Atlas Ferries Arvostelua

What exceptional service. I contacted Atlas Ferries from Australia to make a booking 9 months away and the experience couldn't have been smoother. The initial query was done online and the process was seamless and the information was easy to understand. After a payment hiccup online, I needed to ring the office and Johnathan was super helpful and had everything sorted straight away. I now have my tickets and complete faith in the service that first Chris then Johnathan gave me. I now wait for the exciting day when we get to make our first trip to the island. Thanks

Was given the information on Atlas ferries by an Airbnb that I booked with and got a cheaper price than booking directly with the ferry company. We booked a second trip with booking.com who were not aware of this company, we informed them about them and they were added to the list on Atlas’s website. Definitely cheaper and excellent communication with easy booking system . Also big shout out for Jonathan, I stupidly booked the wrong date & emailed the company, Jonathan sorted it out within an hour . Extremely professional and polite service

Brilliant service highly recommend

Very efficient, helpful and speedy service. Responds very quickly to emails. Thank you very much Chris for your help.

We are visiting family in the UK from Australia and a trip to the Isle of Wight, very fond childhood memories of the Island. Matthew, Chris & Jonathan at Atlas Ferries were amazing with very prompt, informative information regarding the bookings. Great Customer Service, would definitely recommend and looking forward to our trip next year to the Isle of Wight, thank-you

I have always had clear, friendly and precise dialogue from atlas and have never had any issues with the booking process and the colleagues are always very prompt and helpful with communication. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of booking through their services.
Their prices are very reasonable and I have been using them now for a number of years.

Very helpful getting advanced discounted tickets.

Great customer service. Enquired a few weeks back re crossings for next April. Couldn’t do it at the time as updated fares due. I was told that these would come out in September and they would let me know.
Me being quite cynical at times thought I wouldn’t hear anymore but no received an email and a message to remind me to look for the email. So today booked and e-tickets received.
Perfect! Thank you so much to a great team.

Unfortunately the original booking via email was not received, we thought this was down to the bank holiday weekend. However, once I contacted the company by telephone to discuss the issue Matthew was extremely helpful and efficient. He stayed on the line whilst I sent the booking then confirmed that the second attempt had been received, promptly sent the very competitive quote then acknowledged receipt of the payment wishing us a pleasant stay on the island which was a nice touch.

Excellent service from Jonathan at Atlas Ferries.

Always reliable, efficient, prompt and trustworthy. Wouldn't book my tickets any other way.

Really quick response at weekends and flexibility in looking at options

The accommodation we booked suggested we book our ferry through Atlas Ferries, and we're very pleased we did. Chris was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable, and we would certainly use Atlas again.

Great to book with Atlas, very helpful and good rates.

Easy straight forward booking system. Being old school liked the fact tangible tickets posted to us

We travel to the Island alot to visit family but usually do the round trip in a day.
This time we decided to make a weekend of it and booked chalet accommodation.
The Atlas Ferry link was provided by the accommodation owners as they offer a discount.
We had already received a price with a 10% Blue Light discount but the quote from Atlas was about £40 less.
Great service and communication from Atlas.

Friendly service, great price
