Never again will I use this company for heathrow car parking service or recommend them to anyone.
The customer service was terribly poor. Pickup driver was rude and reluctant to assist with loading cases into the van. Reception staff was equally rude when asked for assistance on query. Called after I landed to book pickup but was told I should only call after I've collected my bags. Few minutes later a drive called and ask if I was at the pickup point and I replied no since I was told to call back once I have my bags. The drive then got rude and abusive on the phone complaining that I was wasting his time and journey. This company should be avoided at all cost, very unprofessional staffs!

We made our booking a while ago and then just before we set off we read some reviews and were horrified by them, but it was too late to cancel. I am not sure where these reviews came from because our experience was excellent. We dropped the car off at the Slough Car park and we were taken immediately to T4. The driver helped with all our luggage as well. We shared the trip with a lady who went to T3, first, but we were in great time. On our return the driver again helped with the luggage and collected us within 35 minutes of our call. Our car was waiting for us and was in the same condition as we left it. It had moved less than 6 miles. We were quite happy with the service at such a good price. Leaving a 10K vehicle with anyone else for nearly 4 weeks is always a risk at anytime, whoever they are . Good service all round thank you.

We used Heathrow Park and Ride in September 2022. Our car was left in the same (extremely narrow) roof top parking bay for the three week duration, and was not moved to a 'secure parking area' as advertised. Upon our return, I noticed some damage to our passenger door. I notified the main desk before driving away and was advised to follow up my complaint with an email (with before and after photos, which thankfully I had available) and was assured my complaint would be dealt with promptly. It is now February 2023 and I have had no response, despite sending numerous chasing emails. The drop off and pick up service itself was ok. There was some delay and confusion when picking up (despite following their instructions). Overall, I would not use their service again due to the poor customer service in dealing with the damage.

This is a company which should be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. I wish I’d bothered to read the reviews beforehand as I would definitely not used them. The driver did not help at all with removing the cases at drop off but when we came to request a pickup an hour in the cold and several phone calls later during which time they refused to answer my calls they finally turned up only to be told that we we going somewhere else to collect another family. The staff were abusive, told lie after lie and we’re a nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYS!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY, rude does not cover the representatives of this company, on returning from holiday at the point of touch down we informed the company to bring my car to the pick up point, this was very dirty so hard to inspect, the driver complained he had to wait 10 minutes for me but was sitting in my car with the engine running and heating on full

Just returned from Orlando and couldn’t fault the service from drop off to pick up . As soon as we rang to be picked up we received phones to say they were already at the airport so they waited for us . The car was parked ready and running on a cold morning waiting . Would definitely recommend and use again . You are informed of y the £5 pickup payment on the booking and it is Heathrow airport that is charging this not the company . Also they were the best price .. Thankyou will see you again . Can only give them 5 stars 👍

If I could give a minus start review I would. I have never had to deal with such crooks in my life...When we attempted to contact them en route to Heathrow on Tuesday 27th December we received no response, in the end we had to leave the keys under a wheel arch in the car park which is less than ideal. When we landed in January I called the number on landing and seemed to have woken someone up. We then waited 2hrs in the cold after a 12hr flight with my elderly father in a wheelchair attempting to get through to someone and locate our car……eventually we were told to get a taxi to a residential street to find our car with the key under the wheel arch, almost empty of fuel, filthy inside full of empty fast food rubbish, juice stains all over the back seat and tools and equipment missing from the boot. It seems they used our car as a family runaround for almost 3 weeks. I have never received such poor service from a company in my life and will never use meet and greet again.

I am writing this on behalf of my friend who used White Line Meet and Greet parking. My friends returned to Heathrow on the 30th Dec 2023 after a months holiday and called the number they were given for the driver to meet them with their car.

However after repeatedly calling the number for 2 hrs there was no answer. I looked on line and White Line had applied to be dissolved in early December. They actually applied their first strike off at Companies House on the 1st Dec, the day my friends flew out.

My friend reported their car as stolen and had to get a train back home. We met them and had to take them to the kennels to pick up their dogs. They were now without their car and no transport.

They called every day but couldn't get through. Eventually my friend got through to someone at WL who said they were a third party and will get his car back they refused tell him where it was parked and that the Navnat Centre where he was told it would be parked they no longer use and the car isn't there.

The man from White Line never did get back to them again. The car didn't have a tracker so they had no idea where it was parked. He called them again and got to speak to someone who said that if he meets them at Heathrow they would bring his car.

It was only through our own research that we tracked the car down to Sipson Lane in a small car park. My friend didn't have a spare key so called WL again and they said that they would prepare the car and meet him at Heathrow. They didn't know that my husband and friend were waiting by his car. When they turned up in what looked like a white FPace Jag (it was dark by now) they wanted to know how we had tracked them and the car down, (we didn't say) They handed over the keys and said they were a third party who had a bag full of keys for other cars. They drove off.

If you used White line and are still trying to locate your car I would suggest looking in Sipson Road or Sipson Lane, it will be parked in a road 15 mins from Heathrow.

They are taking people's money and not parking the cars in a safe place as per the contract and are not returning the cars after. I have read on other reviews that when people have found their cars they have been damaged.

This is a scam do not use.

Used this company for meet and greet parking at LHR. Whilst my vehicle was in their care, it was used and abused without my consent. It was returned to me covered in mud on the inside, with damage to the fixtures and fittings, additional mileage on my odometer, significant fuel use and so much damage to the mechanical parts of my vehicle that would prevent it from passing MOT without over £1000 worth of repairs.
When reported, this company are uncontactable and do nothing to rectify the situation. This company will not look after your vehicle - they won't even know where it is when it is supposed to be in their care.
AVOID!!

Do not use them!! Terrible service from white lines car park Heathrow limited. Wrong number provided for return and so waited until we could track down our original driver. Cart was not delivered and had to spend £30k to collect own car which was left in a hotel car park. Don't be fooled buy the cheap price, its not worth it.

AVOID AT ANY COST! Bad! The worst ever company!
I waited for them 25 min on departure , and 45 min on arrival despite 2 phone calls each time. Also, prepare to pay £5 each time for drop off charge which was not mentioned at the time of booking.
Then , prepare to get a Penalty Charge Fine because this company DIDN'T PAY the drop off charge.
No response to email complaint either. Taking them further legal route now.

Absolutely shoddy service. Followed directions on email confirmation. I called 5 times but no answer. Should have been at drop off lanes at T3. Not thereso drove into short stay car park. I then received a call back saying they were on level 4, I was on level 1. The guy on the phone said it would take 30 mins to get up 3 levels. It took me 3 mins! I called back but waited 30 mins for the driver. The ticket cost £15.30. I phoned to complain and the guy was talking over me then slammed the phone down. The driver was rushing me because he said he needed to get through the barriers on the ticket I paid for!!! No mention of this when i booked or on the confirmation email.
I've sent a letter of complaint, likeeveryone else, i'venot had a reply.
I have copied Martin Lewis into the email. Do not use this company. They are a disgrace!!!

Absolutely shocking service , we’re told pick up was at the same place as we were dropped off (after paying £5 extra drop off fee ,which should surely be included in charge !!) when we arrived back 7 phone calls needed to secure pickup ,after answer phone said they were closed until following day !!! . DONT USE THEM SHOCKING SERVICE

Not helpful … late taking us to airport and hard to find carpark … on arrival waited hour half but they said 30 mins then damaged my case putting it in van … never ever will use again

FAILED TO MEET US AT TERMINAL 3 DESPITE REPEATED CALLS. DID'NT OR WOULDN,T ANSWER
CALLS. NEARLY MISSED FLIGHT. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER EMAILS I HAVE SENT REGARDING REFUND.

It’s cheap, but just don’t do it! Takes the edge off a nice holiday, over an hour wait to get picked up and a 25minute journey back to a lovely multi-storey car park in Slough…

Unprofessional and they used my car to carry other drivers as the front passenger carpet was covered in mud with heavy work boot mark. Driver denied it even though I saw the other driver coming out of my car. I won’t recommend neither be using them again. It cost more to get the stains out of my carpet.

Joke of a company! The drop off was ok and the driver said on return meet at the same place. On our return collected our bags and phoned to say we’d arrived. Got to meeting point phoned the driver he said he’d been moved on by the police because it’s a drop off point not pick up so said he’d meet us on a different floor but didn’t know which floor he was on. Eventually got back to our car over an hour after I’d phoned them. Will never use again just not worth it trying to save a few quid!

they left a huge dent on our door, and deny any responsibility.
While there I also noticed several other people came to complain...definetly a place to avoid!

SHOCKING COMPANY!!! Dont leave anything in your car, they drank our drinks and refusing to own up to it.
Saying they will be at the airport in 5mins and do not turn up until 30mins later.
Would not trust them, you still have to pay parking tickets, nothing covered. Terrible service.
