Dropping off car was painful. Had to call 3 times and waited 20 minutes. On return from holiday I collected my car and it had damage on the front. Mark was still white. I took photos and emailed company as instructed, Called 10 times emailed multiply times still not had a reply and my car is still damaged. Avoid this company. Barrow boys. Dreadful would NOT recommend . COWBOYS BEWARE

Didn’t see these reviews unfortunately, our 3 year old Range Rover arrived back with a smashed windscreen, we sent e mail with photos within 1 hour and phoned everyday for 2 weeks but just fobbed off with lies, finally received an e mail after 3 weeks saying our screen was already smashed.. unfortunately for them we have proof it wasn’t so will now over to the lawyers. This is not a proper operation.. be warned!!

probably wont use again. Staff can be better trained in customer service, a bit unprofessional. Phone line didnt work and when it did, no one answered for ages, had to call 6 times. Not sure why everyone has to pay an additional £5 cash for airport toll, bit of a money making scheme. The location is very far from the airport and considering all the bad reviews i was lucky to get my car back in one piece and nothing missing. The drop off and pick up was fine but was on a different floor level from what was in the email. Not really worth the stress, i was freaking out after reading reviews before picking up my car. Easier to park for free on the street near the same area, there is no restrictions near there and just uber into the airport. Or just pay a bit more and park at the airport.

I was a bit nervous after reading reviews on here but felt I should give an honest review as some of the comments may put people off. I booked this through a third party selling cheaper parking through other service providers. In my case I wanted to park near Heathrow and this was the cheapest option by over £100. The parking offered was for Heathrow park and ride at slough Queensmere observatory shopping car park.
Dropping off the car was fairly straightforward. They ask you to call when you are 20 mins away and someone answered straight away. One point to note is they ask you for £5 drop off which is stated in the confirmation email but only accept cash so make sure you bring cash with you. I only had to wait 10 mins for the shuttle bus to take me to the airport. Bear in mind the Carpark is about 20 mins from the airport on a good day so factor in traffic. I had allowed plenty of time so this wasn’t an issue. Upon collecting the car again this was fairly straightforward. You call the number provided when you have collected your luggage and they pick you up outside the terminal. They provided 2 phone numbers, the first was constantly engaged but I got through on the mobile ok. I only had to wait about 30 mins and considering it was peak traffic at that time it was not too bad. The guys were very pleasant and helpful and I had no complaints and would use them again as was a lot cheaper than elsewhere. I agree the shuttle buses have seen better days and are a bit tired but not unsafe. My car was fine when I picked it up and hadn’t done any extra mileage! They give you a code to exit the car park so no hidden charges.
Overall if price is your main factor and you don’t mind parking a little out of the way then this is a good option.

Still awaiting refund for over 4 weeks now since I cancelled within the terms. Keep being told it’s applied, however they ignore your emails time and time again. Avoid at all costs!

This is the worst experience I've ever had. Very disappointing! As they claimed over the phone, it should've taken 30 mins to bring our car to us but ended up taken 1 hour and 30 mins. We called multiple times for an update, they kept changing their excuses. Instead of us calling for an update, they should give us an update if they don't show up as promised. We requested to speak to their manager - No response at all. Clearly they don't care about their customers. Honestly speaking, they don't deserve even one star. DON'T USE THSES CROOKS.

Disappointed to find a small amount of cash stolen from inside my car. Don't leave any valuables.

Don't use! Safety is an issue as the seat belts clearly not checked as no lap strap and shoulder strap wouldn't have passed an MOT as very fraid. Driver on pickup from Heathrow didn't check for any road closures and made what should have been a 20min ride back to the car park into an 1hr 30 minns !!!!

Miles from the airport- 25-30minute ride - we waited 20 mins for pick up and then there were other passengers to go collect and you are asked to pay £5 cash for the price to enter the drop off area. On the way to the airport I was able to hop straight onto a van but still took 30 mins to get to the terminal. It’s basically the top floor of an ancient, dark, run down car park in Slough. A bonus was that the car isn’t moved far and was cheap- though wish I’d read the accurate reviews on trust pilot first.

The worst car park experience. It’s not 24 hour so if you are going early it won’t be open. Very hard to find in the dark and when you call for help they are rude and abusive. Miles from the airport. When you return you have to wait until they drop someone off before they come for you. The driver can’t be bothered to open the door or help with bags. They should be removed from any comparison websites and closed down. Do not use these crooks.

Cheap parking but on this occasion you definitely get what you pay for! We arrived, parked and took the ride to the airport and all was fine. My only quibble was that although their were two pick-ups in the same vehicle, we each had to pay £5 for the drop off charge when the company would only have to pay once.
On our return journey we rang and waited for about an hour, rang again and we were told that they had been 3 times to pick us up, they had phoned once but unfortunately I did not hear my phone. There vehicles have no livery, no one gets out to see who is waiting for them. I was then told I would have to pay an extra £20, for wasted journeys. I challenged this and was told they were sending one more car. I had to keep walking up & down to find the vehicle. When we found him, there was no help to put the large cases in the back, we are both over 70. The driver didn’t speak. There was only one seat belt. I asked about this and he just shrugged! My husband went without one. The driver was either on his phone or texting the whole journey and his driving was atrocious! The vehicle was filthy inside too.
I would never ever use this company again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

Zero stars actually. Bloody awful experience especially on pick up as our flight was delayed.Do yourself a favour and get a cab. A bunch of charlatans and rude to boot. You have been warned

Return flight delayed by an hour so we returned just after midnight. Called the office and told its shut till 4am, something of a surprise given we thought it was a 24 hour car park. Then told us could get a driver to us if agreed to pay £30 and leave immediately with my wife still at baggage collection. Agreed this to discover there was a minibus outside anyway taking another family who had also been slightly delayed. Back at the car park and in response to my complaint - mainly livid at having to leave my wife alone at Heathrow - I overheard the manager instructing them to withhold my keys until I paid the extras. Have used airport car parking loads of times and never experienced anything similar. To top it all - car had been driven for a few miles despite being told it would be parked in the multistorey it was dropped off in - again, all in the t&c's apparently...

Kept us waiting for an hour at airport. Called 3 times and was told they were on their way. Appalling driving. Will never use again.

HORRIFIC! DO NOT USE these crooks! We used Heathrow Park and Ride as we thought it would be quick and convenient but it was anything but… The website says it’s 24hrs but we arrived to drop our car off at 3am for a 6am flight but it was locked up. Rang the numbers provided and just got a recorded message. Had to sit for an HOUR in my car in the pitch dark with my children until they reopened at 4am. They then told us the next minibus wasn’t leaving for half an hour so we had to pay £22 for an Uber which they refused to refund. Caught our flight with literally 5mins to spare but would have missed it had we waited for them. They couldn’t care less. Worse on the way back ; arrived in at 11:45pm due to flight and baggage delay, driver refused to wait for us and drove off. Hung up on me 3 times but came back half an hour later with 5 other disgruntled customers, driver was abusive towards me, eventually got back to the car. Confronted the man on the desk who couldn’t have cared less, forced to pay a £5 fee for the drop off, checked my car over and found about £600 of damage to the driver side and rear bumper while it was in their care. I REPEAT DON’T USE THESE CROOKS!

Great value and good service. First time we used this service and found it to be very good, with friendly staff and no problems at all. Marginally more faff than parking at the airport but a whole lot cheaper. Perhaps the negative reviews reflect the fact that all the many satisfied customers don't make the effort to post?

I went to the parking area as specified at 2:30am, nobody appeared to pickup my car. This service is a joke, it's basically a scam. The phone number provided didn't work, nobody got the calls. Worst experience ever, avoid it, it's a scam.

Do not EVER use this company. My car was returned sounding like a Russian tank and when I commented on it the driver said "you must have a hole in your exhaust". I took it straight to a Kwikfit and was told that the catalytic converter had been sawn off. It will cost me at least £1000 to replace and I had to drive back to Yorkshire sounding like an F1 driver. Utter cowboys

Don’t use for an early flight. They knew we were booked in for 2:30am however we were left stranded as no one was around at all. Advertised on their page as 24/7 customer support yet couldn’t get through to anyone. Spoke to a security guard explained the situation to which he responded they don’t open till 4am. Which left us very pushed for time and had no other option but to wait and risk missing our flight. A very unnecessary stress that could’ve been solved with a little bit of communication.
