This product and these people rock!
I had the original EMDR KIT for eight years and used it several times a week during that time. When components would have trouble, the customer service was always super helpful. But, no product lasts forever. I finally had to replace my tappers, and once again, their customer service went above and beyond, providing me with a discount code to use. I LOVE this product and this company!

Kit del equipo EMDR
Excellent Quality and Ease of Use
I have been very pleased with my EMDR Kit. I use the pulsators in nearly every session and have found them, along with the light bar and headphones, to be of excellent quality. The setup is straightforward, and the equipment is intuitive to use. The app is user-friendly and works very well.
I had been considering this purchase for some time and am glad I decided to invest in the kit. It has been a valuable addition to my clinical practice, and I would confidently recommend it to other therapists looking for reliable, high-quality EMDR equipment.

Game changing
Arrived very quickly. I only needed the buzzers, and unlike other kits - the instructions and app works so smoothly when just using these. Loving the variation in colours and also intensity of the buzzer - not just frequency. Game changing for those with various sensory developmental needs.

Customer Service
This light tube has been great but what has been even better is the incredible customer service. My light stopped working randomly one day and the company was very responsive and helpful in getting back up and running! When you spend a lot on a product, it means so much to have a solid customer service experience and EMDR Kit delivers.
