I can only agree with the 1 star reviews on this company. I have also suffered with very questionable service and my car was also damaged. I spoke with the member of staff on the night we arrived back (31 May 23). He looked at the damage and I was told to send pictures to their complaints email address which I contacted with pictures half a dozen times with no response. I have also rung them continuously, and only been answered twice with the promise the matter would be addressed immediately. Their T&Cs are a joke and not pointed out to you on arrival. I would avoid at all costs.

Heathrow Park and Ride Ltd provided a subpar service. Not only was my vehicle returned in a dirty and damaged condition, but they also failed to address my concerns when I contacted them. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable

VERY disappointed with the 'service'. Their driver from the parking to the airport was rude and his driving poor. On return to the UK we were not collected from their advised collection point, called them and were told by a very rude staff member 'we had paid for parking and not collection' and to 'come get your car'. We had no contact from them on our specified number stated on the paperwork but they had in fact been calling another number. After a 9hr flight and with 2 young children we were left on the pavement for 45 minutes with no option other than to get a taxi. £50 lighter we arrived to collect our car from 'Observatory Carpark' whereupon it was presented filthy, covered in bird excrement and with an additional 6 miles and a new mark on the rear bumper. Be advised, your car will not remain in their secure carpark but may be driven by them to an undisclosed location and left there for the duration. All in all a very amateur-ish outfit, that care not for customer service or your vehicle. Cheap but far from cheerful, my advice would be pay a bit more and go elsewhere. AVOID.

Shocking customer service- had 2x vehicles parked at this scandal of a place whom managed to drop us of on arrival to the uk call the 20min prior as per email instructions and the office - dont know the guys name tried to squeeze 10 of us in an 8 seater and when driver refused we had to wait for over an hour after being told numerous times that the taxi was 5minutes way ended up getting another private taxi…. Avoid at all costs complete scam.

returned at night and collected my vehicle. The following morning realised my van had been bashed in on one corner. Whoever did it must have known it had happened. I e mailed the company and they referred me to their terms and conditions saying I should have taken photos of the vehicle when I left it with them. I said I hadn't seen any terms and conditions or agreed to any either. They then stopped communicating despite several requests for a response. I'm now faced with either small claims court or accepting the damage they have done. I should have read all these trust pilot reviews before using them. Heathrow park and ride are rubbish and disreputable. At least this review might help other people. For what you save, use a reputable company instead

Scam. T and C's not at all transparent or aligned with their questionable cancellation policy and the whole consumer experience is appalling. Not worth the (very little) saving. Book with Heathrow direct and buy peace of mind along with an actual sensible service offering

TERRIBLE, they lost my car keys, delayed for hours waiting for a new set. Then they called me to say they had found my keys, they were to send them - nothing. Absolutely refused to respond to my emails. Best avoided

I have got my car yesterday, damaged on the passenger front side corner! Even flash lights are scratched, paint completely taken off. Staff didn't coment anything on collection, told me to send email!
When leaving the parking i have noticed few cars park very close touching bambers and most already damaged with scratches, parhaps coincidently but on the same left hand side of front bamper.
Very rude, unprofessional drivers. THIS COMPAMY SHOULD NOT BE ADVERTISED ON RELIABLE WEBSITES EVER!!!

Absolutely diabolical avoid this parking service!! Left us waiting to be dropped off at the airport for 1 hour after dropping the car off, we are a family of 5 and they tried to put are children on are knees so that they could fit more people into the mini bus when we said no they asked us to split up 2 go now and 3 go on the next bus, which we refused! We were told to ring 20 minutes before for pick up and was left for an hour again with 3 children after a long 12 hour flight through the night again fitting as many family’s as possible into a mini bus and still charged us all £5 per family for the airport charge when it was only £5 in total. Do not use this company!!

Waited 2 hours at the airport to get picked up, they don't answer the phone, sent a van for 3 people when there was 4 of us. Terrible service, the old saying you get what you pay for us true. I'd pay more not to use this shoddy service!

Utter shambles. Avoid at all costs. Left me and family waiting in a cold car park for an hour and a half after arriving off a long haul night flight. Do not answer phone calls, and when they do they give you stories about driver arrival times If I could give them zero stars I would.

left our car while we went on holiday came back to a smashed windscreen, the guy who we reported it to told us he would fix it and would be done under the company insurance, we had taken before and after pictures of the car. now they are not fixing it. i am now having to contact the ombudsman. i would never in my life use this company again. unprofessional. i will also contact my bank and dispute the payment. for the parking.

They damaged my car! Scratched the back bumper, sxratched my seat, spilled drink, left a gum, made the interior filthy and stinking and left s damage on .y spoiler. Little did I know a Facebook page has been opened purposely for complaints. Some customers didn't even habe their car back. THIS COMPANY HAS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!

I was slightly early for my drop off at Heathrow but called ahead and was told that was fine and my car would still be picked up in 30 mins. When I arrived after 30 mins I phoned the company and was told to speak to the HPR man at the parking area who knew I was waiting. He was very dismissive of me and was told to wait in my car and he would get to me soon. I waited another 30 mins and when I went back to him he was really dismissive and rude and did not remember me from before, it was not busy at the time. It was only when I complained to the office again he eventually took any notice of me but was very argumentative and rude. On the return of my vehicle I noticed the car body work had been damaged and when I asked the driver about it he told me it was old damage. I advised him that the car was in perfect condition when dropped off he argued this and was really rude. I marked the damage on his return docket as he would not and then signed it and took photos. I phoned the office and they gave me an email address to send my complaint into. I was advised the complaint could not be investigated as I had not taken before photos as on their terms & conditions. The t&c I signed on pick up did not include this clause but I was advised that these could be found on the HPR website. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST REALLY POOR SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT LOOK AFTER YOUR CAR. THEIR LITERATURE IS ALSO VERY MISLEADING!!!!

My return flight with BA was delayed coming into Heathrow and landed at 00.15, by which time the park and ride office was closed till 4am. So I had to wait for 4 hours in the airport and then another 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, and was then charged an additional £15 (cash only - no receipt) for a 'no show'. So I was in effect paying them because they were closed. This closure of the office from midnight to 4am had not been clearly advertised or I would not have parked here for an evening return flight. Staff were defensive. They had my flight details so they could have taken measures to ensure that I was connected with my car off the delayed flight. I then had a 2 hour drive home. Another single female was in a similar predicament and I had to cover her penalty fee as she had no cash and was being intimidated to be driven to a cash machine. Neither of us had had any sleep and had to deal with 2 male staff in a dark and isolated car park. It was not a pleasant experience.

We waited almost an hour at the departures drop off. We specified the arrival time on the website. The driver did not care nor apologize for this. Worst company ever.

Having read the negative reviews I was surprised none exist between 1 and 5 star which is very strange. We had a very positive experience dropping our car off January 16th and returning February 24th. Collection at the airport went smooth having phoned when we had collected our suitcases as per instructions. We had also read the clear information about paying £5 on drop off due to the Heathrow Airport drop off charges. We saw one slightly disgruntled customer there about this - he had not read the clear booking information!
As the driver going to the airport had to fill up at a petrol station the journey took longer no going directly onto the M4.
Using a local cheaper hotel at Slough and then Heathrow Park and Ride saved us a lot of money. Whilst away I read about reports of catalytic convertors being cut off cars in the main Heathrow secure Airport parking. No where is safe these days.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would.....booked to leave my pride and joy (4 year old Picanto GT lne S) with them for 7 weeks.......upon return they make you sign for the car before they hand over the keys......seat had been moved, charging cables moved etc and it was dirty........then 30 minutes into a 2 hours drive back to West Bromwich from London my car died in the fast lane of the motorway doing 70 mph.......so I had to get towed home....couldn't believe it........26,000 miles nearly new KIA.......I contacted them to ask if it had been used etc....no reply......I downloaded my dash cam footage (front and rear cams)....they'd been racing around that multi storey car park at speeds of up to 37kmh........and even reversing at speeds of up to 10kmh........I have contacted them twice since and told them of my cam evidence and they don't even have the decency to respond........no wonder they made me sign for it first........I ended up with a bill about £250 to get it running again....... .........DO.....NOT.....USE...THEM.......

Absolutely brutal. No one came to collect the car so after about 30 mins they got some bloke from another company to take the keys. No paperwork but had a screenshot of my booking. Then rang 15 mins later to say they were there to collect my car. After around 3 calls and a lot of concern on my side he realised he was at the wrong terminal and all was in hand. Then another 3-4 calls over a 30 minute period as they couldn’t start my car. The battery was dead….on a car 3 months old. Another 3-4 calls over 30 mins to realise they had the wrong keys to the car.

Returned then to a broken windscreen on said new car. Not their issue they state and no response to complaints. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
