EMDR therapy was a little intimidating to start with, but Nadia created a safe, welcoming space that made it easy to work through some difficult memories. Her expertise and compassionate approach helped me heal and feel more like myself again. Her encouragement to give myself permission to discuss/work through these thoughts and feelings, took me to a much better place. I highly recommend her for anyone considering EMDR.

Nadine really made me feel comfortable from the start and was really helpful. The sessions really helped and I found I was less anxious the more sessions we had together. Overall, a really helpful and pleasant experience. Thank you.

I cannot rate Nadia highly enough. My experience having EMDR with Nadia really has been a transformative one. It’s so difficult to put into words how much Nadia has changed my life. When I first started EMDR, I was in a bad place, I had dark thoughts and they were overwhelming . But when I started the treatment with Nadia all my negative thoughts were processed and made room for positive ones. And now I feel like I'm living instead of just existing. I have been receiving EMDR treatment for a few months now. I'd never heard of it before but having now gone through quite a number of sessions I can honestly say it's been life changing for me. I have gone from being a complete mess and not coping with life to being strong again and being able to deal with life's trials. Couldn't recommend it enough. If your struggling give it ago!..
