Don't use them. They will park your car somewhere on Slough. Had GPS tracking and they done 6 miles in my car! Avoid!

Made the horrible mistake of using this company, rude unprofessional pick up drivers. Car was returned covered in leaves and mud splat all over front bumper, all wheels and wheel arch.
Had to pay to validate my ticket in and out of the Heathrow car park whilst other companies validated for there customers, silly pick up driver just said contact company, nothing to do with me.
Sent a complaint to the complaint link and they did not even have the decency to respond. All in all crap customer service

Dropping off the car was ok and was told that they check flight details for arrivals back.
I had put 5th November as day of departure (it was a night flight) arrived on 6th November and when I phoned after collecting luggage was told that I would have to pay £15 in cash for late arrival.
ATM only dispensed £20 and driver did not have change on him. He advised me to ask other people if they had change, which no-one had!! Then advised to phone office, which I did and response from man on the phone was "what do you expect me to do, I'm in the office!!" No customer care/service especially when you've just been on a night flight and want to just get home. Driver came up with option that he would pay for ticket to get out of car park and we give him the £20. Will never use again and told the driver that. Please avoid!!

Ordered park and ride for December 22 and after seeing (with confirmation email) that I'd need to leave my car-keys with them, I have cancelled the booking. I received a partial refund deducting 15% of my reservation fee (which I again have not been informed of before the purchase). Contacting my bank for the chargeback.

Park up and drop off at airport very good. Pick up, only half of our party and luggage was collected with the promise that the second vehicle was 2 mins away eventually picked up half an hour later.

This car park attendant does not deserve a customer service job because he is extremely rude. I opted not to engage him in conversation because engaging an irrational person makes you irrational.
They engage pick up drivers that has no understanding of where to pick up and equally rude.
Above all, they manipulate the feedback on their website which gives no indication of how bad they are.
My advice , DON’T TOUCH THE CAR PARK IF YOU CAN AFFORD NOT TO DO SO.

Appalling service from White Line park and ride. No one at Heathrow to meet us despite numerous phone calls to the number provided. We were fortunate that another company could help us.

I have been emailing and calling since our return a weeks ago but have been ignored.

Please avoid this car park. We had to wait over an hour before someone came in to open the gate to the car park even though they were informed when the car will be dropped.Called the number given, it just went to voicemail.
Before handing in my car keys to them,I took a snap shot of my car mileage. To my surprise someone had driven my car for about 4 miles!!.Called to make a complaint, phone was engaged for long and when through, went to voicemail. I just hope they haven’t done anything dodgy with my car.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.

First of all it’s nowhere near Heathrow, it’s in some dodgy car park over a shopping centre in Slough, with the area barriered off with some dodgy heras fencing.
Some of the info says the bus takes 10-15min, other paperwork states something different.
They charge extra £5 in cash even if they transport more than one paying customer in the van at a time and they only get charged £5 per drop off per van.
Office number just goes to voicemail but there is a mobile number you can also call.
They quoted between an hour and an hour and a half wait when we called them from Heathrow, claiming there was road closures, even though there were others also waiting and they knew when we were all landing.
Their paperwork states to meet them on level 4 of the car park, yet they actually want you to meet them at level 5 departures and you somehow magically need to figure this out yourself.
The van had multiple ‘service’ and engine warning lights on, but they were still using them to transport customers.
Driver was a complete nutter in how he drove, even going through one ways in the car park to cut corners.
Would definitely not use again!!!

Very stressful experience on return.
Dropping car with them was no issue, very happy to take our money (need an extra £5 CASH per vehicle that they don't warn you about... Be aware)
But- on way back the true chaos and disregard for people was obvious.
Firstly, we had an email and a phone conversation saying to meet on the 4th floor of Heathrow car park for collection. We arrived but no sign of them. Very rude man on phone kept repeating level 4 which is where we were standing.
Man on phone said driver couldn't wait for us any longer and threatened to leave us there. They were actually waiting on floor 5. When they finally bothered to tell us that (after at least 5 calls) we ran to the van and got in. the driver slameed the doors and drove erratically back the whole time laughing with his buddy in the front seat. Other passengers were coughing but they did not open the windows, just laughed. When we got back, another passenger's case of drinks fell out of the taxi as it had been rolled around so much, not sure if anything was broken inside but the box was damaged. Very rude staff when we got back to collect the vehicle too

I would put a zero as the review if I could. Very disappointing to return back home to.

When you arrive back at Heathrow you phone their numbers - one an answer machine the other a mobile. Whoever answers does not help with directions to where they pick you up. As you wait you ring to see what’s happening and the bloke must be an ex mini cab controller as I got -‘it’s nearly there’. Rubbish- in the damp I waited an hour and ten minutes! AVOID THEM

The company White Lines have gone bust about 1 week ago. Not contactable when we arrived back. Our car and I think all the other cars handled by them are at the NavNat Centre Printing House Lane Hayes. We hadto take taxi to get there to retrieve our car. Fortunately there is a veryhelpful guy working for NavNat who let us in. Our keys and I think other keys for the daywere stored in open grey Range Rover YG15 XXP close to the gate.

Turned up and it's a shopping multi story car park! No one there, no one answering the phone numbers given. Would you meet someone in a random car park and hand over your keys? Heathrow don't do park and ride after speaking to then directly. Scam scam scam, do not use. Waiting for PayPal refund now.

There are a lot of negative comments here, which i was initially worried about, but i have had nothing but a positive experience using Heathrow Park & Ride. Service was as expected - prompt delivery to airport, polite and friendly staff, prompt collection - within 5 minutes of calling. Driver had to actually wait for us.
The location is on top of a multistorey shopping centre carpark, this is where the car is left for the duration - clean, safe and secure. Milage same upon pick up, no (additional) scratches, no damage.
Many comments are very negative, but this parking is half the price of others nearer the airport. It is in Slough which is 15-20 mins. Users must take this into consideration when travelling, it is not on the doorstep but it is excellent value for money, if you want it right near pay more and use Long Stay!!
£5 Heathrow charge charged only for outward journey. So what if it is per couple (?) and not per minibus, fuel has gone up and it is only £5, still the parking is cheaper than any other.
Only slight negative would be transfer time if Slough traffic is bad (20min) and signage inside and outside could be a little better / bigger. Apart from that all positive, will definitely use this company again. Told the guys this upon leaving, a great service, nothing negative to report.

This review is for ‘White Lines Meet and Greet Airport Parking’at Heathrow. It has an orange and ink blue logo. I was not sent a review link by them. They were shockingly poor.

My booking form had the wrong terminal - it said terminal 3 not 2. I confirmed the correct terminal by phone about three hours before my arrival. The driver was caught in bad traffic and arrived to collect my car extremely late. I had made several calls to check where he was and I was getting worried what I’d do if he didn’t arrive at all; or in time for me to check in.

On my way back, the company asked on the phone what terminal I was at and I said 2. They sent the car to 3. They refused to move it and I had to run across the airport with a very heavy bag and lug it upstairs to a lift; knowing the short stay parking meter was ticking. I was nearly in tears trying to find my way.

Stressful going out. Stressful coming back

I feel sorry for the vindictive trolling that this company has received on Trustpilot - from our experience, it is thoroughly undeserved.
We left our car with them for 16 days and found the service to be very professional and efficient, the staff were courteous and helpful, transfers were prompt and our car was picked up in exactly the same condition as we left it - with only 1 mile on the clock.
Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I had the worst experience in the world with this car parking, starting with the customer service, which is simply non-existent, beginning with the person who receives you and ending with the driver who drops you off and picks you up at the airport. There is no "good morning" or "good night"; there is also no "thank you" or even a gesture of gratitude like helping you put your suitcase for you in the van that is taking you or bringing you to the airport. They even look at your face! The driver (if I can call him that) of the van that picked me up at the airport four days ago (05/10/22) at 1 pm at terminal 2 managed to be ruder than the one that left me, refusing (for no reason) to let me into the van, even knowing that I was in the rain and cold, just because he was on the phone which is what they do best. I had to force myself into the van and load my heavy luggage because he refused, for no reason, to help me, which was the least he could do. The people who "work" in this car park should be taking care of a herd of ox and not people who are going to travel, because the impression they leave on us is so bad that I don't even know how they are still in this type of business. The place is horrible and deserted; your car will be moved millions of times to fit in the small space that this car park occupies. Love your car? Do you love yourself and want to avoid being mistreated? Look for another car park and avoid this one with all your heart. Nevermore!

The white lines meet and greet service I would avoid. The pick up was 20 minutes late for departure and the return of my car was a comedy act. The return of my car took 50
Minutes when told 5 -7 mins and the driver went to wrong terminal at least he was honest and left us waiting in the cold being told by controller it was traffic clearly not true. Instead of good customer service I got told I was lucky as my plane arrived early they were doing me a favour by redirecting a driver to take my car and that they had no plane tracking service so this is unprofessional service .They were rude and blamed anyone but themselves after 50 mins waiting in cold and not being told the truth. The drivers are clearly uninterested and try their best so suspect culture of company is poor which the controller epitomised . Please if you have any hope of good service BIG miss and will add misery to your return after a long flight. Shocking service and should be called meet and miss service not meet and greet.

Terrible service run by cowboys. We waited over an hour for a pick up even though we was told the driver came but we wasn’t there (which we was) the reason he didn’t see us he drove past us on the other side of the road, when he finally came back at 11.50pm he screamed at us for being at the wrong pick up spot when we explained we was waiting at exactly the spot we was told to wait at by the driver who dropped us off. He spoke to us in a very aggressive manner, swore and screamed we had made him late he shouted at us to put our own cases in the back of the van before he slammed the doors and drove back to the car park in a angry manor (which is in a shopping centre) this is not a professional company and to be spoken & swore at is not good customer service, we have paid for a service and what we got was nothing but a shambles. Please beware, dirty vans, they don’t speak very good English, spend a bit more and stay closer to the airport and use a professional company that treat their customers nicely.
