All pickups and transfers, hotel check ins were taken care of and seamlessly executed. Our guide on safari was amazing and the lodges that we stayed in were the best. So comfortable and beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. The entire safari experience was magical and memorable. I have some incredible photos and videos and memories I will keep forever. I loved it, will definitely do another in the future.

Brilliant Africa did a brilliant job organizing both my tour with a friend to Uganda to see gorillas, and also a solo safari through Tanzania. They listened to my requests and created a personalized itinerary that was perfect - somehow even snuck in accommodations that were exceptional birdwatching places without knowing that is a particular hobby of mine. The lodges and local tour companies they chose were exceptional, and when they made a mistake with my tour dates they called me immediately, reimbursed me for lodging and flights I had paid for, and solved the problem effectively and transparently. An amazing trip and experience.

The Brilliant Africa makes it very easy to navigate the whole planning process, including viewing and updating our itinerary, learning about our destinations and keeping track of our travel information and documents. They make the whole experience of planning fun and easy. Aly and Tracy got back to me quickly with answer to questions and any additional resources I needed. It was truly a flawless and once in a lifetime experience!!

Our dreams were ambitious, and perhaps stupid. As was our right - how often does a couple get to Tanzania? And for a honeymoon, no less.

Two parks, I said. Serengeti, of course. It was on every nature documentary I'd ever seen growing up. Ngorongoro too. Anthony Bourdain had sold me on that one. The beach, my wife said. White sands. Zanzibar. 9 days total.

Brilliant Africa sent the itinerary. The first night outside Arusha, with a rainforest walk in the afternoon, if we could muster the strength. Then, off to...Manyara? Another park?! Then Ngorongoro, then Serengeti! Ending in Zanzibar!

End to end, our trip was incredible, and thanks to Brilliant Africa, utterly seamless. From the moment we arrived in Kilimanjaro Airport until we were dropped off at Abeid Amani Karume Airport, every moment of necessary planning (pickups at the airport, transportation to the parks, flights between regions, meals, etc.) was accounted for. If there were any issues, we were not aware of them. The hotels they booked for us were all beautiful in their own right, from the dark wood jungle of Arumeru River Lodge, the lushly landscaped Ngorongoro Farm House, the Serengeti wilderness of Grumeti Hills, and the opulence of the Gold Zanzibar. For every factor within their control, Brilliant Africa delivered the best possible experience, and then some. They even left us a few surprises (which I won't spoil here) that made our honeymoon truly special. I don't think either of us could ask for more.

They made the whole experience so easy, from trip suggestions, confirming reservations, communicating on our behalf to the resorts, travel checklists and links to visas and other necessary documents needed.
They were always so quick to respond and super friendly. They made this trip wonderful for us!

We stumbled across Brilliant Africa when looking for a Masai Mara Safari on a schedule that would fit with a planned business trip to Kenya. We couldn't have been more pleased. They spoiled us from time of arrival to our departure. The Safari exceeded our expectations, with a most incredible experience in the bush, and in the camp where the service was outrageous. After being home a short time, we have already recommended Brilliant Africa to others who have asked us about our trip and will return to them for our next Africa experience.

A major kudos to the Brilliant Africa team You worked with various partners to create a life-enhancing experience for us. With the deluge of rains and our initial camp being partially washed away as a result, you developed two great options for a Plan B. We think maybe Plan B was better 😊.

All the staff became immediate 'family' at Governors III Moran Camp.
The early morning game drives were amazing, watching the sunrises and the energetic elephants already munching down a bountiful breakfast of fresh grasses. Our Mother's Day Breakfast with the hippos was one for my life-time memory bank. Not to be outdone were the sunsets with a wonderful snack of beverages and treats. Our first sun setter was enhanced when another game vehicle guest lost their ball cap. The lions entertained all of us with a game of 'keep away' with the ball cap.
One our last full day, between morning and afternoon game drives, we visited the Masai village. A wonderful peek into their community with very gracious hosts and hostesses who shared many dances and traditional activities.
