People should know the academy has very good courses which are free and you get awarded with a certificate after completion.
My experience was great throughout the whole course,the quiz which I had to pass by 100 percent.The podcast which reminded me the points I had left out.This was the best experience for sure!.

The course was a great introduction to life onboard and gave a helpful overview of what to expect. I appreciate the effort put into the content.I learned alot on what to pack on the embarkation.
I recommend it to others, it is useful and insightful.
Some of the key points you learn are:
Smooth onboarding,operational readiness and enhanced retention.
Lastly it gives one an overview how the retail is going to function and expectations.

The classes were clear and easy to understand . The materials used were also helpful and good we can rewind abit If we don't understand . The deep dive podcasts were very helful

What made my experience great is the training modules and I think the company is doing well in providing strong training and opportunities for young professionals to enter the cruise retail industry. The support and preparation they give us makes the transition into the industry much easier.
