We booked airport parking through Compare Parking Deals company and we purchased 6 days at Heathrow Meet and Greet. A company called Mayfairparking was chosen by them. From the documents it looks like these 2 companies are joined. So I’m leaving a review on both accounts.
As instructed we told them when we were near the airport. They said they would be there is 5 minutes. 35 minutes later they arrived. The guy who took our car was rude and arrogant… he said they had been calling us - no missed calls. They told us we were lying that we hadn’t been there on time - saying they had already arrived to collect the car - they hadn’t - no one was there! As we waited the other parking attendants warned us to take a photo of our mileage and all around the car - they suggested they were a doggy company.
They handed us a scrappy piece of paper with a number to call when we got back. I worried the whole holiday…
They took an hour to bring the car back to us.
And just handed us the key and walked off.
Please don’t use this company!

Long waiting times for return of vehicle, rude staff and no security checks ( vehicle was just handed over with no checks it was actually ours)

On departure day, the driver was late arriving to take the car, which meant we almost missed our flight.

When we came home, the front end had a big scratch down it and there were vapes and red bull cans left in our boot (that we then had to get rid of!). Avoid booking with them at all costs.

We wrote to them multiple times to complain but had no response.

The re-delivery time of 50 minutes was unacceptable. The driver told me he'd only been despatched with our car 15 minutes before he arrived, yet we'd called the company 50 minutes earlier. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Drop off was OK, but pickup was terrible. Dropped car at short term car park but didn't let me know and just put they car keys on top of tire.
Additionally there was a new scratch on my car. I provided video and photo to proof the scratch wasn't there before. At the end they just stopped responding and never paid or repaired. Awful company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! When we arrived back at the airport we tried to contact them on their mobile number (only one for all terminals). The mail box was full. Finally got through & they were over an hour late (1.5 hours from when we tried to ring). I complained & the man on the phone started shouting aggressively in a language I didn’t understand. When the car finally arrived, the elderly driver opened the door onto a concrete bollard but luckily I grabbed the door just in time. He didn’t say a word. Paid an additional £6 to enter & £8 to leave the car park.

Absolutely horrendous company, whatever you do do not book with these Cowboys…..
I paid for five days parking but needed to return due to an emergency after two days. I wouldn’t expect a refund for the three days that I’ve paid for but when I was told that I owed them money for coming home early and if I didn’t pay the £50 fine I wouldn’t get my car and then to get verbal abuse from the man who turned up with my car is absolutely disgusting. I’ travel by air practically every week and told them over the phone that they’re potentially losing so much money and they said that’s your decision. We don’t care about that. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life and keep reading through all reviews here because there’s many more horror stories stay well clear.!!!!

We booked, our slot for parking collection and arrival parking with Mayfair Parking. On the day we were due to arrive at Heathrow for our flight departure, you are advised to call 30 minutes before arrival for them to collect the car, which we did, then we received a call back within 5 minutes of that call saying they are already at the airport and hassled as to how long we would be!. At the time of the 30 minute call we made the traffic was flowing, then beyond our control the traffic became extremely heavy and standstill due to an accident, which prompted us to inform Mayfair of the situation, again we were called by a different person asking how long we would be, we explained again that Traffic had built up and we were at a standstill. Eventually moving we hit a huge amount of Traffic at the Tunnels to Heathrow, which I’m sure this company are more than familiar with, (we took photos ) the Guy waiting at the airport then became very threatening and Rude in nature shouting and saying you’ve got 5 minutes to get here or you can find your own parking ( despite us already paying this company and the delay , which in hindsight was only 15 minutes on our side, their driver was the one who decided to get there much earlier than our arrival, so was not our issue) it was only after I said I have photo evidence of the Traffic that he changed he’s attitude and waited for our arrival.

This was an added Travellers Stress!

Then our experience of arriving back after our trip to retrieve our Vehicle was even more unprofessional and Stressful.

Due to a change in circumstances with our flight, which Mayfair should be used to as there are many issues that traveller have to endure with airports with delays, cancellations and changes to flight times etc. In our instance it was an earlier flight situation, so we arrived back at Heathrow earlier than expected… but not much earlier ( bearing in mind this company had been paid for the original later arrival)…

We telephoned the company when we arrived in the terminal collecting our baggage. They then said we would have to wait as we were early and would call us back. But go to the car park and wait for their call. We received no call back after an hour to called them again, still we had to wait. We even asked the location of our car so we could get a taxi to collect it ourselves, again no information. We waited a further hour and 30 minutes in the carpark ( totally 2hours 30 minute ) and they arrived 5 minutes before our original time slot…

Basically there was no customer service , there was no consideration for customers changing travel circumstances, no transparency for where our vehicle was and they did not accommodate for the fact that we had been waiting for hours for them to bring our car to us.

If you are running a company such as this, all the factors of Customer Service and changing Circumstances at Airports should be at the forefront of the way they should be operating and accommodating their customers. But we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing them, and were holding our vehicle out of just sheer control over their customers. The most disgusting and unprofessional, disturbing Service, we have ever received…

This Company is only just about making as much money on Vehicle pick ups, and the Customer is only secondary. We would never use them again, and will now definitely encourage other travellers not to use this company. Disgraceful!

Just wondering if this company has been bombarded with fake bad reviews - a suspiciously high number of people with trackers in their cars!

Our experience was that it was a very reasonable price compared to other operators. I've used them several times and never had an issue, never been lied to and never had them turn up late. I always take a photo of my mileage on drop off and again on collection, and there has never been more than ten miles added. Once when I flew from Gatwick and parked using a different company, the price was significantly higher.

Drivers have always been courteous and arrived on time for collecting the vehicle.

Omg, what a terrible company. They took ages to deliver car once we landed. Never ever will I use this company. Look at all the bad reviews. Live and learn....the hard way unfortunately.

Booked for pick up at Heathrow airport. 15 min after the booking time as called to ask where the car was. Was told it was on route. Total lie as we can track the car and it hadn’t moved. Still waiting 30 mins later. Would be quicker to walk home. Definitely quicker to use long term parking

Dreadful service. Waited 30 minutes for them to get the car even though I gave them the 30 minutes notice they asked for. When I got back called when they asked. Waited 40 minutes for the car.

When I called to ask where they were on both occasions they were quite brusque and rude and didn’t actually give
Me the truth. I can track the car and realised the second time they were just outright luring to me. I’ll not use them again as long term parking would be better and quicker

I will never use this company again. I had a new, spotless clean car which I told them during my drop off, they felt it was fine to eat pastries in it and leave crumbs EVERYWHERE. They also used 30 miles of petrol! Were they taking my car on a joyride? And finally, they were late collecting me on a Sunday night, claiming to be busy. Never again!

I had to wait an hour at collection of my car. The reason I was given was that the traffic at terminal 4 was really bad. I checked on Google maps and found this was not the case.

Heathrow drop off charges aren't included. This added an extra £21 to the fee paid in advance. We then had a 90minute wait from calling to the car being ready to collect and were met with a multitude of excuses. Go with the official Heathrow Parking or a more reputable company instead of trying to save a few £££s.

DO NOT USE Waited over an hour for our car after we phoned to say we had cleared customs, when they turned up they blamed traffic, it was Sunday morning and the airport was quiet and all the other companies were getting their cars in and out, easily our guy did not care at all. In addition you gave to pay the parking ticket both ends so that adds to the bill, which they don't tell you upfront.

Simply Avoid, you have been warned.
Terrible service, Takes ages to get your car. Tracked car left in residential street.

Really poor. Would leave 0 star if i could. Had to wait half an hour and car handed over unparked in dark area. When i checked there was scuffing and our car showed a collision alert from when we were on our flight. The app did too. The driver did not share this with us though it was filling the very large in carscreen!When i called to report before accepting the guy on the phone hung up twice and a week later they are not replying to emails about how to claim for repair.
Lesson learnt-cheaper not better. Also you need to add at least 16 for entry
