Arrived back at Heathrow 28 Sept 22 expecting to pick car up at 8am and am still waiting 4hrs later! No phone calls to advise of any problems, when I phoned took multiply attempts to get any answer. Joke of a company and wouldn't recommend at all....

These guys probably never heard about customer service! They ask to call them 15-20 minutes at arrival before departure. Had to call them 6 times to pick up on both of their numbers. Then asked to pay an additional £5 to drop us at the airport, ok, it is written on the small print, but why on earth I have paid for the parking with drop-off if I have to pay an additional fee? There were many other travellers in the van and they all had to pay £5/booking even though the airport drop-off fee is per car £5. Not friendly at all.
On the return, the same issue, called them several times, but no answer. Finally, someone picked up the phone but then asked us to call them again once we have our luggage. Following that, again the same story, no answer for a long time. When they finally answered the phone 20-25 minutes were promised, after 40 minutes I called them, took another 20 minutes to arrive by the driver. They don't speak English, very unpolite manner, have dirty vans, not recommending this company, avoid them!!!!

Horrendous company do NOT go with them.
Rang to request cancellation of booking they told me to email which I did and the booking was cancelled on the 2nd August I am still waiting for the money back. I’ve emailed so many times I’ve rung them to be told admin will ring me back surprise surprise no one rings me back now the 19th September and still no refund. This company are cowboys who steel your money and don’t adhere to their own terms and conditions

Disastrous experience. Upon my return they didn't answer the phone for over 20 minutes, when they did answer I was told it would be another 20-25 minutes for my car to be brought which ended up to be at least half hour. The driver explained that it wasn't his fault a he was the only driver on the job. All in all, this experience set me back by about an hour. Stay away from them!!!!!

Hi all. I would use them again. I had a truly fabulous experience. The contact number always got answered promptly. I couldn't find the drop off car park ( but I am famous for getting lost) and they gave me superb directions. I parked my car at the top level of the car park. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great trip to the airport. Driver - great - had a good chat. For return - sensible pick up - clear instructions. Pick up was great. All customer service contact - great.

After reading bad reviews we were pretty nervous. But it was absolutely fine- quick and easy service- car secure and fine on return- staff friendly and communicated well. Thank you

I would leave no stars if I could. This service is sub par and they made us pay twice. The audacity to ask to pay in cash when they have a fully functional POS machine is beyond me. Avoiding tax is fraud and scamming people out of their hard earned money is a crime. Save yourself the hustle and park with a more reputable company.

• Scammers / deliberately misleading
• Pressure you to make cash payments, despite having a fully working card machine (suspect illicit behaviour)
• Terrible communication, very rude, playing stupid, make efforts to confuse you

Our booking was made with the correct dates but incorrect month. We contacted the company before our holiday who assured us that the exact dates did not matter, just that we park for the number of days paid for. We asked over the phone multiple times to be absolutely sure this was the case. The staff that we spoke to checked this with their manager and confirmed that we could park at no extra cost and use the service for the intended duration which we had already paid for.
When we arrived the company acted as if they didn’t know what was going on and had no knowledge of our previous / recent conversation and asked us to email their admin team. We patiently explained what we’d discussed previously with their staff. They were frustrating unreceptive, vague, and uncertain in their discourse. We only decided to travel to the park and ride that day as we trusted the assurance we’d been given over the phone.
Despite feeling uneasy about the situation due to the conduct of the staff, we needed to get to our flight on time and for our vehicle to be parked securely during our holiday, and felt pressured to use the company’s service.
They made us pay an additional fee to cover a drop off charge at the airport. They urged us to pay this fee using cash, which we didn’t have on us, and only admitted they had a card machine in place when it was clear to them that we couldn’t pay using cash and needed to get to the airport with enough time to catch our flight. They did not mention about any further payments or charges at that point, so we handed over the keys to our vehicle and we made our way to the airport to catch our flight. We felt that they were deliberately misleading and made efforts to make the situation more confusing than it actually was.
We contacted the admin team during our holiday and clearly explained what we'd discussed with their staff and our situation up until that point. We were faced with the ‘playing stupid’ act, and they said we needed to pay for the entire booking again due to the wrong month on the booking, despite us going to lengths to clarify this before we used their service and them assuring us that we would not have to make any further payments. To us, it seemed oddly convenient that they only told us about the additional charge after they had control over / access to our vehicle and were in a vulnerable position out of the country and on holiday.
When returning to the parking area, they refused to give us the keys to our vehicle unless we made a further payment, which was practically the same cost as the initial payment. We explained to them what they were doing was wrong and we believed they were fully aware of their wrongdoing.
We were forced to pay as we needed to get back home and for work the next day. Again they tried to force us to pay with cash and said they didn’t have a card payment system at all. After we told them that we didn’t have any cash their staff tried to persuade us that their driver would take us to an ATM to take cash out. We refused, insisting we knew they had a card machine which we’d used to pay the drop off fee recently. They told us the card machine wasn’t working. We insisted that we wouldn’t be paying by cash, and that we knew the card machine was working and had used it recently. The card machine then ‘started working’.
It’s extremely risky to do business with this company based on our experience. There’s other negative feedback on this company from reviews on Google and Facebook - which we wish we’d seen earlier.
I would urge you to use another more reputable company to avoid any stress / misfortune.
Form you own opinion as to why they might be pressuring people to make cash payments!

Please DONT NOT use this company. You wouldnt be safe with their driver. Customer service is extremely poor.

I had a transfer from Heathrow terminal 3. It was last Thursday morning and it was raining. I had 2 kids of 5 years old and one infant. I requested the driver to come close to the terminal so my infant does get wet but he refused. However, we went to his van and everyone were wet. I asked the driver you could help us as I have infant. He replied "I am not here to listen your lecture and I am third party driver and if you say one more word then I will pull you off from this van". I told him you cant do this and he replied Yes, I can. Long story short, We have been verbally assaulted, insulted and he also tried to hit me in the office. When I complained in the office, manager didnt apologize and was rude like the driver.

DO NOT USE THEM.
This company appears to operate in DORNEY under various names - including UB CORPORATION & PARKING-INTER-AIRPORT. It is a complete and utter joke, We turned up at the 'bomb site' and waited 45 minutes and about ten 'phone calls before anyone turned up at the dilapidated porta-cabin, they lost our keys before we reached the airport so could not park the car.
We waited 90 minutes minutes at BUS STOP 17 before they arrived. (many more 'phone calls to their mobile providers recording service)
Dirty shuttle bus stinking of cigarette smoke. Almost no English spoken - a real bunch of cowboys. You WILL regret it if you use them.
Absolutely unbelievable - no wonder they keep changing the name ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE shower of rabble.

I cannot stress enough about how much this car park should be avoided. I could write a book about what a horrendous experience I have had. If you ever wonder what does it mean, you get what you pay, well this is the perfect definition.
They have absolutely no system in place, car keys are missing, waiting for transfer from and to the airport is over an hour, they asked to call in advance however they never answer.
When I dropped my car there was a car blocking the exit and it belonged to a staff who was not even there!!!
I called at 19:50 to be picked up at the airport, collected my car at 21:43.

This company hires non-english speaking staff to pick you up from the airport. The driver was a moron who did not bother to come in and walk us to the pickup van. He could not properly talk a few words in English and was struggling to provide directions. When I got annoyed as I was struggling to understand him, I was threatened by the driver and told that he would leave me at the airport. Somehow we finally managed to find the place and then this driver threatened me again. He was speaking to someone in a middle-eastern language and it sounded like arabic to me. The call-centre is a basically another ethnic guy on the other end of the phone who has no clue of how to communicate. He did not help us with our bags and drove very rashly. I was with my wife and child so I did not confront him which I think was his lucky day that I didn't. This is the cheapest airport parking you can get but I can now see why. Please AVOID as there are better car parks at a slightly higher premium but you atleast would get your money's worth.

Should have known it was going to be bad when we arrived and a woman leaving told us not to leave our car there. The place is hard to find and is literally a wasteland with a small run down cabin for a ‘reception’. There was no one there when we arrived so I rang the number provided on original booking and was met with a very rude reply from the guy. We didn’t get a text an hour prior as stated on the initial booking. The shuttle arrived after about 25 minutes, very run down and smelly minibus. A woman who had just got off arrived to find her car had been parked in an area they had no access to. All chaos and the driver chucked our key at the ‘manager’ so we didn’t get a key number.
Skip to coming back. Phoned when through baggage as requested. The minibus only holds 8 people and there were already 8 people in front of us so we had to wait an hour until the bus dropped off and came back it’s 25 min drive to the parking. Was continually told 10 mins wait by the manager, very unhelpful and said ‘what do you want me to do, I can’t track my drivers’. Only one driver and one minibus on. Arrived back to the manager being extremely rude because we didn’t have a key number and literally threw a box of keys at me to sort out. Extremely rude and confrontational. Got my car and drove off as a quickly as I could. My car does now have some small black scratches on the side noticeable as it’s a white car but think I got off luckily as someone else who had left a car there had a damaged bumper. Only saving a grace was our original driver who was pleasant. I know it’s cheap but save your money and park elsewhere!

I usually check reviews before booking but on this occasion as the parking was £200 cheaper than the companies I usually use, I just booked it. Read the reviews after booking and was terrified.

Our experience- departure was one of the best parking experiences we have had. Immediately on arrival we were taken to Heathrow in a nice van.
Arrival was not as smooth. We waited an hour to be picked up, not the greatest with 4 kids, and the communication was poor (giving times they didn’t meet, saying car was going to be there any minute) but to be honest it was worth standing in the sun for an hour to save £200. The car was as we left it.

Update- we realised we had left one bags at the car park. It was full of sentimental belongings and we were worried we would not get it back. The car park kept it safe for us to go and retrieve and we are very grateful to the staff there.

Avoid at all costs. I've seen more use from a chocolate teapot. When we were 20 mins from dropping the car, as said we rang, and left a message. Upon arrival we parked the car, and waited for someone to turn up. When they did accused us of not ringing when we did.

As we walked around, other car doors were unlocked, windows open, and even keys left on cars dashboards, where anyone could walk in and take your car.

The mini buses are very tired and door handles were not there, and couldn't even manage to open the back door too get luggage in.

When we came back, we rang and the mini bus was waiting to take us to the car park. (The only thing they did that was right)

As we arrived to the car park, none of the staff had a key to the office, so they climbed through a window to open up, and they said the car park was 24/7 secured. We also discovered that our car was unlocked!

Staff were very unhelpful (if that's what you want too call them)

This outfit is located on top of a car park in Slough and their customer service skills are very poor. Left car with them for around 16 days and upon return found it was scratched and covered in cobwebs. Not just a few but covered! The directions for pickup from the terminal were also incorrect and we had to divert back to the departure drop-off point (which clearly saves them money at inconvenience to customers) causing us to miss the transport and have to wait over 45 minutes for next one. When I called them, they couldn't care less and accused me of going to the wrong place. No apology offered. Other people picking up their cars looked equally angry. Terrible service.

On arrival the unhelpful and quite aggressive staff informed us we had to pay them £5 in cash as a parking charge. Having no cash, they insisted we had to go to a cashpoint or couldn't park. They are well aware that most people are under time pressure with no option to comply and of course - they don't provide a receipt.

The charge isn't in the Tc's and C's or booking details. Their justification is the drop off charge at Heathrow (which is by vehicle), but they charge everyone in the vehicle. - Corrupt scam.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We returned from our holiday yesterday and picked up our car from the driver.
The passenger side wing mirror was smashed. The driver said he had noticed it but had not thought to mention it! We immediately took a photo and have emailed it back to the company as the mirror was broken whilst in their care.
We are waiting to hear back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY SEEM CHEAP AND THEN DAMAGE YOUR CAR!

Avoid this company like the plague! Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. The car was returned with large scratches on the front wing and headlight, which cost us £250 to repair, but they didn't want to know. Won't return emails and won't take any accountability. Change was also stolen from the car. You pay a low price for a reason. Just not worth the risk.

Wouldn't recommend this company
Wouldn't recommend this company, their operators are unfriendly and unhelpful. The park and ride service leaves much to be desired as you'd be lucky to be dropped off or picked up on time as they do a round-trip collecting and dropping off passengers along the way from T5 through to T2. We've had to wait 50 minutes to be collected from T2 after following Thier instructions to ring once you've gone through passport control. They use the common "I'll be there in 5 -10 minutes" line which is the oldest trick in the book.
I would definitely not be using this company again and would rather fork out the extra money (including their £10 airport fee and find decent parking. Furthermore, their terms and conditions do not mention about paying the £5 charge on collection only at drop-off but because they have your car keys, they hold you to ransom.
