Long queues to leave as ANPR not working, prepaid and the ticket machine was trying to charge me £160 on top of the £80 already paid.
Due to it being 11pm no staff were present. No one answering the information button. Tried calling the telephone number in the confirmation email only to be told it is not manned out of hours.
Other customers were beeping their horns getting angry, and abusive.
Another customer called the non emergency police number to get help. The transfer busses were also stuck in the queues waiting to leave the car park.
Tried calling the number in the nearby shelter only to be told to pay the exit fee… the man then hung up.
Eventually after 30 mins a member of staff came along and opened the barrier. Won’t be using this car park again.

I would not recommend this company!
With a name like Heathrow Park & Ride I thought it was an official airport service - but it is not.
It isn’t clear that you need to pay an extra £14.
20 miles worth of petrol was used in my tank whilst I was away.
The parking is at the Novotel’s car park in West Drayton which is being used for asylum seekers.
There are no signs of where to stop on arrival and the man shouted at me for driving into the car park.
The staff are rude and intimidating.
They left me waiting for over half an hour to be picked up even though they had my flight details, I messaged them before I got on the flight and called them multiple times after arrival and at various times - passport control, baggage collection and when I was at the pick up point. Basically it seems that they only have one van to collect passengers from all terminals.

Unfortunately, the service was not friendly or reliable. The staff were rude, including the person I spoke to on the phone, and there were very long waiting times both when dropping off and collecting the car.

Overall, the experience was stressful and disappointing. I would never use this service again.

Please be warned and consider other options before booking.

I am very disappointed with the service I received today. I called at 7:30am to request a pick-up, but the phone was switched off. I called again at 8:00am and was told that the driver would arrive within 10 minutes. However, the driver did not arrive until 9:10am.
When the driver arrived, he refused to pick me up because I asked why he was so late. He called me an “idiot” and told me to get an Uber before leaving.
As a result, I had to pay for an Uber to get to the car park and collect my car, which caused me additional expense.

Absolutely awful. The rudest people, with poor communication. No hands free either so they’re on their phones whilst driving. The driving is awful. Please shut down these cow boys!

Terrible service. The booking price may be cheap, but they charge an additional £15 for transport. I called them for pickup and was told the driver would arrive within 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting for an entire hour.

This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service at all, especially if you are in a hurry or have a tight schedule.

Our experience with this airport car park was extremely disappointing. After arriving back from our holiday, we waited 75 minutes for the shuttle car, despite travelling with two young children. After a long journey, this was completely unacceptable and caused unnecessary stress. What was even more concerning was the driver’s behaviour. During the journey, the driver was using a mobile phone while driving and was travelling at approximately 65 mph in a 50 mph speed limit. As a parent with two small children in the vehicle, I found this extremely unsafe and alarming. Long waits are frustrating enough, but there is no excuse for dangerous driving that puts passengers at risk. I hope the company investigates this incident seriously and takes appropriate action to ensure other families do not have the same experience. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this airport car park.

SCAM! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Rang when we were 30 minutes away as requested by them. Didn't realise they were in the congestion zone so went online and paid that - first red flag! After trying to get through on the phone 20 times of getting cut off as they were on the line (it's a mobile number!) he answered, abruptly, and said they had no shuttle bus so to make our way to T2 drop off in the multistorey (obviously there would be a charge now) and to ring when we were there. Rang again when we parked up in the drop off bays and the guy had blocked my number. I rang and rang about 30 times and got my husband to try ringing on his phone and no one answered him - mine just went to "this line is not in service". I was PANICKING. By this point I knew we had been scammed, felt sick to my stomach. Kids were getting restless and I was aware we were already in the carpark for about 20 minutes now so we called it - paid the additional car parking charge and went online to book with Purple Parking. Honest to god will never book with anyone except purple/maple parking again. Luckily I had paid via credit card so I raised it with the bank and they sorted it for me but I am surprised they are still being advertised. Caused a lot of stress after a 3 hour drive down to Heathrow. Scamming idiots, still fuming now!

If we could give no stars we would. The place you leave your car is like a post apocalyptic bomb site. There is no official office - site consists of a disused car park with a plastic chair and table outside in the middle. We paid for their park and ride service and were told that we needed to pay £15 upfront before they would take us to the airport. They said this consisted of £7 Heathrow charges going to the airport and £8 to return.
When our flight arrived we telephoned the number on the booking. Instead of being picked up and taken back to our car a driver turned up in our car (after over one hour of waiting). We were given our keys so we could leave. However we were told that we would need to pay £8 to get out of the airport. When I told the driver that we had already paid he said he didn’t have any money and that we would be refunded if we provided bank details, which we did. Despite this and several calls and messages to chase payment (over 7 weeks waiting) it still has not been made. This service is run by con men and I wished I read these reviews before booking - avoid like the plague!! (This company also trades under the name of YS Elite)

If I could leave zero stars I would. If I could have changed my parking arrangements as we eventually found the ‘drop off car park’ behind a petrol station and ‘hotel’ I would have immediately. However, I couldn’t so we had to leave the car there. It was an unsurfaced patch of wasteland. The office had no toilet and a look of total chaos. We were then charged £15 for our ‘transport’ and collection to and from the airport. We were then driven to the airport in a small white car, which I now believe was probably another unsuspecting customer’s car. When we returned we had to wait for over 2 hours as they had ‘misplaced’ our car. When the car was eventually returned to us it had virtually no fuel left, the tank was over half full when we left it. It was covered in cigarette ash (no one has ever smoked in our car) and full of food debris. The loose change we have in pot in the car was all stolen. There were muddy footprints in the back of the car, which were not there before as no one had a need to go in the back of our car. When we phoned today to ask to speak to the manager about our complaints we were told to “f@*k off”
A truly disgraceful company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This came up as top of the Google search and looked like a genuine, professional service. They met me at a Holiday Inn as instructed and the car was returned after a bit of a wait after I returned. However, since coming home, I have received several parking tickets with photographs showing my car parked on double yellow lines. I have contacted the hire company several times via phone and email and was reassured they would deal with the issue. I have now been contacted by a solicitor informing me that this matter will be taken to court and could result in a £270 fine!! I have submitted an appeal but am not hopeful it will fall in my favour as these people seem to know what they are doing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Beware!!! Please anyone don't use this service. I would not want to recommend this to anyone at all. I had my car parked in front of a hotel all along I thought it would be in a secure car park. As instructed on the website, I have phoned this person then he took my car and my car key. Upon arrival, I had to pick my car so had to get a taxi as the battery was flat and found out my car wasn't even parked in a secure car park. They said I had to ring AA or RAC to sort out my car, somebody who was an idiot left my car on and flattened my battery. My car key was left on top of my front wheel driver tyre which is unacceptable. Nobody even given my car key directly to me.

My experience with Heathrow Park and Ride fell significantly below reasonable expectations, both at drop-off and on return.
Drop-off:
On arrival, I was informed that the shuttle minibus had broken down. As a result, I was required to make my own way to Heathrow airport rather than being transported as advertised.
In addition, I was instructed to hand over my vehicle key in a car park setting to an individual without visible identification, uniform, branded paperwork, or a structured check-in process. There was no formal vehicle condition report or documented handover procedure.
For a service responsible for customers’ vehicles and keys, this felt disorganised and lacked the professionalism one would reasonably expect.
Return:
After landing, I called at 9:15am to arrange collection. We were not reunited with our vehicle until nearly 12:30pm, over three hours later.
This delay was excessive for an airport parking return service. Communication during this time was limited and unclear, leaving us waiting without proper updates or a confirmed collection time.
Overall, the service provided did not reflect what was advertised at booking. I have submitted a formal complaint directly to the company and am seeking resolution.
Customers should be aware that both the transfer arrangements and return times may differ substantially from expectations.

I had booked and paid for my parking in advance. upon returning to pick up my car from Terminal 5 Park and Ride. I followed the EXIT signs. When presenting my ticket I got and error Sogn telling me I owed over £400 pounds, and my exit ticket had been cancelled. When I spoke to the prison the the office at the exit gate, I was informed that the gate was infect the gate for Terminal 2. That I had to contact the Terminal 5 to sort out my exit. I called then, and gave them my registration number. The person I spoke to insisted I give a booking reference. This annoyed me because I had made the booking using my registration number. She hung up on me while I was trying to find the relevant email that would have my booking reference. I did eventually give the information they asked for, and did exit the car park. This company should have sorted out and issues they had with the Terminal 2 exit gates, and my cat registion should have been sufficient for the to find my booking reference. I won't be using them again, poor service and redness doesn't to much for my enthusiasm to use any company a second time. Plus I will shat this experience with all my friends and family.

My wife and I found their muddy unkempt car park tucked behind a hotel. Their transfer vehicle was a filthy builders van which wouldn't start so one of them drove my car to Terminal 5 to drop us off after I had paid them an extra £15 for transfers to and from Heathrow. On arrival back from holiday they took 1.5 hours to turn up again driving my car (not a transfer vehicle) and I then had to pay the £8 terminal fee to get out of the car park. They said they would send me an email to claim it back but that never happened. My car was filthy inside with muddy bootprints at all seat positions and was left with 32 miles worth of petrol. They had clearly been using the car for transport while I was away. My dashcam was disconnected so that their actions couldn't be seen. On the plus side they were a little cheaper than the competion. The driver who took us to the airport was friendly and drove well and, other than the dirtyness and illicit use of my car, it suffered no damage that I have seen to date. I won't be using them again.

This company is a complete disgrace. Drove to their drop off location and waited for 15 minutes to be told the transfer had broken down and we would have to drive ourselves to the airport where a driver would pick up our car and take it back. Got to the airport and had to wait for over an hour for the driver to turn up as he had dropped off at another terminal and walked to our terminal so we had to pay double the parking fee for our car and we were the last passengers to board our flight. When we returned we were told to ring at the luggage pick up. They said driver would be there in 45 minutes with the car. 45 minutes, no driver, so we rang again to be told the driver hadn't even picked our car up and it would be at least another 10 minutes due to 'unusually' heavy traffic. We are currently still waiting at the airport. They have not contacted us at any point and we have had to repeatedly call them to try and find out what is going on.
I can not stress enough, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYS!!!

Well fiasco from beginning to end …4th January Rung them to tell them we were about 45 minutes away… got told to go to West Drayton holiday inn car park c….. when I got there I was told to go to terminal 5 car park to meet them… then only to find out my car was going back to west Drayton holiday inn ….. took photos of my car and mileage…. When I returned on the 16th January rung company and they sent a car to pick us up and my wife said it was as dirty as a horse box in the back …. When I got back to my car it looked like someone had been rally driving in it and I should of had no more than about 10 miles in it but was about 30 ish miles so looks like they had been driving my car around and there was chocolate wrappers in the passenger side door …. Will never use this company again

Email confirmation said to ring 30mins before arrival, but no phone number included which I thought was fishy. When I arrived it was at a difficult to find location by a petrol station. In fact it was at a reception of a small hotel with noone around. I rang all the contact numbers listed at the reception door but nobody answered. I guessed it was a scam and fortunately had enough time to book parking at the OFFICIAL Heathrow carpark, so managed to catch my flight. Now pursuing a refund through my bank for fraudulent, incorrectly described services. Sorry I didn't read the reviews here first!

UPDATE: 6 months on I'm am really sad to see others with the same experience as me. Luckily I got refunded by my bank. I also alerted the police to this scam website. It's depressing to see that this has had no effect - this 'business' appear to be still at work scamming others.
