Great service, value for money, no problems at drop off or pick up

Good location, good service, friendly staff. Allow extra time as location is not very close to airport. Only issue i have is the uncomfortable seats in the shuttle bus. Other than that, great service

First class service from drop off to collection of car. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Amazing prices and great service!

Very reasonable price to park. Slight distance to Heathrow but not a problem.
Slight wait to be collected but we did get back early.

Great location outside of the ULEZ. Ferried to my chosen terminal then picked up at the end of the trip. What's not to like. And without beating around the bush, considerably less expensive than parking on site.

I really like jumbo parking, I use them every time I fly from Heathrow, the price is so reasonable and the transfers have been smooth. Kindly waited patiently for me when my flight was a bit late so I could get back to my car in good time which I appreciated as I had had a long journey

Friendly and efficient service Will use again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from JUMBO Parking LHR!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish!

The team was incredibly responsive, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout. They were always prompt, kept me regularly informed with phone calls, and gave clear, easy-to-follow instructions on exactly where to park.

They arrived quickly and everything was handled efficiently and smoothly, making the whole experience completely stress-free. It was reassuring to receive such great communication and know exactly what was happening at every stage.

My main thing was keeping the keys and JUMBO was the only company offering this service at the best price for me that was a major plus.

I couldn’t fault the service at all. A really friendly, reliable, and professional team who genuinely care about providing a great customer experience. I would highly recommend JUMBO Parking LHR and would definitely use them again.

Thank you for such a brilliant service! 👏

Efficient, friendly and good value. Spot on for my small vw campervan. I will use these again for sure.

Whilst I was initially a little unsure I had arrived at the right place, I was very pleased with the service provided both going to and returning from Heathrow. I would absolutely use them again.

Efficient service, highly recommended.

Booked last minute so was cautious but cannot fault Jumbo's service we parked up 4am and Staff were ready for a smooth transfer to Heathrow Terminal 4 journey time was 25 mins on return after 10 days called the number given at time of booking once bags collected made our way to Long Stay car park where we only waited 10 mins before Jumbo driver came to pick us up. Driven back to the compound collected our car and made our way home. Very smooth and professional service after a long haul flight will use again for sure. Thanks Jumbo

Jumbo Parking were brilliant from start to finish. The team were professional and friendly, and they answered all my questions before I'd even booked. Most importantly, they were right on time for both my drop-off and my pick-up from the airport, which takes a lot of stress out of travelling. I'll definitely be using them again.

Staff informed me about everything proactively. Good service

The drop off and the pick up times to and from the airport were very smooth and on time. My car was in the safe hands with Jumboparking. I will always refer jumbo parking to everyone. I had a good experience. Thank you.

Jumbo parking were ok. They did the job, their vehicles are a little old and we were squeezed in a bit, but they got us there. The car was not moved from the day we dropped it off until pick up. The site could be tidied up a bit, but they are not expensive and you do get what you pay for. I would use them again.

every thing was brill including the price
no waiting to be taken to airport
pickup wait was less than 5 min
will use all the time now also told all my friends how good it was

Good basic efficient service does what it says on the tin very happy

Easy cheap straightforward parking
The only suggestion would be a sign out on the road for direction as it is easy to miss the turning
Otherwise no concerns
