around for ages after sending us via their own email instructions to the wrong pick up point. Then constantly fobbed us off with the ‘driver will be 10 minutes’ after an hour we gave up and got a taxi to pick up our car. Not one note of an apology and a suggestion we contact their customer services email to ask for a refund on the taxi when we asked for a refund there and then - suspect we will get nothing. They are cowboys and haven’t a clue what they are doing. Transfer time is also complete lie. Took us 40 minutes on the way there. The reviews on other websites which I based my decision on cannot be accurate.

Booked through a comparison site, which only displayed positive reviews. the van to transport us to the airport appeared very unsafe, the seatbelts wear excessively worn. on the journey to the airport the driver pulled into the petrol station and filled up the van over £100 without even uttering a word to us as to why we have stopped, and also not considering how long we may have before our flight. his card was then declined and proceeded to vanish for around 20 minutes while we waited dumbfounded in the van. Not a trace of an apology upon return.
the return journey was just as awful, we contacted the company to collect us with ample time as instructed to do so by them. The driver sent to collect us over an hour later actually picked up another set of customers, and then disputed the number of passengers we had, which was pre stated on our booking. do yourself a favour and do not book with this company

My car was returned with both front wheels kerbed. I have called many times only to be fobbed off by the person that answers. I have sent an email nearly everyday to their customer service centre with not a single reply. Awful, absolutely awful.

It is the worse service ever..They made me wait for more than 1 hour to collect the car.Also there were evidence that thay were searching all the compartments in my car ...They are extremely unprofessional and rude

Efficient service that, every step of the way, did what it said it would do. Look, this is a budget service and priced accordingly. Want a premium service?, then pay a premium. But if you want a reliable low-cost service and not to "pay the earth" just for parking your car, these people are the people you need. Well done Heathrow Park & Ride.

The worst service ever from any airport park and ride I’ve used.

Cancellation policy is sketchy, they’re about 25 minutes from terminal 5 and they took 80 minutes to fetch us from the airport. Car park is so very poorly signed.

Other reviews mention the car gets parked in some random location so questionable how safe the car is.

Unprofessional & very poor service. It took 47 minutes for the car to pick up us from the airport even though when we called them they said 25 minutes. They pick you up from the drop off area where it is prohibited I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this service provider.

I booked this company through CompareYourParking, and it was a good price. However you weren't informed which company you were using until you had paid. Then I was informed that there would be an additional £5 charge for dropping off at Heathrow T5. Surely this should have been included in the original price. Conned out of £5.
Worse was to come. On my return, I tried to ring the 2 numbers on their card. The landline went straight to voicemail. The mobile number was not recognised. Spent an hour trying to contact them late in the evening without success. Then looked on their website and discovered that the mobile number on their card was missing a digit! I finally got an answer and they sent someone, which took nearly 30 minutes. On arrival back at the car park, I was told I was very lucky they were still there as they were about to go home. So much for 24 hour service. I told them I was ready to charge them for a night in a hotel plus loss of a day's pay. No apology! AVOID

Do not use this service. They are the most unprofessional car park service I have come across. I cancelled my booking weeks in advance to my holiday and I am still waiting for a refund. They rarely answer your emails, you’ll be lucky to even get a reply once. When you call them, they rush you on the phone and multiple times I have had them hang up on me when I am in the middle of asking a question.
Even 1 star is too much.
Pay a little more else where and avoid this company at all costs.
