Customer Service
This light tube has been great but what has been even better is the incredible customer service. My light stopped working randomly one day and the company was very responsive and helpful in getting back up and running! When you spend a lot on a product, it means so much to have a solid customer service experience and EMDR Kit delivers.

The best therapy support
The EMDR kit with the pulsators has become indispensable in my therapeutic work. My clients find the pulsators' use during sessions very pleasant. I particularly appreciate the ability to individually adjust the intensity and speed of the vibrations to each client's needs.
The system also offers a significant advantage for me as a therapist: I can fully concentrate on guiding the therapeutic process without having to worry about stimulating the clients.
I've been using the wireless pulsators for two years now and am very satisfied with them. Since they can't be used while charging, and I use them almost constantly, I also purchased the wired version.
Personally, however, I prefer the wireless version. It looks more modern and impresses me with its well-designed look. The pulsators are comfortable to hold and can be easily controlled via smartphone. Only the Bluetooth connection occasionally requires a bit of patience.
Overall, I am very satisfied with both the durability and the functionality of the products. I can wholeheartedly recommend the EMDR Kit to all EMDR therapists.

Dear Antje,
What a wonderful and detailed review, Antje, thank you so much for sharing it!🤩
So nice to hear that you can focus more on the therapeutic process while using the kit.
Many of our users love the Wireless Pulsators for their sleek and modern look and of course the comfort that they offer. :)
With a stable Bluetooth connection Pulsators should connect fast and easily. We would be happy to look into this for you if you reach out to our Customer Service.
Once again, thank you so much for sharing this lovely review!💙

The pulsators are functional
The pulsators are functional. Sometimes I have some difficulty connecting them to the app. They would be more useful for my purposes if they could strap onto the wrists of my child clients.

Issues with plusers
Brand new pulsators. One buzzes much louder than the other one, something seems to be loose inside the unit. When I put them on the charger, one or both have a hard time "sitting in" their spots to charge. They randomly disconnect sometimes during use with a client, which is highly problematic. I found an easy-ish fix by disconnecting and reconnecting, but it's not something that I want to do during a session with a client.
I need to contact the service to see what can be done, I very much hope that they will be helpful, but it's one more thing that I have to do, that I wish I didn't have to add to my to-do list.
