Do not use Mel’s flowers /bloom box. Their website took my delivery details and billing address as separate but sent the flowers to the billing address. When I called they refused to accept their mistake and said I would need to pay for more flowers. I chose Mel’s flowers as I thought it was a local Nelson business but it turns out to be a multi national company with a call centre in who knows where and no care for their customers. Don’t use them. As a result of their meanness my aunty didn’t get flowers while in hospital. :(

terrible flowers - advertised as local delivery and sent via NZ Post Auckland to Wellington . Paid for deluxe and was sent minimal flowers and missing vase which was paid for.

My experience with Bloomex / Mel's Flowers was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend using their services.

There was no response to follow-up emails and no meaningful way to contact customer service, which created significant uncertainty around whether the order would even arrive.

While the flowers were eventually delivered, I paid circa $140 for an arrangement that arrived half dead and honestly looked like a $20 bunch from a corner store.

Overall, the experience lacked the level of communication, quality, and customer support I would expect from a business operating in this space.

Recieving one star only because it is not possible to rate them a zero.
Expensive flowers arrived 2 days late and were in terrible condition. Well past their use-by date could not salvage any from the bunch.
Rang the company to register a complaint. After being hung up on twice, I managed to get an email adress to send photos to.
Requested a refund or replacement bunch.
Crickets.......................
Do not use this company apalling product & service!

DO NOT USE THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!!!!! If a zero could be given it would!!! Not only were the flowers for Mothers Day but were not delivered until 2 days later and half dead, a chunk just fell off and moldy leaves!!!

My mum has cancer. I bought flowers to get to her for Friday prior to mother's day on Sunday. So it wouldn't be busy. And so she had something to keep her company while recovering from chemo on the weekend.

No flowers. No refund. No response.
My terminal ill mother should not suffer the consequences of their bad service. Behaviour. And lack of communication.

Regardless of the reason they were ordered. The product never showed up or were seen by myself or the receiver.

Reached out and called multiple times. Nothing...

Disappointed and disgusted. Going to the bank and leaving a review.

The number they linked on their website doesn't even work.

Ordered in Palmerston North came from Auckland. Same day service lol. Try 2 days later and all but half dead. The reviews in here say it all.

This is the worst flower delivery i have ever seen I ordered a very simple flower arrangement for Mother’s Day and not only was it delayed and arrived past Mother’s Day but the flowers received were dead such a disappointing experience the customers service is equally awful with blatant lies about delivery dates , false misleading reviews and no resolution efforts made to customers despite many attempts to rectify issues , complete waste of time and money ! Highly disappointed do not make the mistake and order from this company . Disgusting customer service and product

My mistake ordering flowers in a hurry for Paeroa area. The flowers were sent from Auckland and were in transit for 2 days which is just plainly ridiculous for fresh flowers. The arrangement bore no resemblance to the image on the website. Very poor quality and zero value for money.

Same day mothers day delivery turned up the following Tuesday. Flowers are nothing like what was ordered. Didn't even have the roses. Will be trying to get the bank to reverse the charge. Will never purchase again and in future will make sure I look at reviews first, as Bloomex reviews suck nearly as bad as their flowers do.

Also represented as From you Flowers NZ. Firstly the flowers arrived 3 days late, sat over night with postal delivery. Arrived next day half dead and wilted. Ordered supersize, terrible, was small-medium. Called to complain, at first they ask me to send a photo but gave me a wrong email. I found the correct email, gave photo evidence, requesting refund. They never replied. I followed up again, they refused to refund me and hung up on me. Terrible service, communication, delivery and quality of product. Never will I order from them again and now pursuing commerce commission.

I sure hope my daughter didn't pay the prices on the website! One sad looking rose, a raggedy gerbra already in the bin and a few other sad looking extras. Pathetic!

I have the same story as everyone else. My two boys who are both students ordered flowers for me for Mothers Day. They arrived late and quite frankly were the most pitiful bunch of flowers I've ever seen. Half dead, thrown together and sellotaped into a box along with a mangled card with the message typed onto the order form and stapled into the card. Little did I know they'd spend $160 of their hard earned money, which they really can't afford. The flowers look nothing like the picture and I've seen better bunches at the supermarket for $30! I've complained and have to send through pictures to be assessed. I know they won't accept any responsibility based on other reviews. Avoid this company like the plague!

I was very disappointed in the whole experience. The flowers were delivered a day late BUT the main concern was the flowers were well passed their best and should not have been sold. They flowers were nothing like what the website promised.

Mildew, Mold on the roses, Petals Falling off, not fresh at all! The flowers arrived 2 days early, sat outside even though instructions were clear on where to leave them. Worst Flower Company ever. SHOWs the value of buy local. DO NOT USE THEM or FROM YOU FLOWERS

Will never order from this company again. Ordered on Friday for a sunday (Mother's day delivery) They went out with a courier friday afternoon, and sat with them till mid morning Monday when they were finally delivered. No longer fresh and already wilting. Ordered the supreme bunch, which was so small, hadn't been upsized for the extra $35 i paid. Buyers beware! Absolute rip-off

They arrived late, in a box with the flowers upside down, all the flowers were damaged, and the leaves were dry, with 30% of the flowers dead. I have never in my 63 years ever received flowers that were in such a sorry state.

Serious disappointment regarding the flower deliveries made on Mother's Day and the day after.

The quality of the flowers received was far below expectations. The arrangements looked neither fresh nor well presented, and some flowers appeared wilted and damaged upon arrival. This was especially disappointing as the orders were placed for a special occasion, and a much higher standard of quality and service was expected .

The Flowers i recieved on Mothers Day were not fresh. One of the roses were dropping petals on the day and a couple of the others were bruised. My daughter would be mortified if she knew. I would not recommend Bloomex to anyone if this is the norm.
