Cei Mai mari hoti , experienta foarte rea

My cards did not meet their T&Cs (expiry too soon for one and the other did not have embossed numbers). We were unable to use my wife's card and they would not let us change the booking to her name. Our only options were: 1) pay an additional Euro$650 for insurance (even though we held separate full insurance) or 2) cancel the booking and walk away from 100% of the the car hire cost. It was a classic 'gotcha' moment and the guy could barely hide his glee. Predators - steer clear.

Am avut o experiență foarte bună cu Expedicar.ro. Procesul a fost simplu, rapid și transparent de la început până la final. Comunicarea a fost excelentă, am primit răspunsuri prompte la toate întrebările, iar echipa a fost foarte amabilă și orientată către client.

Totul s-a desfășurat conform celor promise, fără surprize neplăcute sau costuri ascunse. Se vede că pun accent pe seriozitate și pe satisfacția clienților.

Recomand cu încredere Expedicar oricui caută servicii de rent a car. Cu siguranță voi apela din nou la ei pe viitor.

The entire experience was extremely disappointing, misleading, and far below any reasonable industry standard. Don't come close to this vendor!!
It was extremely difficult to contact the representative at the airport. We only managed to meet him more than an hour after landing,
The first vehicle provided was extremely small and could not even fit one large suitcase, despite the fact that we had booked a Skoda Karoq, which belongs to the mid-size SUV category. The vehicle provided was completely unsuitable for our needs and did not match the category we paid for.
I was then informed that a €2,500 security deposit would be required and that the amount would only be released three months after the vehicle’s return.
In addition, I was told that the company charges a 20% fee on the deposit amount, effectively adding another €500 to the rental cost. This was never disclosed anywhere during the booking process. This is outrageous. I have been renting cars for over 30 years and have never encountered such unreasonable and hidden conditions.
Since it was close to midnight and we were exhausted, I felt I had no real choice but to purchase full insurance coverage for €650 in order to avoid blocking such a large amount on my credit card for an extended period.
