Beste Mieterfahrung je. Ich hatte ein kostenloser Upgrade bekommen. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und Hilfebereit sowohl in Brasov wie auch in Bucharest.

Abbiamo noleggiato un’auto media per circa 2 giorni. Fin dalla prenotazione è stato possibile comunicare tramite Whatsapp con l’agenzia: questo ci ha permesso di chiarire eventuali dubbi e definire orario e punto di ritiro e consegna. Su questi ultimi due in particolare si sono rivelati molto disponibili per qualsiasi punto della città. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la consegna e siamo stati costretti ad attendere un’ora e mezza al punto di ritiro dato che l’auto in arrivo ha subito un incidente e non ha potuto raggiungere il ritrovo.
Nonostante questo l’auto arrivata era in perfette condizioni e molto piacevole da guidare.
Anche ritiro e consegna sono stati veloci e gestiti da persone preparate e cordiali.

Am închiriat mașina din Suceava, însă avionul nostru a aterizat în Iași. Cei de la firmă au fost extrem de drăguți și înțelegători și ne-au oferit mașina direct din Iași, fără complicații.

Serviciul a fost foarte profesionist, comunicarea rapidă,ne-au ajutat mult cu flexibilitatea lor și au făcut tot procesul mult mai simplu pentru noi.

Recomand cu încredere! Cu siguranță vom mai apela la ei ❤️

Ho affittato per la prima volta una macchina per il mio viaggio in Romania, dalla Autonom Timisoara.Per cominciare sono stati molto gentili, abbiamo fatto abbastanza in fretta, mi hanno presentato la macchina, Citroën C4 .Mi sono trovata molto bene con la macchina ,non ho avuto nessun problema,infatti mio figlio mi ha raccomdato questa ditta, perche sono gentili, operativi e hanno delle macchine buone,ed e stato cosi Raccomando ed io tornerò senz'altro. Grazie.

We rented a car from Braşov airport for 16 days and de service where one of the best, the guys that was attending us was very respectful and polite. We definitely recommend it to everyone.

We were in Brasov and rented a car from Autonom. The service was excellent from pick-up to drop-off. The car was brand new and even a class higher than the one we booked. By far the best provider, we will book with them again!

I rented a car in Bucharest and have been very impressed: professionnal service, car in a good shape, friendly staff.
They released the deposit immediately after getting the car back.

Abbiamo noleggiato in auto presso Autonom, l'abbiamo ritirata all'aeroporto di Sibiu e nonostante non avessero un desk, ci hanno aspettato anche quando il volo ha ritardato 1 ora,(arrivati alle 23:00). Ci siamo trovati benissimo, sono seri, veloci nelle risposte via mail, il veicolo era pulito. Lo consiglio vivamente.

We rented a Polo and were very satisfied.
We asked to check in and check out at Baneasa airport, and they accepted without problems. The car was very clean and worked perfectly.
The check in/out process was very smooth and took less than 15 minutes.
The contract is very detailed, and contains a list of all flaws (scratched, broken or bented parts)
They are very friendly and answer the phone, and provide assistance if needed.
A suggestion might be to buy the most expensive insurance, it covers almost every external damage and the price difference with a basic insurance is not excessive.

Am avut o experiență dezamăgitoare cu Autonom, în urma unei solicitări de mașină la schimb în vara acestui an. Deși mi s-a spus că procedura este în desfășurare, am fost plimbat(ă) de la un agent la altul, fiecare dând vina pe firma de asigurări.
Am aflat ulterior că asiguratorul nici măcar nu primise o solicitare oficială de la Autonom, deși mașina mea era avariată, iar eu eram persoana păgubită, cu un contract de comodat valabil. Solicitarea viza o perioadă scurtă, de maximum o săptămână, însă am fost nevoit(ă) să găsesc o soluție pe cont propriu.
Acum mă aflu și în imposibilitatea de a-mi recupera banii cheltuiți, ceea ce denotă o lipsă totală de comunicare și responsabilitate din partea Autonom. O experiență care, din păcate, nu reflectă deloc imaginea unei companii considerate serioase.

We booked a car for 8 am and get a confirmation for this day and the time we want. But the car didn't come. This is a very bad car rental. You can't phone anybody, the number you get is not available.

We arranged our rental directly through the Autonom website and got a very good price. We booked pick up at Targu Mures airport and return at a Bucharest office. The representative at TM suggested a return at our Bucharest hotel would be more convenient for us and avoid a taxi transfer with luggage. The car was expertly prepared, clean and well equipped. The service was friendly and professional and everything about our rental was efficient, pleasant and positive. A great company to deal with and we give them our highest recommendation. Great work guys!

We hired a car from Autonom Romania on the recommendation of our local host. It was brought to the station in Brasov to meet us off our train and collected again from the station 10 days later. All our experience with Autonom was helpful and professional. Our cash deposit was returned to us when we dropped it off after the car was checked for the items not covered by the insurance.

The staff are exceptionally friendly, competent and efficient. The car handover took less than 15 minutes and return was uncomplicated.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Autonom Budapest department! The booking process was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The vehicle I rented was in excellent condition and made my trip comfortable and enjoyable. I especially appreciated their flexible pick-up and drop-off options. The best service you can experience!

Autonom was unwilling to provide any reimbursement after giving us a car which broke down and then causing us to change our plans two days in a row.

On June 16 we were driving to Red Lake in Romania and stopped to fill up mineral water at a spring near Bucin. When we went to start the car to continue driving the car did not start. The place where we stopped had no cell service so we walked for 10 min to see if we could find service. Once we couldn’t get cell service we got a ride from some other kind motorists who were able to drop us off in Praid. We got in touch with a friend also traveling to Red Lake that day who was able to give us a ride, and we told Autonom that in order to not inconvenience our plans any more we would get a new car the following day.

In the morning (June 17), after I reached out, Autonom indicated that they would not be able to deliver a car to us in Praid until 4PM. So we changed our plans for that day (originally planning to go to Sighișoara that day) and accompanied a friend to Tirgu Mures for lunch, and then picked up the car. When we picked up the car Autonom said they couldn't provide reimbursement and so they gave us an "upgrade" to a nicer car, even though their faulty car led to us changing our plans two days in a row.

I later took the matter up with Auto Europe, the company which I had rented the car through. They followed up with Autonom but neither company was willing to reimburse us at all for our inconvenience.

Autonom claimed that since we didn't have a full tank of gas in the car (which we couldn't have refilled since it broke down!) and since they gave us a more expensive car that it was all OK. I strongly disagree and find it very unfair that we had to pay full price for an unacceptable rental experience.
