Ich finde die Hardware einwandfrei und auch die App grundsätzlich sehr bedienerfreundlich konzipiert. Für mich leider nicht akzeptabel, dass es eine eigene Wissenschaft ist, über mein Android-Handy den Ton der Kopfhörer zu aktivieren! Ich konnte die Kopfhörer leider mehrfach nicht spontan verwenden - ein Tool, das in der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen sehr hilfreich wäre!

I purchased the full wireless kit. The customer service was responsive and polite during my research phase before purchasing. For the past two weeks, I have used the tappers and light bar almost daily. I love them. The only issue I keep having is the tappers disconnecting from Bluetooth during sessions. Although it's easy to reconnect, I'm not sure why it keeps doing this since I'm only a few feet away, don't close my phone, and the tappers are charged. This makes me wish I had purchased the wired tappers. With that said, the tappers work great and the lightbar works great. I love the options of adjustment and that one can make profiles to save patients' settings. Also, my clients like the tappers as they rest naturally in the hand and are easy to hold, unlike one of the major competitor brands, which has an odd shape.

The chat bot was really helpful in terms of determine what to purchase. Purchase simple; arrived promptly and is a FABULOUS product. Sooooo easy to use. Highly recommend. Much better and better looking than other EMDR products on line.

It allows you to stay fully focused on the client’s process and remain more attuned, without the need to use your hands for bilateral stimulation. The tactile features are particularly effective, helping clients connect more deeply with their experience. Overall, it’s a highly valuable addition to EMDR practice.
