Stay away from this company, poor service, x2 ULEZ fines, not interested in emails, nothing on there T&Cs about UKEZ issues cost us double in fines, a easy helpful warning about paying the daily charge is sufficient.

Kept my car for 15 days while I was away on a trip. One day before driving it back to Heathrow, one of their drivers committed an ULEZ infraction. The £90 fine was never reimbursed, in spite of 10 emails - not to mention at least 3 phone calls - I sent to their "complaints" address detailing the event and requesting compensation. Dishonest bunch, stay away from them.

Ordered park and ride. Drove to the carpark a community centre car park ! Then told no driver to collect so had to take a taxi at 5am and pay for it. Was told I would be refunded no refund. On the return again no driver so had to take a taxi I paid again and was texted to say refund would be applied to my card and guess what no refund. DO NOT USE SCAMMERS

Do not use, find another company
Car returned to me damaged.
Will cost £1000s to repair.
Avoid at all costs better options out there
They just lie about the condition your vehicle was left with them upon arrival.

Do not trust them. They are rude and unreliable. Called them as per instruction on arrival. Was told to go to the pickup point and the van will be there in 30 min. Stood out in the cold for one and a half hours waiting for them. After numerous phone calls and a lot of broken premises and even them knowing I'm disabled and have a cancer they took it as a joke and laughed at me. Spoke to 3 different people each with a different story and just not bothered.when they did arrive I was very cold and having a bad cough. When we came to the parking area the guy there was rude and I refused to sign the papers he tried to steal my luggage and we broke out in a fight with him swearing at me and insulting my parent's. Very disappointed with the level of service and the state my car was in.i left in a hurry as I was afraid for my safety.do. not park there. Their attitude and gangster attitude is nothing short of bullying, hate crime and racist.

Never had a experience with any parking company, the worst service drop-off late and pickup late. also charging extra £10 when you drop your car not mentioned anywhere on their website or bill and they don't have card machine with them so customer should pay in cash and this is obviously they are stealing money from each customer not showing income to company account.
The website and in final email it is mentioned that take your Key with you but they not giving the keys to take with you so all lies this cost me £200.
On my pickup they even not help me to take my stuff out from their Van to my car i did myself too.
never use this company again and i request to the authorities please take action against what they are charging in cash i will raise the complaint to authorities too.

Wasn’t what we were expecting but all was good,price spot on drop off good,bit of a wait for collection but Ali was spot on with communication and was there when he said he’d be,will use again definitely

Over 1000£ of damage to my Mercedes c43 after leaving it for 1 week here. 17 extra miles on the clock.
Damage included: 2 shredded tyres, both front discs warped, anti roll bar link bent, wheels out of line, sports exhaust system broken.
They told me I couldn’t prove it was them so they wouldn’t do anything about it. Mental that they can get away with this kind of thing.

They DO still exist, but they have moved out of the shopping centre to WITHIN the ULEZ zone. They only gave me notification of the new address 24hrs before we were due there & refused a refund (as it would have been less than 24hrs before we were due) & wouldn't credit back the 2 x £12.50 ULEZ charge then incured.

Personally, i will never use them again!!

last minute change in the parking site which I noticed it through a mobile message from an unfamiliar number without any prior email notification which made me feel it might be a scam!

Furthermore, when I left my car with them the mileage was 35710 miles and 43L of fuel. However when I collected it, I noticed that the mileage had increased to 35723 miles and 40L of fuel.

I had to report this to the police just in case the car had been involved in any offensive event.

I contacted them to ask for explanation and they were not concerned !

Be cautious guys if you are gonna use their service.

This company no longer exists! As others have indicated - phone not answered, emails neither - no presence at shopping centre - confirmed by Shopping Centre Information Desk that they moved out a couple of months ago (end of August) - I booked at the beginning of August, so already gone by then! Have made s75 claim through credit card company for full refund - awaiting response

I used HPR Meet and Greet parking service at Heathrow Airport, expecting a secure and professional service. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Upon my return, I noticed a deep scratch on one side of my car.

I immediately raised the issue with the company, providing them with photographs of the damage. They requested 'before' photos, which I didn't have, but their driver had taken some when initially collecting the car. I asked them to compare those images to assess the damage.

Since then, communication regarding the damage to my vehicle has been unsatisfactory and there seems to be a lack of initiative from HPR in resolving the issue and processing compensation for the damages incurred. I expected a more proactive and customer-focused approach in handling situations like this. Will not use them again.

Arrived at the designated time at the address shown on our booking confirmation. No sign of the unit, any parking bays or the reception referred to in the email. There was no reply on the mobile number. As a result in order not to miss our flight I had to use Heathrow Long Term Parking which cost an arm and a leg.

There was a service road where the unit was supposed to be at the end of which was a gate which was locked. There was some sort of legal notice on the gate but it was too dark to read properly. Probably the company has gone out of business.

Disgraceful manners and attitude towards the clients of the so called ”service” provided. No returning phone calls nor answers when ringing them. Chaos all over. Hope they get shut down as soon as possible!

Do yourself a favor and don't rent a parking space here. These guys are nothing but a scam. Our experience was a nightmare - wrong address, almost missed our flight, ULEZ penalty, endless wait for pickup, unauthorized car relocation, and an unfulfilled promise of resolution and compensation. We arrived at the location, and it turns out that the parking doesn't exist at that address. We had to drive 30 minutes to a different parking and almost missed our flight. They advertise as non-ULEZ, but it's not true, and it resulted in me getting a penalty fee. I won’t to be the one paying for their mistakes. Scam, scam, scam

These guys have no idea what customer service is .. they are too busy talking to each other rather than looking after their customers. Very abrupt when arrived, the driver taking us to the airport was rude, no offer to help load cases just stood and watched. Same when we returned. The transport is dirty both inside and outside so not good if you have nice clothes on. DO NOT USE there are other far better places to park where your business will mean something

Don't go with them. We called to confirm our booking.
They were rude. Very unprofessional shouting at each other in the background. Then told us they have moved premises. Their Web site flagged up as a suspected scam site.
I've applied for a refund. Will be very surprised if we get it.

I wish I had a choice of not giving any starts at all. I will say DO NOT USE absolutely rubish service. On my arrival, i collected my car and it had a flattened tyre. And the driver who brought us our car he drove on the flattened tyre and damaged my car wheel, and as soon as the driver dropped off my car he vanished. I tried to call them straight away and they asked me to send some pictures but since then they never responded to my emails or my phone calls. Again my advice would be please to not use this company. 👎

If I could give zero stars for this I would. Absolutely appalling - DO NOT USE.
They are total scam artists and saw an opportunity to leave my son high and dry just because he was young. They will not answer emails and have been totally unreliable. Worst meet and greet I have even used. Stick to Purple Parking.

Used the services and came back to damage on my car. notified the attendant who said I could make a claim and gave me a leaflet. Sent them photos and estimates for repair. Now that I have proved my claim to them, they are ignoring all my emails. In the process of taking them to small claims court.
