AWFUL COMPANY..AVOID
We booked this company thru A2Z Airport parking.
Terible service, inaccurate directions for droping off car to Terminal 5.
No one there to meet us on our return to UK at Heathrow.
Rang all the numbers provided and first told they had lost the car key, then that we hadn't booked for our car to be dropped back to us , then a minibus was coming, then driver wasn't insured !! rude unhelpful response to our calls,Car arrived 2.5 hour late ! This company is unfit for purpose .AVOID

I returned to find a speeding ticket. My car was being driven at speed at midnight. ( I dropped my car off at 7am!)

The staff have since been rude and evasive. It is now two weeks and I still have no response to my emails.

There is a reason they are cheap!

Cheap for a reason. Please avoid this company. Money minded and dishonest people..Far from Heathrow and customer service is very very bad.I’m not going to suggest even 1% at all. Avoid Avoid. Their way of talk is not acceptable at all. Pick up location is incorrect on instructions and you are not advised otherwise. Additional fees for car park.
+2hr wait for collection on return and more excuses than a school kid not wanting to go to school.
No apology and driver actually found it amusing.

Totally agree with all of the recent negative reviews. This company should be removed from Comparison websites in my opinion. Info on transfer time to Heathrow is totally inaccurate - you'll be lucky if it's under an hour. Customer service is awful. Drivers have no info on who they should be picking up and ours left one behind at Heathrow!
If I'm honest I was surprised my car was still there when we returned?

Absolute scam!!
I called them up to ask for a full refund due to change in travel plan. My booking was for July so plenty of notice. They was very rude and didnt seem to take any interest in the conversation. The employee said that my money would be fully refund……. Its been 2 weeks and still nothing.

Avoid like bubonic plaque..ridiculous service. Expect to drive past the airport all the way to slough. Also expect to pay £5 cash ..which they did not state nor include in the price when dropping car off..on return I waited over 1hour for the driver. When he arrived I had to wait for him to pick up another passenger arriving from a different and later flight…absolute disgrace…avoid the pain and use meet and greet or self park

NOT WORTH THE CHEAPER PRICE!!!! I regret not checking reviews and just going for it because of good price worst nightmare!! from when we drove into carpark till van dropped us off at terminal was 85 minutes almost missed our flight van was old stuffy and had an offensive smell apon return we waited in the cold for 40 minutes for aforementioned van altogether a dreadful experience

I had most stressful experience using this "service". I wish I read trustpilot, before I paid to these charlatans. Service absolutely not professional. Driver came to pick up the car 30 minutes later, then we expected him and told he been in toilet because of bad stomach. I glad we did not miss our flight. And when we came back from holiday, we was waiting our car about 45 minutes. Is it meet and greet? To be honest, I think we lucky to have our car back! Avoid this "company".

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I recently booked parking with this company, received a receipt but no confirmation. I rang them twice, they said they would contact the office and have them resend it. I'm still waiting. I eventually found the information on their website and realised the parking was in Slough! I was feeling more and more uncomfortable with this booking and decided to cancel it. I sent two emails to two different email addresses and rang them on the landline and mobile. I spoke to a different person each time and they promised to let the office know and get them to contact me. I am still waiting! There's a surprise. No refund as yet either.

I live 20 minutes from the airport and gave the drivers 35 minutes notice on the way to the airport (in fact I called them twice) - we still waited 30 minutes for the driver to take our car. On the way back we waited 38 minutes for our driver and when he eventually bought the car back he forgot to put on the hand brake and it started rolling towards the concrete pillar. My passenger noticed and shouted a warning, so I quickly jumped in and put the brakes on. The driver didn't even know where it was. It would have been faster, cheaper and less stressful to get a family member to drop us off and pick us up. If we had stayed in the long stay car park it would also have been faster, cheaper and less stressful. The point of paying for meet and greet is for speed and ease. We had neither of these. When I kept chasing them on the day about the delay, they used the roadworks on the m4 as an excuse. Pathetic. They had all my flight details so could track the flight and work out how long it would take them to get to the airport. The man on the phone was rude and put the phone down on me when I complained about the length of waiting and the fact the driver didn't even know where the hand brake was. Useless.

I have emailed a few times for a refund for the shocking service and have had no response. The strange thing is, before I booked them via compareparkingdeals.co.uk they had a very high customer satisfaction rating. I am not sure who is fiddling the numbers here. Don't waste your money using this company. Not only are they slow and rude, they have no idea how to drive.

Unfortunately I did not check out this company on trust pilot before I booked with them. They provided an adequate parking service, although were (at best) tardy and indeed offered me the keys to someone else’s car whilst I was waiting for mine to be returned……
They were however extremely quick to leave my car with me upon return, the driver disappearing within seconds of handing me the keys - I found out why moments later when I saw significant damage on the nearside wing. After further phone calls the driver returned 30 minutes later & suggested it was old damage, I told him to take photos & then I’d send photos of the car I had taken when I dropped it off. This was 10th November & they have refused to engage with me ever since then. My insurance company contacted them & the agent I booked them through, which prompted one email. I responded immediately & sent all photos, which they claimed weren’t sufficiently clear - although I’ve had quotes from repair companies using these photos. I’ve had nothing at all since then, 9th December. They are nothing but charlatans & APH Parking as their agent take no responsibility for them & continue to offer them as a legitimate company through their booking site. Disgraceful.

I used this car park once and they intentionally got me to miss my flight and I had to pay £200 to purchase a new flight ticket. They are very rude and wanted to fight me becauseIdis agree with their extra which they wanted to charge.They rejected me to park my car and they asked me to request a refund on their website an hour and half before my flight. They tried not to refund me but luckily I paid through PayPal and PayPal refund my money. Stay away from this car park.

Had a last-minute terminal change and it was dealt with quickly. Cars had no damage whatsoever and just as we had handed over to them. Professional service, highly recommended.

Just came back from a week away to find they have been using my car whilst I was away. I found parking receipts in my car where the dates clearly show that I was away and my reg on them!! Suggesting to me they been using this as a taxi for airport runs. Over 200 miles not accounted for. Also I had 3/4 tank of diesel to come back to the light on. My dash cam disconnected. Things took from my car and also some things have clearly been moved. Empty water bottles also left in there and the car coming back filthy. Not only that the company have zero customer service. The guy who dropped the car back couldn’t get away fast enough. I asked him to return. I also rang 3 times for them to tell me they won’t be coming back to discuss the issues. I’m still waiting for a response! Police are now involved along with trading standards.
Also worth adding this company goes under different names. Do not use!

When I arrived to drop my car off, the customer in front of me at reception was saying his sat-nav had been stolen which was denied. I didn't think much of this until I found they had stolen £10 from my purse which was being kept in their office whilst I was away for the weekend, after I accidentally dropped it in the van. When I contested this there was complete denial - I followed up on email as requested and didn't get a response. I would avoid.

Useless. They don't tell you until you order that it's actually really far away from heathrow. Once we landed, we had to call them to come and pick us up, which took half an hour. We then had to go to a different terminal, which took another 15 minutes, then took us almost an hour to get back to the car park, in Slough.

They also spring an extra £5 charge on you when you arrive, and will not give me a receipt for that despite asking them twice in person and twice by phone.

Also the driver was swerving all over the road and almost crashed twice during our ride back to the car.

Never again. On our return, it was over an hour between my first call asking for pickup to when we eventually got back to our car. 40 min waiting outside just for them to actually get to H'row. The driver was unhelpful, made phone calls while we struggled to get luggage into the back of the van. The operator was rude and hung up on me. The driver, when I complained about the long wait, told me to 'complain to office'. No apologies, no customer service, not worth your money.

Never use this company because it is a one many show and if they ask you to send email to cancel you will never get a reply back. And if you cancel it thru Paypal they will not refund it either. I am a victim of this scam.
