From beginning to the end Brilliant Safari fantastic service and guidance. They were able to help me plan the most wonderful vacation. From our landing in Arusha until they dropped us off everything was fantastic. One piece of luggage was lost and their local staff stayed on it until it was found and delivered the next day. The lodgings at the Coffee Plantation in Arusha and Elephant Springs Lodge in Tarangier park were the best. Everyone was so friendly. Our guide, Jackson, was so knowledgeable and friendly and really knew how to find the animals. Aly from Brilliant Safari was so responsive. Once our itinerary was set the provided detailed instructions and answers to every question or concern. I heartily recommend Brilliant Safari for the trip of a lifetime.

Cannot say enough positive things about our honeymoon trip to Tanzania and experience with the Brilliant Africa team, especially Aly, and our safari guide, Evod.

Every detail of our 9-day safari and trip to Zanzibar was coordinated to perfection; we did not need to worry about anything (transportation, food, water, lodging, game drives, tours), which made the entire trip truly amazing and allowed us to relax. Aly planned the entire itinerary for us based on our budget, made several revisions, offered options, and ultimately, delivered on a "dream come true" trip!

Excellent stays at stunning lodges, tented camp, and beachside resort; staff were extremely welcoming and helpful 100% of the time. Meals and drinks were great, but the service was truly exceptional.

Evod, our game driver in Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti, was very knowledgable and articulate, considerate and warm, responsive and attentive, and really, just the BEST. He was clearly passionate/enthusiastic about wildlife and it was always positive vibes in the safari van! Evod spotted birds after I expressed interest and helped ID all of them, offered great, flexible suggestions for the next day (always discussed the night before!), and answered all our questions -- just fantastic all around. We feel so lucky and grateful to have learned from Evod's expertise and spend several days with him.

- The staff at Maweninga Camp; you are all incredible. Not just stunning views here, but absolutely amazing and welcoming service.

Holly and her team on the ground in Uganda with Great Lakes tours were 10/10. From the outset, the information provided, options afforded, and flexibility in planning were superb. Communication was immediate and concise. We have done a few trips to Africa and this by far was the most flawless. No setbacks, no glitches(that always seem to happen), everything was as described. Please use this team, they were amazing. On the ground, our driver/guide; Daniel, of Great Lakes Tours, was quite frankly, the best guide that we have had in any of our excursions across the globe. Our Safari trip was an amazing experience from the time we landed in Kenya until the time we left. Everything organized by the team worked like clock work!

We went on my 60th Birthday once in a lifetime Safari.
Wow what an amazing 10 days it was!
Our guide who was personal to our party of 4 was called Njenga, he was amazing, his experience and knowledge meant we not only located the animals but we got all of the information about how they live, hunt and survive.
Throughout our tour he was caring, respectful and entertaining, we had he best time, on the journeys between parks he drove carefully, and tried to keep the journey as comfortable as possible for us with the state of the road and tracks we needed to travel on.
We were unfortunate to be there when there was a strike on and we had to travel during this time from our hotel in Amboselli to Nairobi, he navigated us away from the troubles and we felt safe with his experience in dealing with the extortionists, for this we cannot thank him enough.
I would definitley love to return to Kenya one day and would definately choose a Pollmans Tour.

My experience with Brilliant Africa and the way they dealt with my specific situations could not have been better. From the start they made sure that I had everything I needed to have a wonderful safari. The team bent over backwards to make this so. Once in Africa we had an outstanding safari.

We conducted our trip the opposite way that most were taking theirs. I found this to be a great way to experience the country. We started in the Serengeti, where the animals were abundant and easy to find and ended in the Tarangire National Park, where the animals were less interesting but the smaller things like birds, plants and trees became the talking points. In all we saw the "Big 5", seeing the Rhino in the Ngorongoro Crater. The wildlife is spectacular.

Our accommodations were always top flight. If you have the opportunity to stays at the Lions Paw take it. It has the most beautiful views you can imagine. Everywhere we went the service was great.

Our only set back if you want to call it that, was our guide whose english was not the greatest and who spoke very softly. However, his driving ability, and it is needed, was exceptional and his knowledge was unmatched. He was always quick to show us what we were seeing and hearing in the many books he provided for our education.

We ended our trip in Zanzibar which gave us the ability to decompress and just relax. What a wonderful overall trip. I again can not thank Brilliant Africa enough for providing us this opportunity.

I had an amazing experience using Brilliant Africa from planning to execution. The natural resources and people of Tanzania made the trip what it was but working behind the scenes was Aly and the team at Brilliant Africa who works hard to make things seamless. The portal was user-friendly and was an excellent tool to get ready for the months and weeks leading up to the trip and once we arrived in Africa, everything was taken care of as promised I recommend this company and plan to use them on subsequent trips.

From the moment we landed at the air strip in Kihihi I knew we were in GREAT hands and treated with respect and care. The experience in Uganda was breath taking to say the least and our guide (Nicholas) made sure he took the time to show us around explaining the culture. All staff at the Bohoma Lodge were very kind and willing to help in any way. If I could give 10 stars to them all I would!!!!
